Oh my gosh what a blessing it was to find this place and to have Katie answer the phone! I have been trying to find a new nail salon and this is IT! I had a horrible experience at the last place that I thought was "my new spot" so I was honestly so grateful that my family had a great experience with Katie. She was so sweet and accommodating to get me in same day when I called. My husband had taken our daughter in had just gone in to see her, the day before and had an awesome experience and they recommended I come back. Not only was the experience top notch, my nails were absolutely beautiful, and Katie is one of the nicest, kindest, most professional people I have sat with, she inspired me. She's been in business 18 years and I felt like family just meeting her for the first time. Absolutely loved our conversation and most importantly my nails were gorgeous! I tried a new type of gel she recommended and it's supposed to last longer and I am so excited to update my review to confirm how long they last! Thank you Katie!! read more

I had an appointment today 12/12 at about 11:30. Lady was fine as first a then started getting aggressive while buffing my nails. She "forgot" what kind of nails i wanted if i wanted french tip or full and i said french tip and she gave me full and that's not what i even ask for. She made me give a tip which i didnt want too because the service wasn't that's great. So im not very happy with her because she didn't give me what i wanted. I could go and on about this place!! I have been coming here for 10+ years and honestly say that Katie and her team are family! Their professionalism, kindness, and excellence in services deserve more than 5 stars!! They are truly the BEST! I have a major skin allergy, but recently had my eyebrows and eyelashes done, because of Katie's confidence and reassurance! I LOVE how they turned out! I am so grateful for Katie and team! I went for a pedicure, I told the man doing my toes I had a very sensitive nail on a toe due to recent nail removal. He ignored me every time and hurt my nail. Paint was all over my toes and he filed into my skin! read more

Went in on Saturday, and waited awhile. They finally sat me down for my pedi and I waited with my feet in the water for additional 15ish minutes. By the time she came back the water was cold and she had to refill it. The pedi was good but when she did the message and the stones it was rushed. I did ask for the basic pedi with gel but walked out paying $55. Not sure if that's the price for the basic but definitely not for the service. My toes looked cute but with how thin of a layer she did, my nail already cracked, which it never does. I won't be going back but it's not that bad, just not worth the money. read more

I'm new to the area so Yelp reviews lead me to this nail spa. Had the Luxury Spa Pedicure with Ian. Very relaxing & priced fairly. $35. My feet are super soft & my nails are ready for Christmas. Update: My polish barely lasted a week. This is extremely disappointing because I asked them to use a polish that would last and it didn't. read more

I was getting an oil change at Big O tires on Power road, and hate to just sit in the waiting room. I saw Angel Touch nails was in walking distance and takes walk ins! What a wonderful way to spend your time while you get the car topped off! Katie was my person for a pedicure and she was kind, gentle, and did an excellent job! I admit I am not often to pamper myself, kinda a tight wad, but they offered a $25 or $35 pedicure. I opted for the $35 knowing I had some rough feet from being a flip flop girl most of the year! It was worth it. I got a nice exfoliating scrub and hot stone massage along with the pedicure. I will be back and will bring my mom next time as a treat for her! read more

Went to get my nails done today for the first time at this nail salon and well I didn't get a chance to say what shape I wanted so the guy just did square. There's nail polish all over my hands and I was just not satisfied with the work that was done I have glue all over my hands along with nail polish and it wasn't even what I wanted to get for my nails. I super upset with the work done and I would've talked to the guy but of course he had headset in and was more focused on changing the video or looking at it to notice I was upset with what was being done with my nails. I was charged 50$ for this and it wasn't what I wanted. The other lady's did great work on their customers but this guy didn't. read more

