Got a pedicure the other day and I am so disappointed! Not worth my money at all, I don't know his name but I got it done by a guy. And he was nice - I didn't notice anything at the salon (I also had my son with me so I was in a hurry out). But when I got home I noticed he left a bunch of nail polish that dried up on my toes, my nails weren't even filed evenly, some were left longer than others, and the nail polish is all lumpy. People were unfriendly, I had gotten my nails done and the lady doing my nails declawed me like a cat and made me bleed. And then continued to use the same products that are now all bloody at this point. She did not attempt to treat it either. And continued to put the nails on. This is going to sound so shallow but just don't let the guy working here near your nails, my pedicure was fast and looks alright but he was so hasty with the clippers and definitely cut me a few times, it still hurts. My gel manicure took somewhere around 1.5 hours and looks so bad, he put so many layers of polish on not even the UV lamp could set them, they scraped off while I was getting in the car the next day :( he didn't know nail shapes, seemed lost and confused but the worst part was all the other technicians near by and only one offered any help to him or me, including the owner who was near by the whole time but said nothing and definitely saw how badly it was going. I've gotten my nails done a few times here and everyone else seems like they know what they're doing but unfortunately this last time was the worst nails I've ever walked away with. read more

I've gone twice to this shop, I don't ever have a problem with pedicures they do really great jobs and it's super comfortable! Everyone is nice and friendly, the only service I wouldn't recommend is gel nails. I went on Monday with a scheduled appointment for both a mani and pedi and was seated right away. Again my experience with a pedicure was wonderful but when it came to my nails it went downhill. For context, they said it was a slower day because it was after the holiday and I went just before 5pm. The girl who did my mani (I just asked for french tip) rushed because a girl came shortly after me wanting dip powder. my nails are uneven lol even when I asked if she could fix it, and we're done quite poorly. i tried to give it a couple days and maybe they would grow on me, but then my nail chipped. such a bummer. read more

I went to Utah last week for a visit and decided to get my nails done and found Angel's Nails. It's was my first time going there and my experience there was great! The moment I stepped into the shop, I was helped right away. The place is clean and organize. They are very professional and friendly. Jen did my acrylics and it's perfect! I love it! Terrible service. Terrible pedicure. My pedi was only 15 mins long which included a bad paint job. I was rushed out the door so fast. I should of known when I walked in & there wasn't ONE customer in the shop. EMPTY. They don't sterilize their utensils, they wear no gloves or masks. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. And the owner did a pedicure & then washed his face in the sink after touching feet!! There is not one good thing to be said. read more

Getting on here to leave a review, I was so sad to read the reviews about this salon. I have been going to this salon for several months now. It's always pretty empty (and now I know why! The reviews on here probably scare people off!) but Ann is great! I went in to get a pedicure one day and I was telling her about this terrible acrylic set I got at another salon. They ended up cracking and chipping around the edges. I wanted an almond shape but I did NOT get it. It was horrible. I talked to a different salon before visiting this one and they said they would have to remove that set entirely and do a whole new set. WHAT?! . So while getting the pedicure from Ann she told me she could fix my nails for practically nothing and didn't need to remove them. So after my pedicure, I sat at her table and she filed them down and fixed them for me. Now my nail set is better than ever and I have been going to her every month. I can show her a picture and she can do it right away, without hesitation! My nails are long, healthy and strong. She is friendly, talks to me about her family and life, or just lets me sit quietly and relax while getting a pedicure/ massage. The pedicures are quick and great, I think, considering it covers all the points it outlines on their pricing page (wax, scrub, massage, etc) It doesn't specify a time as far as I remember so I don't go in there expecting a one hour massage. I guess I just like to give companies a chance. If there is an issue you don't like with the paint or bubbles or something, speak up! You are a paying customer. They want to make sure you are happy with them. Or at least Ann does. She just did an ombré type paint on my nails and before she proceeded to cure the paint in the machine she made sure to check and see if I liked it and was happy with it. I've told her that the paint didn't cover the side one time the way I liked it so she fixed it. I'll continue to go there and see Ann and I hope others pay her a visit also! read more

