    Pepperoni and sausage/buffalo chicken pizza
    Toya J.

Andy's pizza is legit. The pepperoni and sausage is good, the pepperoni is a bit more salty. I personally like mine spicy. Best place to go right before a show at the 9:30 club or Atlantis. The staff is always nice. This was my first time seeing the buffalo chicken pizza, and I will say the best I've ever had! Huge chunks of fried chicken, white cheese and ribbons of buffalo sauce poured through the jumbo slice. My new favorite! You can eat on the patio that has heated lamps during winter or you can grab a table or a window seat inside. They have a full bar and beers on tap. Enjoy!

Cool place to grab some slices of pizza to try! Ordering was easy and I got the Buffalo Crispy Chicken. It was flavorful and not too spicy. I also got their Lemonade mix which you can have alcohol added. I got vodka in it and was quite tasty and refreshing. I was here with a group and we dined outside on their patio since someone had their dog. It was chilly out but staff were able to provide us with heat lamps. A fun spot to catch up with friends and enjoy some good pizza.

I really like the inside of this pizza spot! The bar is nice and the bartenders were super friendly! There was a little confusion when I was getting my pizza but they eventually got it together. It was late and there were alot of people. Overall I enjoyed my experience and I tried several different slices of pizza which were all equally delicious. I had a meat lovers pizza, pepperoni slice, and buffalo chicken. My favorite was definitely the pepperoni slice! It was hot, fresh, crispy, and cheesy with just the perfect amount of grease! I'll definitely be back for more, I love a good pizza slice!!

The closest thing to a NY slice in DC and the perfect spot to pop into after a show at The Atlantis up the street. When I popped in on a Wednesday night the place was pretty lively with people enjoying wine and pies of pizza. They have a great assortment of wine and beers a plenty of seating. They also have a good amount of TV's so you can enjoy a game while there. Even right before closing they had a lot of pizza options including mushroom, cheese, pepperoni, veggie, sausage and others. I was able to get their slice and wine combo. Love that they do that. I'll definitely be back soon! The team was friendly as well.

For a pizza joint, they have really elevated their offerings. You walk into a case filled with thin but blistered crust pizza with a tight but cravable topping selection. They seem to have great appetizers that fit the look and feel of this pizza/ bar joint. I liked how their drink casings have byo cocktails in deli containers, its a nice custom touch that shows their attention to detail. Its a great open space, that feels warm and inviting when its filled. I like it a lot and their slices are not bad! There is an artisan level of toppings, ranging from honey, fresh basil, caramelized onion and even a white pie. Because its by the slice, you can take your time revisiting this place for a different taste any time. Its well situated in the neighborhood of eateries, and I'd come here for my next slice.

The six of us needed a dinner #2, so we stopped by Andy's Pizza for a slice. Each single slice (and not all pizza options have single slice) is 4.50, which isn't exactly a steal, but each piece is pretty big. At around 7:30 PM this past Saturday, we didn't have to wait long in line to get our slice (most of us got Margherita). MARGHERITA (SLICE) - 4.50 +1.50 for Ricotta This brings it to 6 per slice which is kind of steep but the ricotta was pretty worth it. It was fresh and creamy, which elevated the slice. I think each slice could have used more tomato sauce, because it was a bit dry (and saved by the ricotta!) on its own. Some pieces had more crust than others, and not every slice had an equal distribution of toppings. Overall, solid choice for a late night snack. We downed our slices in the outdoor seating area which had some heating. I'm waiting for Andy's to open near where I live so I can grab a slice whenever.

This pizza is amazing thin crust , crispy flavorful tasty, the atmosphere is very nice with indoor and outdoor seating. Gourmet sodas salads

OVERALL: best pizza in town. FOOD: the slices are huge, great sauce to cheese ratio, and they don't skimp on the toppings. It's thin and crispy. If you order a regular sized pizza and do half 1 topping and the other half another topping, you basically get 2 medium sized pizzas. SERVICE/VENUE: I usually order delivery so cannot comment on this part. The delivery is quick and the box is always sealed.

