There is a pedicure menu so there are options for different types of pedicures and add ons. I think the pedicures are thorough and I can say that they spend more time doing my pedicure than a lot of places. I have only had a pedicure here so I cannot speak on the other services but they have an array of color options and they provide waxing services as well. ATMOSPHERE: Bright clean and fresh is how I would describe it. It is definitely more on the upscale side (for Crawfordville) and maybe that it because it is new. Shape -wrong, uneven , different shapes, and a big glob of acrylic left under my nails even after asking for it to be removed . I was very unhappy with my experience overall! I ended up paying more because the acrylic powder they used was the "pink" not the regular. Needless to say $50 wasted .

I believe Lea is the only tech that does the builder get/GellX overlays, so I'd ask for her specifically if you are getting that service, but the tech who did my toes was very quick and precise with the French tip. I'd go again and be sure to get the gel overlay, not just gel polish as well as a cat eye color. BTW, this pic is of my nails a week after they were done. No issues.

Immediately, I asked Dawn why am I paying $45 for a fill in, when a brand new set was $45? She was puzzled. She started stuttering and said it's because my nails are short, which doesn't make any sense. When I requested to speak with a manager about this discrepancy, I was met with refusal and further unhelpful behavior. I strongly recommend choosing a salon that transparently lists their prices, as this is standard practice and ensures fair treatment for customers.
