TLDR: I'm about to go FULL KAREN. (Actually sorry, Karen's. I actually love you guys so much!) Whew. This one is a doozy. I have about 10 years of experience in automotive sales before I went into the medical field. I was busy working this weekend so my husband, a district manager (also kind of in the industry) took our 19 year old with an above 700 credit score to look at the pre-owned Camaros. While my son has worked since he was 16 years old, I have also helped him gain a great credit mix so GMF would have financed him in a hot second. Apparently the sales guy basically blew him off with his potential co-signer (my husband) with him. Also my husband asked the sales guy how new C8's lease. Our last Chevy dealer in Florida (Shout out to Maher!) knows us by name. We joke that they also know our SSN's by heart because between the two of us we've purchased 9 new cars and 3 pre-owned from them over the past 15 years. (I worked at a Buick GMC dealer but they don't have fun cars and I love my fun cars). Anyways, my son walked away with nothing because the guy said the finance company wouldn't finance him (no credit pull) He walked right into a lease on a brand new car elsewhere. A 2025 Jetta GLI. He didn't need a co-signer. He traded in the 2021 VW Arteon lease that he had been driving(in our name, we signed it over), with the $3,000 down he had and you guys blew the opportunity to flip the sale to a new car if you were concerned about getting an approval on a pre-owned Camaro. The sales manager at the other dealership came and met with my husband and son IMMEDIATELY after his test drive. Not to take a turn on him, but literally just to say hello. They were given a tour to service to discuss how service would care for him if he decided to purchase there. Like the difference was night and day. This is the service that I used to give my clients before I switched industries, and if your service would have been half as good our next 9 toys could have come from you. What do the kids say? You fumbled? Yeah. That. Attached is the new car plus the trade my kid had to come pick up at the house, and the listing of that car that was on the website.

On the…read moreway home from the dealership, we noticed air or noise on the driver side door seal and a few days later after that, the driver window would not go up. Also, noticed that the truck was wondering around on the road a little. When the salesperson did a follow up call with me, I told him about these issues. So, we set up an appointment for me to return it to get fixed. In the meantime, I received a customer satisfaction call from Ford Motor Company, 10 days after my purchase with about 250 to 300 miles on the truck. I told them my issues and that I was not happy with these issues, and that I would be taking the truck back to the dealer to get these issues fixed. So, I took it back to the dealership, with 588 miles on it. When I arrived to drop off my truck, there were several service writers sitting looking down, like please don't pick me. Finally, I walked up to one and asked if he would help me. I told him my issues, and he asked me if I had a ride because it was going to be a couple of days. Two days later I contacted them, and he said it was going to be another day. The next day, I got a text saying my truck was ready. At this time, I went to pick it up and they told me that I have a $175 bill to fix the alignment. I responded that I am not paying anything and told them this was the way it was when I drove it off the lot with 50 miles on it. So, after arguing with the service manager about the cost, I asked to speak to the general manager. "I was really tired of this whole issue at this point, and the general manager went down the same rabbit hole. Unfortunately, the wind noise is not fixed and now it will need to be returned to a different dealership. I have purchased several new vehicles in my lifetime and never had an issue with warranty issues being fixed. Also, the service department left muddy footprints in my new truck. I attached a picture and it is # 18 at the top, red truck with black floormats. Furthermore, this is the WORST experience every with a service department, after purchasing a new vehicle. You may want to think twice about this dealership. It seems like they want to squeeze every penny out of you and argue about warranty work as well as trash your vehicle. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!! I plan on contacting Ford Corporate directly to get my issues resolved.

Stoops Buick GMC was one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences I've had…read more I'm based in Dallas and was purchasing a high-end used vehicle from their Indianapolis location. I put down a $1,000 deposit to hold the car while I completed a pre-purchase inspection. I paid for the inspection and sent a mechanic to the dealership. I told them I needed to speak with the inspector and would confirm everything the next day. The inspection came back positive, so I immediately bought a plane ticket to fly up and pick up the vehicle. That same day, after I emailed them my plan and timing, they replied that they had sold the car to someone else and were refunding my deposit. There was no heads-up, no call, and no "we have another buyer, you need to finalize by X time." Just an email saying it was sold. As a result, I'm now out $786 for the plane ticket and the inspection with no remedy. A deposit should actually hold the car, not hold it until someone else walks in the door. I would not do business with Stoops Buick GMC again.

However, I dropped my…read morecar (2016 Chevy Tahoe off to have the sound checked when I returned the next day to pick it up the windshield was cracked all the way across so Kevin proceeded to tell me he paid np attention when it was dropped off but later looked at the camera and shows that it had possible spot that was chipped and that's how it cracked no one saw this but him. So instead of being professional he argued with me and said maybe the cold or heat did it, but they aren't responsible. As I told him I can pay for my own window not trying to scam but they ( AndyMohr Chevy ) are clearly responsible. How unprofessional is this place so sorry that I took my car here. An extremely dissatisfied customer. Greg Simpson tried to for provide good customer service however you can only be what your supervisor sets the tone for and clearly Kevin isn't it, he was rude yesterday and even worse today. This is a dishonest place with some bad people working around here that could care less about customer satisfaction.

PROS: Sales Guy Joe & after inspection by a mechanic truck was clean & in great shape!! CONS: Finance guy was incredibly slow, manipulative, and angry that Joe had negotiated the price down. There was a $3-K bogus charge for Ziebart Life Time protection plan that was given to us that was said to be included and then another charge for the Windshield to be etched in case the vehicle was stolen (I call BS)!!! This increased the financing to about $18-K & some change for my 1st time buying son!!! They gave us no Key Fob (until a week later when I demanded it). If it wasn't for the experience we had on West 38th Street @ a buy here pay here and the timing of my kid needing wheels to work, we would have walked.....Lesson learned and def will pay more attention next time; irritated at how long this car buying process takes and I paid for it to be in a hurry!
