Both move-out cleanings left my place much cleaner than when I moved in. They cleaned all blinds, inside all cabinets and the fridge, and even outside of my windows! My last move out, a large three-bedroom, two-bathroom, was a very heavy lift at a reasonable price. I read all the reviews for Angela and decided to take a chance with her, and I am VERY pleased. I called her on Sunday afternoon, and she came to my apartment Monday @ 9:00 AM and on time. I could not be here, but my partner, recovering from surgery, was here to oversee things. First of all, she was very thoughtful of him and his situation, making sure she was not in his way or making too much noise. I am very fussy and critical of cleaners especially in the bathroom and kitchen. Angela's results in these two rooms: spotless and shiny. She did a great job in the office room where we have a lot of "stuff." Everything was cleaned thoroughly and put back in an orderly fashion. So I found her on criagslit and with only one days notice emailed to ask what her rates were for move-out cleaning. She responded almost right away (I love businesses that e-mail). And she showed up on a Sunday after my furniture was moved out with her brother (both REALLY nice) and worked their butts off. I gave them the list of things to clean from my landlord in order to get my deposit back and they went above and beyond and for a very reasonable price (I tipped them well). I like that they gave me a flat rate, not hourly and brought their own supplies. I HIGHLY reccomend them and am thinking about having her come every once in awhile to my new place for aregular cleaning as well. read more

We first hired Angela to do our move-out in our apartment and the move-in cleaning for our condo back to back. Despite a complete downpour, Angela finished both places in record time and they were both spotless! Since then, we've called her to do our condo every 6 weeks or so. Its never scheduled ahead of time, and she has always found time to work with our work schedules (I can only work from home occasionally). In the last three years, she has canceled once the night before and was very apologetic. She rescheduled us immediately for the following evening, which she was clearly taking out of time with her family. Each time she brings a young lady with her and finishes the place in a couple hours, allowing me to sit somewhere out of the way and work. Angela may be a little more expensive than others out there, but it is worth it! She charges only slightly more to do a deep cleaning of the kitchen and spends a good hour on it! She points out things to follow up on next time and doesn't charge extra for those little tasks. All in all, no negative experiences and the quality of the services have always remained a high level over the last 3 years. read more

So, I wanted to love this service, since apparently everyone else does, but unfortunately it wasn't great. I called and hired Angela to do a move-out clean. I think it was a pretty easy job, the apartment was empty, and we are pretty clean, and had only lived in the place for 2 months. Angela didn't come - which might be the problem, but instead two girls came (they introduced themselves as Angela's niece). They were super nice and friendly, but they came an hour late (they called to say they would be 30 minutes late and then got lost so came 30 minutes after that) - not a big deal. They seemed to be totally unprepared. They didn't bring a mop, a vacuum, or a toilet brush. These seem to be things that would be required to clean a house. They spent two hours cleaning, and did an ok job, but my boyfriend and I ended up going over a lot of their work after them (we re-cleaned the glass shower door, the toilets, and the floors) - so overall, I was disappointed. Too bad, maybe it would have been better if Angela came, and the girls were so nice that I feel bad leaving this review, but the job was really sub-par. read more

Completely unreliable! She cancels scheduled cleaning right before time she suppose to come. Always late (at least an hour) and with every coming she raises the price for our pretty clean apartment (required dusting and vacuuming). Hard to deal with. Again not reliable! read more

I recently hired Angela's Cleaning Service twice for two separate rental units turning over. Both times Angela did an amazing job, leaving the units looking like new.
