    Not many words left to describe our recent visit Andy Mohr Kia. Led by Joe Kapitan this organization literally runs like a fine tuned machine! I honestly look for flaws when I visit the showroom and can't find any. Everyone is so well versed and knowledgeable you can't go wrong no matter who you deal with. On this particular visit my wife wanted to trade her 2023 Sportage and was undecided about going to another suv, Sorento. Initially we were met by one of the skilled managers Jeremie, he is one of the best at making your feel comfortable and putting your mind at ease assuring you everything will be done within their power to get the car you need. Next, we were pleasantly greeted by sales rep Moises Villa. He listened patiently with my wife requests. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. He provided history on every vehicle we questioned him on and he didn't miss a beat. What he didn't know while my wife was asking him questions I was researching to confirm his responses. Needless to say he passed with flying colors. Finally, we completed the process setting down with one of the financial managers. Although Ron recently was promoted you could never tell. He was informative and efficient. Moises walked us to the new Sorento for the finishing touches to ensure we transferred all items. He left his card that included his phone number and instructed us to call should we have any further questions. He is so customer service oriented you really hated to leave. One of the best end to end experiences I have witnessed. Moises is to be commended for a job well done. Joe Kapitan and his management staff trained Moises well and should be proud of the quality of service provided! Jose one of my previous sales rep got involved to ensure our experience was the best ever. Thanks Jose for your time and involvement. All in all just a wonderful experience that I would encourage anyone who is looking for first class service, Andy Mohr Kia is the place to be. Then you can confirm what I say for yourself.

    I was recently in at Andy Mohr Kia and my experience was strictly for purchasing a used car. I had set up a time to review the car at the dealership and Caiden had it ready up front arrival. I completed a short form and the got my drivers license details. The test drive went well and after checking my wife I decided to see about buying the car. I had a price in mind for the vehicle and Caiden and I discussed that and we came up with a fair price. I put down my offer and talked it over with the manager Cory who agreed. There really was no long drawn out discussions and they were easy to deal with on this purchase. I was paying cash so that made the finance / paperwork quick and easy. They had very nice digital tables to do the paperwork and it was very fast. They do offer a few optional warranties but I decided to not add those on. I talked to Caiden and said I would come back later to get the vehicle so was very happy with the used car buying process.

    Jeff started his stopwatch when he arrived: 14 min, and 17 seconds to get in and out and transfer plates.

    12 out of 10 experience. We were interested in speed and high-caliber expertise, and we got both. I am so happy with our time, as short as it was, with Andy Mohr's new car sales team. We did everything in advance (as much as possible), so it was as efficient as a well-oiled machine. We're super happy and urge anyone to use Andy Mohr for "Mohr" :) And the folks involved were: Aria - BDC Consultant Jeramie - Sales manager Tristen - salesperson Andre - Finance Manager For all of 14 minutes

    DO NOT COME HERE! I took a bus 5 hours from St Louis to buy a car here that broke down on me just 2 HOURS after I left the dealership on a rural Illinois highway at night- I contacted them immediately and they told me I bought the car "as-is" and wished me luck getting home. I was over 100 miles from home- It took me 27 hours and every dime I had in towing fees to get home. I called and asked for a manager as soon as they opened Monday morning- he could not care less and told me "there is nothing we can do" because I live out of town except to bring the car BACK to them for a trade-out...completely at my expense! In other words, pay to have it towed again, this time 234 miles. When I told him this isn't right, he actually bragged about what a good reputation they had! When I began to look over the engine and flush the radiator, over a gallon of stop-leak and old coolant the consistency of mud came out of the engine, as pictured! I am on the hook now for 3 years for a car I drove for just 2 hours- this has absolutely devasted me financially and mentally, I can't believe these people did this to me- once you drive off their lot, you are radioactive to them, they don't care about you, and they have no shame in letting you know it. RUN AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF

    UPDATE! Come to find out, Jeramie was WRONG on the sales tax. He said it was 9% as is Illinois state tax, but for cars, it is 6%. We had to call the dealership and let them know. We did get a check for it but it's so ridiculous that he put up such a fuss for something was wrong- something we told him was wrong.

