Told me he will reach out to manufacturer to get numbers for the parts (never did) and will order them. Second time he came to fix the fridge I found out he only ordered one part and not two as he was supposed to. He told me to contact the manufacturer asap to get number for the correct part so he could order it, mind you he doesn't have a professional place to get the parts and orders them on Amazon (told me parts from Amazon are not always reliable). I provided him with all the necessary info the next day and he confirmed he will order the part. After over a week of not hearing back I reached out to him to check on the status and got the following response "I do have the part I am so sorry I totally forgot I'll explain to you later...." I reached out to another service provided who was able to diagnose the issue within few minutes.

My mistake for calling, but you can thank me for doing the dirty work so no one will get taken like I did in the future. First of all, the guy showed up in what looked like his own personal car with no logo on it, and walked up to my door with a tiny little tool box. I told him I had condensation in the drum of my dryer and he said it was from the rain. What!? I explained to him that I've had this dryer for 12 years and this has never happened before. He then said it's probably due to a clogged vent/duct and it would cost me $169 for him to clean it but he didn't have the "tools" to do that for me. He proceeded to tell me to GOOGLE a vent cleaning business to fix the problem, and he left. So, after all of that.....for this man with NO LOGO on his car, a TINY TOOL BOX, it cost me $60 dollars for him to tell me to GOOGLE A VENT CLEANING COMPANY!!!!!
