Both nail techs were very nice. When I left, I noticed my nails looked a little angled up but didn't question it- since I never had gel x. On Saturday morning- two of my nails popped off and by Saturday a third did. I reached out to the salon and they immediately were happy to get me in for a nail fix. I live across town so I told them it would need to be Monday morning. I arrived to the salon this morning and had a different nail tech. They removed the whole set and applied a new set for me. The nail tech even explained that my nails are curved and I needed a specific type of nail. Needless to say, she did an AMAZING job and they feel sturdy. I will definitely come back to this salon- they have great work ethic and believe in pricing good customer service. I am very thankful they took care of me. However, thinking of my number of visits as a whole, I've never walked away incredibly happy. One experience around the holidays 2025,I got a design on one nail each hand for the first time. I don't typically do any designs, so this was my easy intro into it. Bows looked more like a pair of scissors. Today summer of 2026, I walk away with nail dust from the customer next to me in my polish. I had a very pleasant pedicure prior to my manicure which set a positive tone for my experience. However, my manicure following, we were in quite close quarters and I was mid manicure when someone else sat next to us and they started their nail drilling. Nail dust flew quite visibly over to our side and I trusted the nail tech would notice or say something if I was affected. Well, I trusted too easily. I am walking away with someone else's nail dust settled into my own nail polish, as well as poorly settled paint where the brush strokes were visible. After some time sitting in my car, debating if I should have them correct it, I went back. The nail tech was kind and thanked me for coming back and giving her another chance. While it was a better job and she was more diligent with having me check the work, there are still some raised dots in the polish and it just looks and feels heavy and clunky every time I look at my nails. I want to love it here, but this experience definitely put a damper on my thoughts here.

I went back to get them replaced and he replaced them with regular rhinestones which isnt a problem but I still paid for swarovski crystals. Very c r a p p y job unfortunately. He didn't place nails at cuticle he put it above so now it looks like I've had these on for a month. They won't be getting another penny out of me unless i am desperate. She seemed to resent even reasonable requests or questions, responding with visible impatience rather than professionalism. There was no warmth, no conversation, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Her movements were rough and, at times, painful. Even after I indicated that something hurt, she didn't slow down or adjust her technique. The manicure reflected the same lack of care. She didn't bother cleaning up excess polish around the edges or correcting small imperfections before finishing. I had to insist on a separate nail file from the one she had just used on my toes - I must have broken "the bank" cost-wise based on the raised eyebrows and argument I got. The little plastic container housing the files and buffer and such was dirty, y'all! The entire appointment felt like I was just another stop on a conveyor belt rather than a valued customer. The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.

I really want to give 5 stars because the staff can do a great job, but the consistency and quality of the French tip service is very hit or miss. Sometimes it turns out well, while other times it feels rushed, with uneven white tips. Most of the time, the unevenness is blamed on my short nails, but I've always preferred short nails, and that shouldn't affect the quality of service. While I understand short nails may require more precision, it's still the style I consistently request. The lack of consistency in how the French tips are done is the main reason I can't confidently give a full 5-star rating. But todays visit Jaymee Jaime 2 table from the right she did my nails today and it was perfect she took her time doing layers of coat and precision on how she did my tips it was perfect the sides were not missed it was even she nade my nails look like acrylic! I feel everyone should the same time precision and detailed on making the french tip right. Short or long Overall this location has very good pricing amongst the nail salon ive been nearby, the vibe is good the area is clean not hard to find has enough parking even its busy and so far everyone is nice. And my other issue was the rewards program i have brought 6 people last year thinking i will get a better discount or point but every time i check in for more than 1 the system does not count the rest in the same receipt i did not got any good any discount from the 6 people with 1 check that was $600+ so im not sure if that eveb counts towards anything