Hmm, throughout most of my life, I have always been the tomboy/nerd/basically the epitome of everything anti-girly. Yet somehow, I have found myself embracing the almost spiritual ritual of the pedicure. Yes, I know, how could I betray my tomboyish ways and succumb to such a typically "girly" thing as a pedicure, but dayum. I don't know very many people who would willingly turn down a massage chair, with a jetted tub for your feet containing the perfect temperature of water and probably other minerals to exfoliate them, a good sanding and scrubbing of said feet, getting your legs and feet massaged, cuticles tamed, having those long, gnarly, talons of yours clipped to perfection, all the while enjoying your favorite trashy magazine. Yep. You would be crazy not to enjoy such an experience. This is basically what happens when I get pedicures, and Angels Nails delivers. On a slightly prejudiced/biased note, I have a hard time trusting nail places that are not owned/staffed by Asians, mainly because I've had awful nail experiences at other establishments that have been wayyyyyy overpriced and not of as good quality. Plus, it's always fun being asked "if I have boyfrien" (the d omitted on purpose). Note: $20 for a pedicure, $25 for a full set (I don't actually know what that means). read more

Tall man in his late 40's maybe "serviced me" if that's what you can call it . I asked for pink and white acrylic . After he applied it and filed with the machine to smooth it . I let home know that one of the smile lines was not clean he was very noticeably bothered by me mentioning it . He tried filing it more with the machine to hopefully get a cleaner smile line . But it was still messy as photos show . When I told him I still didn't like it he complained "you can't even see it !" Loud and annoyed so others in salon can hear . I told him "I'm paying for them so I want them to look pretty " There was no saving it so he immediately started to shove a nail tip between the nail and my natural nail to remove it . It hurt and I knew he was annoyed so I told him that if he didn't want to fix it he could just remove them . He yelled "after spending an hour your telling me this !" I said "yes well if your going to be mad because I'm asking you to fix them yes ! It's not like your giving me a discount not to fix them . " He very angry then grabbed his nail clippers and clipped every single tip and left me with broken nails instead of removing them . I showed the nail tech on the next station what I was talking about and all she said was sorry . Which obviously shows she knew he was wrong for having that attitude but he's probably an owner of the salon which is probably why nobody told him to calm down . Before leaving I did tell him that his nail salon was probably so empty on a Friday because of his bad attitude ! Only reason I came was because I live down the street and thought this could be my new nail place ! Oh well just my luck wish somebody else in this nail shop would have worked on me ... I will be calling dopl being the nail removals should be soaked of not ripped off he could have hurt my nail bed really bad causing permanent damage to it ! Popped in on a Friday afternoon looking for a new place to get a French gel manicure. They had time and were speedy but good. Nails were cleaned and shaped per my request. Manicure was a bit light, but I appreciated being in/out in less than 45 minutes with a quality result. Friendly service to boot. $35 plus tip is fairly average price for this area. Will try polish change next to compare price to value. Will report back in two weeks on longevity. read more

I walked into a completely empty shop. That should've been my first sign. I got the standard pedi and shellac I was told $25 for the standard pedi and $20 for shellac. Okay no problem. Pretty average price range. She started on my toes of course. And the basin was lined with a plastic liner. That's new to me. Nice but weird feeling for the bottom of your feet. The pedi I felt she did well. As far as I can tell from where I was sitting. She completed in 20 mins. I was like wow, that was fast for all the items listed. We moved to my mani with shellac and ugh.... horrible! She didn't get sides and she left bubbles and particles under the polish. Ugh... never again. Particles and bare nails on the sides. And lastly extra polish on my nail tips. Not cleaned off! Got to the register and like I thought from $45 to $55.... never again! Do not go- my kids could do a better job. read more

I used to frequent this spot when I lived in Utah. I came back on a recent trip and was highly disappointed. It was the shortest manicure I have ever gotten. While it would have been great if she did a good job but she didn't. They also have my niece a 20 pedicure. I have gel polish on my fingers and she didn't even ask me to remove my watch for the 30 second hand massage I got. This was by far the WORST manicure I have ever received. My 87 year old mother in law went to this shop for a fill and they charged her $75.00 which she read on the tiny receipt as $35.00 and did not notice the incorrect charge until she received her bank statement. When she went back to tell them of the mistake they accused her of receiving services she did not receive. After much arguing, they did refund her the extra amount she was charged but then said she was not welcome back. As if she was the one who had cheated them. Beware of this business, I would recommend only using cash. Or better yet, avoid them completely. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place. I went to get my dip powder removed and a manicure. The person doing my nails used a nail tip to remove the dip powder which resulted in ripping my nails in the middle of my nail bed. Finally the person decided to use acetone and soak of the remaining dip powder but the damage was already done. Walked out with two nails ripped and bleeding. Also cut my quick under a nail which also resulting in it bleeding. Will not be returning. read more

Spent $160 on manis/pedis. Service was rushed. Paint job uneven on all three of us. I had the $45 luxury pedi and the massage was less than 5 minutes and my paint is coming off. Paint is coming off all three of our nails after two days. Highly disappointing. Will not frequent again. read more
