Yesterday afternoon contacted triple A and asked for towing as a premier member and was told I would meet the driver in 2.5 hours as they were busy with so many calls. Waited from 7pm to 9:30pm for a tow and it was a no show. AAA gave me a call back over 3 hrs later letting me know that Broncs towing wouldn't provide long distance towing. Frustration grew as I was told it's a no show after 2.5 hours of waiting.. as I continued to argue with AAA they gave me another call 10 minutes later stating they found a company who would provide me with a long distance tow (77miles away from home) but had to wait another 1hour. Less than an 1hr later CASEY arrived from Angel Hands Towing and was not only understanding but also patient, knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful! On the evening of June 29 we needed a tow for our vehicle. We requested a tow from the Southern California Autoclub. We were pleasantly surprised Angelhands Towing arrived about 25 minutes later. The driver was very courteous and respectful. He carefully loaded our vehicle on the flatbed towtruck. He towed our vehicle 200 miles to our residence. He was a true professional and there were no issues. It is obvious that Angelhands towing places a high priority on their customer service and professionalism. I happen to be a Southern California Autoclub employee, however, the driver was not aware of this and he treated the situation and our vehicle as if it was his own. Kudos to Sam and Kory for figuring out how to open the locked doors of my 2014 VW Touareg despite the "built like a tank" doors. They were the 3rd towing company to make the attempt and succeeded where the other two failed. My battery had lost so much juice from a long conference call that unbeknownst to me merely locking it as I walked away bottomed it out to the point it would not even unlock the doors. Even my emergency key would not trigger the solenoid to unlock the driver's door. Incredible pickle as I now could not open the hood to get at the battery terminals to get a jump start. With the passenger door finally opened, I could open the hood and with a quick jump start my engine was running and I was on my way. read more

Angel hands towing is a great service provider the drivers call to confirm all information with you and then provide a time of arrival. I was stuck on the side of the road.