The vehicle has worn tires, worn brakes and rotors, and needs a wheel alignment. These are not minor cosmetic issues--they directly affect the safety and drivability of the vehicle. As a customer, I trusted that the dealership had properly inspected the vehicle before putting it up for sale, and I feel that trust was misplaced. I am also frustrated because I specifically requested a 5-year warranty during the purchase process. After reviewing all of my paperwork, I realized that the warranty I asked for was not included or documented. This was extremely disappointing, as I relied on what was discussed during the sale. I expected honesty, transparency, and a vehicle that met basic safety standards. Instead, I have been left with unexpected repair costs and concerns about driving a vehicle that should never have been sold in this condition. I hope Andy Mohr Toyota takes responsibility for this situation, addresses these safety concerns, and improves its inspection and sales practices so other customers do not have a similar experience.

I drove over to the dealership, was greeted by Da'Juan, the sales rep, and went through the introduction and scanning my license for the test drive. Da'Juan went back to have the vehicle pulled up, and came back a short time later telling me that the vehicle was in the service bay and not able to be seen or driven because of some issue with a software message. So this trip was a complete and total waste of my time. I subsequently found another car at a local dealership who seemed to value my time a little more than Champion. I tried to do business with a local dealer being that I'm in Avon also, but apparently they did not value that.

The beginning started with us almost walking out due to the long wait to talk to anyone. Our sales person was nice and answered most questions however once we started trying to put in an offer on the car we were ignored and it took three days. Many phone calls later the manager finally returned our car and we were given a long explanation that they don't lower their prices as they are already the lowest around. We weren't asking for that much of a reduction so beware of that. We walked away feeling bewildered that their profit margins were so low that all they could lower was $200 on a $40k vehicle. What a waste of time spent for us in phone calls and waiting. Im glad I didn't buy from this dealership.

We used the Shadeland location to start the process, but ended at the Avon location, as they had the car she wanted. Both the paperwork of taking care of the totaled car and buying the new car were easy and stress free. Everyone we worked with was extremely nice and professional. They were some of the friendliest and most accommodating people I have ever done any type of business with. We both highly recommend Patrick Thorsten and Juan Medina at the Shadeland location and Dan McCormick at the Avon location, but you won't go wrong with anyone working at either location. The whole process is much more pleasant than buying from a dealer. The service and final product are outstanding.

Wasn't able to make in Monday but called & I spoke with Blake who told me that he thinks Hyundai has a recall about that issue with paint just coming off. When I arrived yesterday didn't like the customer service that I received or lack of it...much different from when you were hungry for your commission. Someone approached me when I came in but I needed to go to the bathroom....I was in clear view of Kristen cubicle- came out of the bathroom and just sat NO ONE approached me to see if I needed help. I continue to sit & finally I just spoke to the air "Oh you going to sit there & act you don't see me" then Kristen came out & said she didn't know that I was there. They weren't busy & the other guys saw me but no one addressed me. My feeling on my experience I felt ignored & then blamed for the paint coming off my car & she refused to try & make things right. Blamed Blake for telling me about the recall said he was a new hire (guess he didn't know what he was talking about) said she hadn't heard about the recall. I thought Kristen was a nice, warm, caring person & yesterday I realized she just another salesperson SNAKE who will do anything to make the sale to get her commission & then YOU DON'T MATTER. It upset me so bad that I came out of retirement & said a couple of bad words...I haven't used profanity in over 15 yrs but I'm tired of companies overcharging you for a piece of crap & then make it your fault for the piece of crap. There's no freaking way that the paint should be coming off that car. So beware buyers...if you want to be treated like a NOBODY then this is the place you should go.
