My wife and I have been eating at Angelos for almost 20 years. We had a party of 4 that visited on June 30, 2026. We consumed our dinners. I signed a check for a specific amount and left a 30% tip in cash after using AMEX to pay for dinner. When I returned home, I had notification from AMEX of a charge in the amount that was listed on the dinner check I signed for. There was also ANOTHER charge on AMEX for an amount more that $10 above that amount. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager about the discrepancy and requested to speak to a manager in hopes of ensuring I'm not a victim of fraudulent activity. The ASSISTANT manager was sent to the phone and she requested my credit card number while refusing to tell me who she was. She told me it was her decisions to, since I refused to share my card number with someone who refused to identify themselves, I can call back tomorrow after both charges had posted. I added that bit at the end 'cause I could. Now, we're waiting to call in the morning when no one will know what happened because there was no investigation within two hours after it happened. read more

My wife enjoyed a bowl of pasta fagioli and chicken parmigiana with angel hair pasta and an iced tea, both were very good. I enjoyed an 8 inch pizza called the Angelo special....loaded. My manager ordered pizza from Angelo's as it is highly talked about in our office. I believe you can order as many toppings as you would like for a set price (don't let me lie to you double check when you get there lol). We opted for a supreme pizza with everything on it (meat, onions, olive, jalapeño etc) and we ordered meatballs and it was DELICIOUS! However, this time around I ordered the meatball appetizer, chicken marsala, antipasta salad and chicken florentine and garlic bread. The bread was hard and stale. They also burnt it, which made it uneatable. The sauce on the meatballs was decent, that's the only reason why I'm giving it a rating of 2 stars. The other sauces had no flavor, meatballs tasted the way dirty dishes smell. The chicken on the other dishes had no flavor. Everything I ate I could have made at home and would have had a way tastier meal. I had everything delivered which was quick. What was delivered to us, we're not accustomed to.
