My mistake for calling, but you can thank me for doing the dirty work so no one will get taken like I did in the future. First of all, the guy showed up in what looked like his own personal car with no logo on it, and walked up to my door with a tiny little tool box. I told him I had condensation in the drum of my dryer and he said it was from the rain. What!? I explained to him that I've had this dryer for 12 years and this has never happened before. He then said it's probably due to a clogged vent/duct and it would cost me $169 for him to clean it but he didn't have the "tools" to do that for me. He proceeded to tell me to GOOGLE a vent cleaning business to fix the problem, and he left. So, after all of that.....for this man with NO LOGO on his car, a TINY TOOL BOX, it cost me $60 dollars for him to tell me to GOOGLE A VENT CLEANING COMPANY!!!!! I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. Lesson learned and I hope that from this awful experience I can warn people, or at least tell people to proceed with caution if they ever call this "company" for help.
