I took my daughter to get a pedicure together and after choosing our "colors" they had us go straight back to the pedicure chairs. Shortly after being seated a lady came and started on my daughters pedicure and finished. 40 minutes later = my daughter's pedicure is finished and the polish dry...me = my feet are sitting in cold water and still no start to my pedicure nor anyone around to do one. I had only budgeted 90 minutes for this and had to be somewhere so unfortunately we had to leave and then it became awkward where all the employees wanted to know why I not stay. We did not have an appointment and have been coming here for over 5 years, almost always as walk-ins. If there was going to be a wait, they would tell you so you had the option to come back later. If they would have done the same on this visit, we would have come back later to get a pedicure together as planned. They are under new ownership and unfortunately things are changing. read more

I've gone to A Plus a few times over the years now, and the quality is SUPER varied. Sometimes I'm really pleased, and others (like this time) make me think I should try a different place. I always like to read good reviews and never want to be one to write a negative review, however I'm hoping this will benefit the salon and they will clean their tools better, and to the next client, proceed with caution! I went there a couple of times and seemed to like it okay, however the last time I went a month ago I noticed my nail bed was infected. After that noticed my nail was decaying my friend said it was fungus, went to the doctor and there you have it from a simple manicure I got an infection and fungus. My nail will fall off and in the meantime it is being eaten up by fungus and looks horrifying. I am scared to go anywhere to get my nails done however I will never return here. Again. I took a chance to get my nails done since I am here from out of state on business. I walked in and stated that my nails were a mess. I usually get the dip overlay on my nails but they were too rough and broken that I opted for acrylics with gel polish. I was taken care of quickly and love the look of my nails. If I am back in the area again for work, I will return! read more

My mom was in there a month ago to get a pedicure. They used the scraper on her foot and cut her really bad. She could barely walk on it. She went in the next day to show them her foot and they said it wasn't them who had done it... where else would she get a cut like that?? I just walked out from this place after waited for 30min. The owner told me 30min wait and I agreed to wait but she took 3 others came after me and they didn't have appointment. I have been coming to the owner, Teresa, for years as she moves from salon to salon. She just bought this salon and it seams pretty nice. I love love love the work of Teresa and also Kim here. They're very thorough and seam genuine about their work. The salon is busy Saturday mornings, I recommend making an appointment. My nails always look fantastic and hold up very well! read more

they r good and consistent and hard working most of the workers r generally communicative but there is somewhat of a language barrier yes if u don't schedule there will be moments where u wait and if u schedule and come late than u can't blame them for not servicing u in general they r a solid salon but the customers r impatient read more

I have been to A plus two times to get a full set. I have never had so much pain after having a set put on EVER! I have never had a fungal infection under my nails until I went to a plus! I did not figure out the first time that it was from their clippers not being clean but when I went back 8 months later I got it again! Never will I go back or recommend A plus nails!!!! read more

I have been going here for over 10 yrs. They are the best!! My schedule is pretty full so it's really hard to find time to get in but I love the fact that my nails NEVER lift and they last at least 4 weeks before I really need to get a fill.
