I came in for a basic gel pedicure advertised at $25 and a standard manicure that was supposed to be $15, along with a Gel-X removal. I understood there would be an additional charge for the Gel-X removal, but I was shocked when my total came out to $70. The pricing was not clearly explained, and I still don't understand how the cost added up to that amount. To be fair, the pedicure itself was fine. However, the manicure was disappointing and did not justify the price. My nails were not clipped evenly, and several of them were noticeably different shapes and lengths. My left and right hand look entirely different from eachother and I left unhappy with the overall result. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was being pressured and questioned about why I didn't leave a larger tip after expressing my dissatisfaction with the service. Tipping should be voluntary, and I felt uncomfortable being put on the spot. Overall, while the pedicure was satisfactory, the poor manicure, unexpected charges, and uncomfortable interaction regarding tipping left a negative impression. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning. read more

The ladies were nice but from the start, the seats were ripped, and the towels they were using looked like they have not been changed in a long time. I told them I wanted the basic manicure and pedicure with gel and they were upcharging me for everything. Despite me refusing the more expensive package, they did not want to take no for an answer. I also was not provided with the colors of nails until I asked. After agreeing to do French tips after feeling pressured to, the machine they were using to dry the nails burnt my nails so bad. I had to take my hands out of the machine. For my pedicure, they cut my cuticle too much and it was bleeding and it was hurting throughout the experience. She apologized but it should not have happened as I have never had that happen before ever. I honestly wanted to cry because I wanted to leave but didn't want to be rude. They did not tell me they were going to charge me for adding acrylic to my big toe and for French tips before doing it on me. They charged me $98 for everything before tip. My manicure only lasted 24 hours which is insane especially because the machine burnt my nails. I won't be coming here again unfortunately. read more

I spent nearly 200 for 2 full sets and a pedicure for my daughter and I and on both full sets we already have 3 nails pop off. I had to switch my design to just plain chrome since they didn't have the gems they said they had over the phone. My tech then asked me about five times if I wanted Cat eye instead saying it looked prettier and was cheaper- basically just trying to talk me out of chrome. I said I was okay w the more expensive price and wanted chrome so she began. This is what my nails look like NOT EVEN a week later. When I go to QT, my polish NEVER chips like this as I'm not even rough with my hands. These are chipping due to the amount of times she had to redo them and put them back into the gel machine. Second time coming here only because it is close to my home and they stay open late but I will not be returning, service is ok the ladies are nice however their pedicures suck. The lady who did mine did it really rushed pushing me to get the extra add ons after I told her no twice. She didn't even add a primer to my toes before the polish, I asked for my toes short and square and she just did a very sloppy job you can see my nails were lumpy. They don't use any scrubs or anything special for the massages. It took a lot from me to not leave a tip but still left one for the sake of her doing a "service". I found them sometime during covid time and have continued going since. Overall I'm happy with my nails every time. Personally, they're always the right thick/thinness. They never break and last as long as expected. While on the subject if I ever want them to make a slight change to my nails, I feel comfortable communicating that with them. The prices are fair and the shop itself is beautifully decorated and clean. Jenny did my nails and I am in love with them. I showed her a picture of the nails and she recreated it perfectly and quickly. The manicure was 81$ with gel and I got the deluxe pedicure which I think was $37 with add on $15 for gel polish. Really good experience on my Gel X nails. I intentionally waited exactly 2 weeks and the Gel X lasted over 2 weeks and counting! I think they are supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks and I am now sold on the Gel X. As to the general manicure, it was also very good. The pedicure has lasted almost 2 weeks, but I was in the water quite a bit during my vacation so I am taking all this into consideration in my review, and I think that my regular pedicure, not gel, lasted quite some time. As to the service, the staff is really very nice and I love love love love the music. The staff is in uniform, which is great though. Store is very clean as well.
