Normally, I'm not a fan of seeded bread and I usually don't like peppers either, but somehow everything worked perfectly together. The creamy cooper American cheese, the soft yet crunchy bread and the thinly sliced ribeye made for such an incredible combination. And much to my surprise the peppers actually added a really nice touch and brought everything together. They're still more than I can devour in one sitting, so that doesn't matter too much. But, the last few had less moisture in the grilled meat, and thus were less juicy and less enjoyable to mange. I've heard that T&N is on the market. Given the devolution of quality (and quantity) the need to get out from under the nut and take away some profit is understandable. In addition to those tangible things, I take some joy in seeing that the choke hold once around the wallets of locals by that other place that shares it's name with it's location, has finally been broken.
