Reached out to these guys a couple months ago. They promised to stomp all over an existing quote I had for a body kit. Not only did they take days to get back to me, it wasn't a stomp, it was a tap dance. They didn't come within $100 of my price quote! Thanks to Octane Mostorsports. I ordered a set of pro car seat brackets for my '83 Nissan Sentra. They were horrible. The bolt holes didn't line up all the way. When I tried to tweak them the welds broke. I figured I'd still try to use them but they were so poorly engineered it made the seat too high. When I contacted Andy's they didn't even blink and sent me a refund right away, no questions asked. For some reason this business thought since they are moving here they would send a check to my address for me to hold onto until they move. Does it make sense for a business to send a refund check over $500 for a friend to hold onto until they move? You should probably confirm with your customer where/how their money is being sent. The reply to me was "Mam , customer specifically stated that they are moving there which is why it was sent there and why the order was placed to that address. I received a part that didn't fit, asked for a refund/return and it took them 3 days to respond. When I reached out asking about the status, they said they were waiting for the manufacturer to authorize the return. Their "No-Hassle" return policy says that they'll return within 30 days no questions asked. When I mentioned that, the CSR got upset, finally sent me a shipping label but told me not to "bother with sending it back if it isn't like new". When they received it, in new condition, they then told me they couldn't put the funds back on my card and would have to mail me a check. So much for no-hassle! read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a spoiler from them and it arrived with ALOT of damages. Their site says no hassle returns and it's been a nightmare dealing with them. They are refusing to do the return and not listening to their customer. I first ordered my wheel of them. They never told me they canceled it until I found out why my wheel wasn't here in a week like my other stuff from Amazon. Well they refunded the money and I ordered the wheel again and I waited a lil over a week. Well the wheel still wasn't at my house. I emailed them and they said it would b another month until it got shipped out and they never told me that when I first ordered the wheel. I contacted their "customer service" and was told that it was a universal seat cover and I would have to modify it to make it fit. I did not pay for something so I could "modify it". Placed an order on April 4th. Received a order confirmation the same day. On April 5th I received an email stating that my order would ship on April 13th. On April 14th I inquired about the status of my order and was told they would get in touch with the vendor and get back to me. On the April 17th I contacted them again because I had not heard back and was basically told they haven't heard from the vendor. Again on the 18th same thing. I'm wondering how they placed an order with a vendor they can't get in touch with now that they have my money. Supposedly they were able to contact the vendor to place my order?? Now they can't, they must think I'm an idiot. I contacted them again on April 19th and now they are telling me they can't refund my money or cancel the order until they are able to get in touch with the vendor. I didn't place my order with this make believe vendor, I placed it with Andy's. Basically ripped me off. Completely stole my money. I will be filing with the BBB and contacting my attorney. The worst customer service ever. First off, I bought a widebody kit for a 2015 Dodge Challenger. The kit was nothing like the one shown in the actual website. The fiber was cheap and broken up. My parents received the package and they allowed them to sign WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY. Once I reviewed the box , I noticed it was a cheap fiber & not even aligned correctly for me to install which is more money out of my pocket. But when I emailed since it was before 30 days they have a 30 day guarantee money back. They kept refusing the body kit because it was signed by someone else when I didn't give any authority. The emails were so unprofessional and did nothing to help me to at least maybe replace a part. Most terrible cheap website I've ever encountered. Hats off to Andys! whew! My rear suspension was dropping on my Rover! Turns out I needed a rear air spring. I called Auto*one and O"Rei**ys in town and they wanted $200 for the part. I figured that was a decent price until I googled Andy's. I saw the same item on their site for $43.00, I called and spoke to an agent who was really cool about placing the order for me. I called two days after I purchased to see when it was shipping to me so I could make an appointment with a mechanic. Kimberly, in customer service, gave me a tracking number but before we hung up, she had already tracked it for me and said it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. It was!! Part is now installed and I am so grateful that I called them. I get bad reviews, never really know if you can trust a company but..... they delivered this time and if ever I need something, I plan on calling them first. I ordered a carbon fiber hood that I was told was in stock. The order did not ship until 2 weeks later.also did not reply to my inquiries either. I had to call to talk to someone to see what was going on. The shipping they used is a sub par company who has pushed my delivery date back twice already. It has been over a month since I ordered the hood which was over $1000 total and still I have not received my product. The hood stays in states for several days before it makes its way closer to me. I took 2 days off to be able to receive my hood and inspect it to make sure it was not damaged. Now I have to try to figure a way to be there for when they claim they will deliver the hood. I will definitely not be ordering anything else from this company. Glad I waited to order the carbon fiber trunk. Will definitely go with someone who will communicate and ship within a timely manner through a better shipping company. read more

I love it when I order something for delivery and 1) I get status emails that keep me posted on my order and 2) my order arrives way earlier than promised! Another really cool thing I noticed in my status email was a link to their learning center which contained a video on how to install my part! I checked out more videos in their Andy's Auto Sport TV section and it got me excited about other parts that I'll eventually be getting down the road. I have never in my life have had so many problems with any business in my life buying car parts. Except for Andy's autosport. Multiple issues with this company and will never buy anything from them ever again. At first, I went to buy new bucket seats for my car and found what I thought to be an amazing deal on their website. I found NRG bucket seats and the retail was -300 from any other site I looked. thought it was too good to be true, but went ahead with the purchase. I got an email the very next day saying they didn't have them in stock and they no longer carry them. took Almost 3 months to get my refund after I called time and time again for weeks at a time to the point to where I had to threaten with a lawyer to get my refund. On top of that, I got seat brackets to go with it on on their site, it says "for pair" now these seat brackets fit the seats I bought and many others so I won't be returning them... as long as I get my other one. They only shipped one seat bracket. One. I bought 2. it Has been almost 3 months since both of these purchases. they are scammers they are a terrible business all around. They will never call you or and even when you call them they never answer their phone they only respond to email. They are terrible for customer service and are just an all around terrible company that has their head up their a** when it comes to selling quality products to their customers with reasonable shipping delivery times and now, customer satisfaction. Purchased MOMO shift knob and the part lasted barely three months before the top of the knob separated from the shaft. I don't drive aggressively- OEM clutch on a 2006g35c has lasted me 150+k miles. OEM Shift knob lasted 10 years. Horrible customer service. Was told no return but they would "do me a favor" and check with the vendor.
