I went to the Greenwood, IN store and bought 3700.00 in wheels, alignment and tires. I arrived and they had the tires already mounted and to put on my trk. When installing they had ordered the wrong lug nuts so the center caps didn't fitting correctly. I was told that they would order the correct ones and I would come back in and they would install when they got there. Well they came in and again the wrong ones. Same day I took trk on the highway and the whole trk was shaking. At this point I was done with Greenwood so I when to Plainfield. They found every tire out of balance, trk not aligned properly and finally got the correct nuts. They made all the repairs. Well when the caps were installed wrong the center caps scratched up my wheels. I brought this to Belle Tires attention and they have done nothing but offfered a oil change. Thanks but no thanks. I supposed to get a call from someone and its been 2 weeks now and no call. I had to have the wheels buffed out and it cost me another 700.00. Basically stay away from Belle tire. They aren't about there customers. As I said stay away. They replied to me only when I posted they review. They told me to call customer service well I did and the same as the 4 other call voice mail and no call back. So I'm going to post a review on Yelp now. read more

The people who work here are nice enough. But if you are like me and don't like the up sale you should avoid this place. They were the cheapest that I checked but only by 20 dollars. I normally go to Discount Tire I wish I would have went there and spent the extra 20 dollars. And saved the time from the up sale. But other things like being clean they were all good. read more

Sent this to Belle Tire Corporate: Last night 6/8/23 we were traveling from Imperial, MO to Dayton, OH. We were on Highway 70 and had a blowout on our travel trailer, just past the Plainfield, IN exit. I called the store, explained our situation. I texted a picture of our tire to see if they carried the same brand, they did. I asked if we could come get our tire replaced. Without hesitation John & David said absolutely, even though they were about to close at 8pm. We were 10 minutes from their store. John replaced our tire and we were back on the road by 8:40pm. Truly grateful for their willingness to wait for us and fix our tire. 5 out of 5, would recommend!! read more

I had to get a flat tire repaired. It was late evening. Belle Tire was the only place that was going to be able to get it done that night. I'm glad because I probably would not have gone there and missed out on knowing more about them. The reviews don't do justice to what I experienced. David, the Assistant Manager, got me in and had the tire repaired that evening as promised. On top of that they did not charge me for the repair since the sidewall was not damaged. That was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely going to be going back there. read more

If you are black or african American keep driving they will not care about you they just want your money if you call corporate to complain about your issues they will act like they care but they don't either when they realize your black. I came up here to get 4 tires and the same week one of my tires started going flat I went back up their to get it checked out and one of the reps said oh it was just some rust we cleaned it up you should be good to go couple of days later it's flat again I went back to the shop now they saying I had a crack rim I'm telling the rep hey I didn't have a problem with my rim till I left here and when I came up here the first time you guys should have checked it out to see if any of my rims was damaged after you put them on the first time they tried to tell me they wasn't responsible for it and that I need to pay 80 dollars to get it fixed read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! after two years of good service with the Cooper tire I purchased for my truck , I had a "Catastrophic " blow out in freeway traffic. leaving nothing but the tread and a rim, the AAA man placed what was left of the tire in the truck and when this was presented to Belle Tire for warranty ( as the still retained 90% of the tread) and we asked about the "no questions' Cooper warranty" Was told "no" as I hadn't let them do all the rotations in the last two years.( which they always just use as an excuse to try to sell you more products and services} I have contacted Copper tires directly and found out and they have no such "rotation schedule" requirement: So, I have reported Belle tires in Plainfield for their refusal to honor the Copper warranty! When you are spending $1100.00 plus on new tires a warranty is an important parts of your purchase , But If the dealer attempts to find one excuse after another to avoid honoring it, its useless. I will avoid Belle tires in the future, and spend my hard earned money with repudiable businesses ,I advise other too also. read more

I got two front tires less than a year ago. Last month I noticed the inside of the tires, both of them, were almost smooth. Then Wed. I went out to go to work and left front os flat. I really thought that went you got new tires they also balanced them? Yes or am I wrong!? It was almost 400.00 for two tires. They should last more than a year. read more

