    Vegetarian sandwich love it!

I'm vegetarian so I eat my vegetarian sandwich and a hero! Always delicious fresh quick service when you walk in it's clean beautiful! A tad bit expensive but it's still worth it

Been a customer for about 4 years and what I like most is their customer service.. food is alright. Convenient location and good variety of food and beverages. I wouldn't suggest getting their egg sandwiches though..most of the time the eggs taste weird and they don't have sausage links which is negative as well.

This is supposed to be a bacon egg and cheese.

This used to be such an amazing spot for breakfast and lunch. I'm not sure why the egg was grey but I am absolutely disgusted. Please check the food before it is sent out.

I was home on Friday evening and decided to place an order for delivery because I didn't eat all day and was too tired to go out. The food was delivered very quickly as this deli is only a couple blocks from my house, I ordered the northern boulevard which is grilled chicken, sweet roasted pepper & Russian dressing. Sounds amazing right? Well once I bit into it the chicken was disgusting and tasted like rubber and just unpleasant. I spit it out. I was so hungry I took the chicken out in one half and ate the bread with sweet pepper and dressing but when I finished that bread I couldn't even bare looking at the other half I had to throw it out. So disappointed. Never got food from here before, only decided to get because of the promo on seamless and the fact that it was so close to home.

Heading to the beach we came across this Deli. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ordered some sandwiches to go. Its a nice deli, seems like the neighborhood is known to stop in and get some grub. So I had the East Elmhurst which was really good. Chicken, cheese and spice! Yummy! The BF had "The Stack" i think its called...chicken, cheese & gravy. I also ordered some chicken salad to go. This was good, wished I would've ordered a larger order of this. It was light and the portion of celery/mayo and chicken was good. They pack it with ALOT of chicken. They have a variety of sandwiches, smoothies and seems like they have a steam table with lunch/dinner food later in the day. We were there kinda early so breakfast & sandwiches it was. No regrets, when in the mood for a tasty sandwich will definitely be returning.

Andy's gets 5 stars for customer service alone! Not to mention that everything I've tried thus far, was really good. I called in a very last minute sandwich platter order for a sudden office meeting and they worked with me to get it done in time. The sandwiches were very fresh and the potato salad was really delicious with nice flavor that isn't overpowered by mayo. I'm so appreciative of how friendly they were on the phone to the moment I walked in. They didn't miss a beat. Thanks Andy's!

Tasteless, not flavorful roast beef sandwich

I strongly advise people not to come here for a roast beef sandwich. You clearly can see from my photo how tasteless , dried and not even flavorful sandwich. The consistency was not there. I did not even finish the other half of my sandwich. Thats how dried it was and I wasted $13 on this tasteless sandwich. It may have been the worst roast beef sandwich I ever ate. Go somewhere else for a better roast beef sandwich.

Boy oh boy one of my favorite delicatessens in all of the east coast They have a huge wall of sandwiches to choose from but I couldn't resist the London broil sandwich It's so good when the meat hits your lips I can have Andy's beef in my mouth any day ! The rice pudding is so rich and flavorful I licked the bowl clean!

After ordering, you need to wait 15 minutes before your sandwich is out - at least there's a lot of searing inside so you can definitely enjoy your sandwich inside!! Got the two most popular sandwiches - dill party and chicky. - dill party (4.5/5): this sandwich was almost perfect - the only thing it was missing was the crunch factor. The bread could have been slightly more toasted (it was a bit soft and didn't have a crunch), there could have been more pickled, or the addition of chips in the sandwich, but other than that, the ingredients of the sandwich were so fresh and the turkey was perfect - not dry at all, not too much as it may seem - chicky (4.5/5): this sandwich was a bit heavier. the bread was cooked a bit better but could have been a bit more toasted, but the chicken meatball - holy moly this was perfect. it was so soft and juicy and full of flavor Overall, this sandwich spot is definitely worth the trek and visit to try it out. the only thing that would make it 5 stars is just slightly more toasted sandwiches :)

As far as the dining area- The restaurant was spacious, composed of neatly lined tables and chairs with their centerpiece luncheonette bar gracing the room. Their al fresco arrangement was remarkable- with their lighter hued blue and green colored metallic seats and tables quietly lining the corner of Menahan street. A softboi haven. I imagined this to be a type of restaurant where a newlywed Mormon couple in the Great Plains would run. A place where pleasantries and support for one's neighbor is what mattered. "Another delicious sandwich, Hezekiah. See you guys in church." but truthfully, I felt a bit sour overriding my preference for the reliable in favor for the novel. A half chicken over yellow rice with plantains might have been the better option for my pocket, palate, and my need to protein max. But woe is me. Regardless, I'll have to respectfully pass on seconds at the Salty Lunch Lady's.

Every staff member was super young--barely legal or not even. Every interaction felt like staff were practicing their lines, playing a role in a play, and us, customers, were just cast. Waiters and buss boys were speaking to us like we were dumb/deaf/on the spectrum/high/drunk. It was so disconcerting. Never had such weird experience. Made me so uncomfortable. We were the first ones in the door with 11am reservation on a Saturday. The place filled up quickly. High noise level. Not the best for large groups. The burgers sell out quickly, as only 68 are prepared daily, so we snagged those right away. So delicious. Double smashed cheeseburger--simple and satisfying. Very rich. Would return for this again. French toast was disappointing. Looked pretty but tasted of nothing. It wasn't French toast in a traditional preparation: it was bread pudding cut into a slice and drizzled with syrup and served French toast style. The texture was of a moist but bland bread pudding. Utterly disappointing. Skip. War potatoes (crispy potatoes that are served as a side, with a dollop of super spicy sauce) were very tasty. Double or triple fried to a crispy perfection. Love me some perfectly crisp potatoes. These are super caloric, so prepare for some heartburn after. Ask for war sauce on the side because it is SPICY. House made pistachio gelato was superb. So many pistachios--I'd eat this daily and would return for this!

And also, that was how she ran out of ingredients for breakfast sandwich, which now in 2023 limited the sales of breakfast sandwiches to opening time thru 2 in the afternoon.