I've been coming here since I've moved to queen creek about a year ago. I've been going consecutively for the past 6 months. I recently soaked my acrylics off and my nails are destroyed. I have drill marks/dips in them that I've never had before. My nails are so much more weak than ever before. It's very depressing. This nail salon went above and beyond my expectations! The staff was extremely friendly and I could see that they have great relationships with their clients. I've been coming here for 2 years now and I've never been disappointed. Whenever I get my nails done here, they're phenomenal and any staff will give input on color which makes my life easier since I'm really indecisive. My friend who lived in Tempe would drive out here to get our nails done since this is the best place around (we've tried a few, but not since coming here). I have also now been getting my lashes done here for about 3 months. Katie does an amazing job every time! She takes her time and it pays off. With this being said, she's better than dedicated lash places and she charges less. A win win. If you need your nails done for a big day or you want to try getting lash extensions, I would come here. Yes, yes, yes! I'm definitely obsessive and compulsive about finding and trying new pedicure places, and on a recent trip to the area I found a gem worth return visits! If you love TIME being taken on your pedicures, you will definitely want to try this spot out. I enjoyed a thorough pumice scrub, sugar scrub and lotion massage. Time taken was treatment which was definitely noticed. I love their attention to their customers even when there were customers waiting for treatments. Downside is the pedicure chairs are not built for shorter people. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and I love everyone who works here. Katie does my acrylic nails every two weeks and I get the gel pedicure once a month. I love the ambiance, super relaxing - I love the staff, always happy and willing to help however they can! Good vibes here - and they always take walk-ins which I know people appreciate but definitely worth booking your appointment in advance. I have Katie do french manicures and other designs on my acrylics all the time; she is so talented and always willing to give me what I ask for. Love this place. read more

He chose the perfect light pink shade and made sure the polka dots were the exact size and pattern I wanted. I'm obsessed with my nails and I keep getting compliments on them! I was also surprised by the $2 sanitation fee. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the principle. Maintaining clean, sanitized tools and equipment should be a standard part of doing business, not an extra charge passed on to customers. To me, that's simply part of the service I'm already paying for. The quality of the pedicure was great, but the wait and additional fee left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I don't believe I will be back.

Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

I mean, talk about a combination of animal and beauty therapy. The salon is spacious, comfortable and they play some of the best music. That said, there is one disappointment here and for me, it's hard to say if this is a normal thing being that I'm new to Arizona and still adjusting or if it's something that only this salon does. The issue is this: when you get a pedicure you're presented with different spa treatments to choose from. The prices listed on these treatments breakdown what is included, or what is supposed to be included in the price. However, when you go to pay for services, the prices increases and you are told that the extra charge is because one opted for gel polish over standard. It's happened twice to me and it doesn't make sense at all. If the spa treatment you choose automatically states that one gets gel polish, scrub, massage, and a paraffin wax dip for $55 as an example, it should be $55 in cost before any tip is added. However, at the counter the price increases, which is closer to $100. This is frustrating because what you see if not necessarily what you get per se, so you have to really pay attention to the spa treatment options and make sure you ask about any extra charges post service.

The pedicure was wonderful, and I was very happy with my feet. Unfortunately, my eyebrow experience was the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

But, unfortunately, this place is beginning to lose its "zest". What once made the stand a part from the everyday nail shop, now has this place feeling like everywhere else. Messy stations, dusty floors, slow technicians, and over promised designs. Not to mention it took me 2 hrs to get a full set, before the design. The technician rushed my shape and as not friendly after I mentioned it. Felt an eerie feeling of discrimination upon paying when I voiced my concerns. Witnessed multiple customers receive better tone of voice and accommodations when displeased. Mgr "accommodated" by taking off $5. Only bonus they still have going for them is the drink station.

Nail Techs Let's talk about the real heroes: Clarissa -- I need to personally thank her for putting her whole back into saving my husband's feet. This man had major callouses, and somehow she turned his feet into something that resembles a newborn baby's softness. I'm still shocked. A miracle worker. Ana -- She did an amazing job with my pedicure, and the massage?? Top tier. The kind that makes you forget bills exist. MVP: Sam -- Sam absolutely understood the assignment for my manicure. Not only did he listen, he EXECUTED. My design wasn't basic--this was a Pinterest-level, detailed, complex moment and he nailed it (literally).