Scheduled replacement of all four tires for my daughter's car. She arrived promptly for the appointment and the store was not busy. Took 1 hrs 45 mins for them to get to it. Daughter called telling me that the Manager says 3 out of 4 of the tire pressure monitors are bad and she HAS TO REPLACE THEM, but he's going to give her 4 for the price of 3 resulting in an additional charge of $240. I went in to meet her there and spoke to the pompass individual pretending to be a manager of the facility. He wouldn't look me in the eye when explaining the (alleged) issue, informing me that this is what is causing the warning light. The last time the warning light came on was last winter (normal when Temps drop). He then asked the assistant crook, I mean manager, to retrieve the handset device used to check these. His partner in crime came out with the handset and old monitors they allegedly removed from the vehicle. Conveniently, they didn't have the original readings, but they tested the "faulty" sensors in front of me - all three tested 10 operable. He tried to blame it on "the other guy" who checked in her car, but my daughter said he was the one who did it. At the time of checkout, the ring leader of this scam walked up and said, "Well at least you don't have to worry about those for a while." They removed the charges, and I promptly contacted corporate customer service upon arrival at my office via their website portal. I received a call about 10 minutes after submitting the complaint titled "unethical business practices". Although pleasant and professional, their "plan of action" included addressing training issues on site, with no mention of remedy for the customer (me) after they were caught red handed. I told them that I set all of this up and sent her there so that they would TAKE CARE of her NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HER. I'm currently contemplating taking the car to another supplier and have them.dismount one of the tires to see if new sensors were actually installed. I suspect they just replaced the valve stems and tried to charge for materials not provided, which is incredibly unethical. The fact that they targeted a young lady with very limited mechanical knowledge on this scheme is inexcusable. The funny part of this is that they weren't smart enough to bring out some bad sensors to test in front of me, and their actions were self incriminating revealing the whole scam which is as old as the technology itself. It really makes you wonder how many times they pull this off each day X number of store locations X $240 - $320 per event. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a trustworthy reputable service provider. read more

I went to this location for new tires last week. We spent almost 1300.00 dollars and they messed up two of my rims. The assistance manager Chris told me that they will fix one but not both. I showed the damage to this manager before leaving their parking lot. Chris tells me that if I'm not happy with their decision that I need to call customer service. I spent one hour and 25 minutes on hold and never received any help. I called the store again and spoke to Chris. I requested that he has someone call me because of the amount of time I had to hold? Im told that he can't make any promises but he will try!!!! customer service and quality of work is horrible at this location. read more

When in to get tires for daughters car. Sales team was friendly. They replaced a tire pressure sensor saying it was damaged. Ok. 12 hours later the tire pressure light came on. Checked tires and little low, no biggie. Went back. They had told me the one sensor was not registered correctly(apparently it depends on manufacturer and where was country car was made. Ok. Reset. On our way. 20 hours later, light back on. Daughter went over AGAIN after I called and stated issues. They more or less gave her the run around. I called and talked with Tim. After the attempted snow job he gave about how it was another sensor failing, I'd had enough. Car went in for new tires and pressure sensors working. Car came with 4 new tires, a new wheel sensor, and a new set of problems. Not dealing here again and will not recommend anyone going there. read more

I replaced my tires about a year ago and I woke up to 1 tire completely flat and took it over to a tire place by my house and they said it was not able to be fixed. They said I need a new tire. So I remembered I got the warranty so I took it to belle tire and they got me a new tire with no hassle or anything. I did have to wait about 2 1/2 hours but I didn't come out of pocket so it's a win win for me read more

Usually had good service here. Got an oil change last Saturday, and yesterday when my wife left for work, I found a 6-8 inch oil spot in the garage. I drove to where my wife works, and looked under the car; there was a lot fresh oil under the car, so I took it to another store that was close by. They found the oil drain plug was backing out. They suspected that the plug was put in only finger tight. read more

I can't brag enough about the great service from Alex and the guys in the garage. Alex found the tires I was looking in Camby so he sent one of the guys from the garage to retrieve them. They started working on removing the old tires while the new ones were being retrieved. Was in and out quick all things considered and a great deal with their 4th of July sale. read more

Came in for a mount and balance for my vehicle on 12/31/19 without an appointment and was immediately taken care of and received exceptional service. They have the touch less tire mounting system and couldn't hAve asked for a better first experience. Definitely recommend! read more
