Not only did they price match but they sold it to me for even cheaper than that. Even then I was prepared to wait a week or two (or more) as they were drop shipped from the manufacturer. I just ordered a muffler from them on Monday 5/14 that was backordered everywhere else. Their website didn't say anything about the item being backordered, so I placed the order. I shopped around after and noticed that Summit Racing was sceduled to ship the item on Friday 5/18, and for a less price than I paid to Andy's. So on Tuesday 5/15 I placed an order through Summit and sent a request to cancel my order to Andy's. I was replied to about 16 hours later with an email that was rambling about the note that I left with the cancellation form. It said they won't give shipping details or an ETA until the item has shipped. That's understandable, but nowhere in the email did it say that my order was cancelled or shipped. So I send a follow up email asking if it was cancelled as well as another cancel request form. They reply back saying that the order is now in transit and I can not cancel and will be charged a 15% restocking fee and they will not cover return shipping. The tracking number they gave me proves that my original request to cancel and their reply both happened before the item shipped. Now Tomorrow I'm going to recieve two of the same muffler because Summit also shipped early. Then I'm going to have return the cheaper of the two mufflers (because Summit doesn't have restocking fees) and be stuck with the higher priced unit and the headache of having to deal with Andy's. I would love at least applaud Andy's for fast shipping, but the muffler is not coming from them. They're just the middle man. read more

terrible service. i do not recommend anyone order parts from this company! i went to their website to order headlamps replacements for my car which showed as available just for them to take my $500 and 2 days later tell me that it was on back order and that they dont have them in stock. please pay attention to the reviews before you decide to spend your hard earned money with this company. they dont house parts in there facility! they take your money and then try to get the part cheaper from the manufacturer. not worth it! i suggest carid if your looking for a fast response, shipping, and product satisfaction!!!!! read more

Not worth the hassle, wish I could give 0 stars. I ended up losing money getting a part from them because it took 2 months to arrive and then it wasn't the right part so I had to pay shipping back and can't even get a full refund. You will be better off just getting whatever you need from China because that's where they get their parts from, and if you order direct from China it probably won't take as long to arrive. Customer service was polite, but in the "there's nothing I can do to help and don't have an answer" kind of way. Save yourself time and money by bypassing the middleman and ordering directly from China or buy from a legitimate American auto parts supplier. These guys are a joke. read more

I have purchased quite a few body kits from these guys. They have great pricing and great shipping turn around time. We have a shop and we sell and install their Extreme Dimension kits. Love their customer service as well. Very easy to talk to on the phone and through email. They have great pricing, and is typically discounted from the manufacturers retail price. The negative reviews are true, this is a shell company with a limited customer service team located in India. I purchased shocks listed at a low price and when the order finally showed up weeks later they where a lower package then advertised. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!!! i ordered a set of tailights oh probaly two years ago from their website. never received tracking but waited it out.. finally they came in opened the box just to find akl the light bulbs they came with smashed and the tailights cracked! now you could say the shipping company is at fault here ...BUT they put the tailight set in the box with ZERO packaging materials!!!! very frusturated i called customer service only to come in contact with what sounded like someone in ancompletely different company who DID absoulutely nothing expect tell me to email pics this and that and then no response i woukd call back maybe a day or two later and it would literally be the same guy answering telling me i need to email pictures biggest automotive parts SCAM ever and need to be shut down!!! also this guy tried contacting ne now and comments on these reviews but theyre customer service doesnt exsist thry are a SCAM UPDATE 8-11-20 got a new order grom them today and same old story like yeats ago!!!! Do not purchase from this store. We purchased a Duraflex hood and bumper. (Please note: they are a "middle man" company - they don't even stock the items). The items were the worst our auto body shop had ever seen. The hood had horrible pitting, a huge dip in the center, etc. The bumper was the worst quality they have ever seen, the mesh grille is awful - in both quality and looks. We tried to call them for days, could not get an answer. I resorted to email, could not get an answer. When they finally did answer the phone and we told them what was going on, they suddenly started responding to emails. Took FOREVER to receive our refund for the hood, they would not refund for the bumper. We will never do business with them again, and I'm sure our body shop feels the same way. read more

Honestly, I have always seen links pop up on Google while searching for car parts and I haven't ever checked them out. I just got my 04 Civic inspected, and the guy broke my short shift adapter (don't ask me how, I have no clue) so I searched and searched for a new one. I come to find one on Andy's Auto Sport's website for $73 that covered both linkages. So I looked up the manufacturer that listed the same part for $10 more. I figured why not give these guys a try, so I ordered from them. They emailed me three times about separate topics related to my order within the first hour, and the order arrived two days early. It was hand wrapped and exactly what I purchased. Great communication with the consumer, as per the many emails I received pertaining to my order. I am very pleasantly surprised at how simple the website keeps it. It lists a price, and that's what you pay. Much like Reverb.com for musical equipment. And if you know of Reverb, being a buyer and seller myself, I'm sure you've only heard positive things. Andy's Auto Sport is definitely worth a look-see. Keep in mind they are a carrier, not a supplier. So if they do not have something in stock, understand it may take a while to ship because of waiting on the supplier. I lucked out and they had my short shifter in stock and it shipped the next day. I was mainly surprised at how great their prices are; it is so hard to find an actual deal pretty much anywhere. I recently purchased "Pilot Carbon-Tech Vinyl Sheet 22" X 17" (Dark Grey)" from Andy's. I had used this product in the past and was very happy with it, however the manufacturer has obviously changed the product since then. It was previously a nice textured heat form-able vinyl, but now it is just a print on Kodak sticky paper. There were flaws in the print and it was not form-able or stretch-able when heat was applied. Seems like the manufacturer drastically decreased quality to boost margins. Andy's customer service however was very helpful and agreed to refund my purchase price without any hassle. read more

I don't write a whole lot of these but when I experience good service I like to pass it along. I am slowly building a track car and a lot of this is new to me. Go to any automotive enthusiast site and you will find hundreds if not thousands of products. If you don't exactly know what you are looking for it can be difficult to source the proper products. I have worked with Pablo at Andy's automotive and he has been very helpful educating me on products and ordering the appropriate parts. Some times things do not go right or there is a misunderstanding and for me the way a business handles an issue is the primary reason why I become a repeat customer. I ran into an issue ordering a seat as I was trying to match it to a mounting bracket that that Andy's Autosport did not sell and I order the wrong one. Very quickly Pablo addressed the issue and helped me to order the right seat that would match my application. Response and remediation was quick and is why will source as many products from them as i slowly build my track car. read more

The president of the company contacted me directly and seemed very concerned on the issues I had. I explain to him that his employee did not help me in the slighest with resolving my issue I had with my side skirts. This employee no longer works there, so that was a good start. The president Eric seemed very displeased and I believed that he wanted to fix the problem regardless of how long ago it was. It is very rare to find a company that willing to fix their wrongs... I revieved a full refund and even a little extra for the troubles. This shows good customer service and apparently this company is all about their customers. I would recommnded them to anyone. They have a great selection of things and have been around a long time. And i can gurantee you that if you have a issue with anything i.e (shipping,products etc. it will be taken care of one way or another.