That month I had started Uber driving, was in this area of DC, had heard good things about Wiseguy, and decided to eat here. Although I don't like paying to park just to simply eat a meal, I sometimes will make an exception for convenience and/or if it's a place I really want to go. But for the most part, I'll go to restaurant where they have free parking or at least I can find free parking near the restaurant. I remembered getting a parking spot very close and feel like I feed the meter like 50 cents in 2014 parking prices for a quick 30 minute meal. They have all kinds of varieties of slices from the standard toppings or just cheese to fancy ones. Although the pizza is fairly thin, but average for New York style pizza. I tried Andy's Pizza 11 years later in 2025, and while it was solid although not as good as Wiseguy, my real complaint with Andy's was that the pizza is very thin, where I was hungry very soon later; so a much worse value as pricing is comparable to Wiseguy. Wiseguy slices are big, and the pizza is top notch New York style. I went to this location a couple of more times after my initial August 2014 visit as I loved the pizza. Then, they opened up other locations. I went to Navy Yard one at least twice, once after a Nationals baseball game after a disappointing loss for my 4th favorite baseball team, Texas Rangers. Sorry Nats fans, but Nats are in my bottom 10 teams. I also went to Rosslyn & Pentagon City location, where parking isn't quite as bad. They even had a Wheaton Mall food court location, which I got to experience once, but they sadly closed. Every experience with Wiseguy has been positive.

Super Unique Setup With Cool Lights That Make It Easy To Spot. It's Different From Your Typical Pizza Place, Which I Actually Liked. This Is Detroit-Style Pizza, So Don't Expect New York Style. It's Thick, With A Generous Amount Of Mozzarella Cheese & Tomato Sauce. Honestly, It Almost Felt Like A Cheesy Bread Situation But In A Good Way. The Crust Was Buttery With A Slight Crisp On The Outside & Soft Inside, Which Was The Perfect Balance. We loved the panzanella salad with the creamy burrata. And the tuna tartare was chopped nicely and seasoned well. The standout for us was their pizza though. Mamma mia!! The Drunken love with pepperoni and vodka sauce was to die for. Their pizza is like a mix between NY style and Neapolitan. The crust is crispy and puffy. It took a lot of will power to not eat the whole thing. The pastas fell a little short for us. The alfredo was just ok- not the best flavor. And the pesto was really soupy and a huge portion. Definitely, more Italian American than traditional Italian. We wrapped up the dinner with a cannoli brownie. A fun take on the classic Italian dessert. Overall, a delicious meal! We will be back for pizza FOR SURE.

When we first walked in, the cashier immediately apologized for the long wait times, thanked everyone for their patience, and let us know they were incredibly short staffed with only two people working. Because the tiny interior was already packed, we decided to leave and do some sightseeing first. However, seeing how good the pizza looked we knew we had to come back later that afternoon. There's no negative details in my review. Nothing but positive things and a small recommendation. 1. Staff and Service I really appreciated the cashier's honesty about running behind right off the bat. That allowed us to make an informed choice rather than get frustrated by a long wait. More businesses could learn from this! 2. Restaurant's Layout The inside is a bit tight and busy, but it's located in a smaller older building, so they have no other options. Since they can't expand the inside adding an outdoor pub height counter for eating, a bench or some seating out front would be a great way to give waiting patrons a place to sit. Also a place to eat. 3. The Pizza -The Veggie Pizza: My nephew and I both ordered this, and the slices were massive you'll see in my pics! They were honestly the largest slices I have ever seen! I love pizza and have eaten it in New York and Chicago, and my slice here held its own. It was loaded with a huge variety of vegetables. I requested to put mine through the oven twice to get the veggies warm and cooked because I noticed my nephew's slice looked like a warm salad on crust. So happy I did because it was delicious! The jalapeños were intensely spicy which is on me, since I'm a bit of a lightweight with spice! -The Meat Options: My son got the pepperoni and thought it was really good, and my husband got a supreme slice which he also said was good . 4. Price and pizza size- they're more expensive than a typical slice, but once you see those big ole slices in my pics you'll understand why. They can't even fit on a plate. They had to serve them to you in an actual pizza box! After reading my long review you're trying to find out if I would go back huh? Absolutely! If I ever in the area or stay at the Hilton DC again, I would definitely walk right on over and get a slice. You can feed a family of three on one slice! Adult and two small children!
