Angelo's saved us during the latest storm power outage! They're not far from our house and I was relieved to hear that they offer delivery when I called. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and Caesar salad. The salad was one of the very best Caesar salads I've had from a pizzeria! The dressing was already added to the salad when it arrived, but we didn't mind. It was SO tasty! I agree with other Yelpers that the pizza crust is on the thinner side but we quite enjoyed it that way. Really fast delivery and happy they accept CC payment over the phone. I was also able to look up their menu on GrubHub prior to calling in our delivery order. We'll be back to try more! read more

I wouldn't even feed this food to my dog if we are being honest. I've ordered from here once before and it has never been quite this bad. The pizza crust tasted like glorified cardboard with under seasoned marinara. It had barely any toppings on it and it was lukewarm. In addition to all of that my onion rings were burnt. This is my first time ordering from Angelos. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza (which was decent at best), a medium barbecue pizza (horrible) and hot wings (pretty good). My issue is with the barbecue pizza. Not only did the pizza look like it was thrown out of a second floor window but it tasted as of it was drowned in sweet and sour sauce instead of barbecue. According to Angelos it was the mild barbecue and that's why it had it's odd flavor. read more

Sign outside says 'masks required'. Inside, customers, counter staff and chefs all unmasked. And they use red sauce on their Hawaiian pizza. Odd. Otherwise the pizza is good, everything pizza is good mix of toppings. Price reasonable. We've been many times, and the pizza slices are always uneven. Great food (best of its kind anywhere nearby). Nice folks on the phone. Almost perfect. A little slow when busy but they do a good job of giving you a heads up so no problem. Subtracting a star given a particular driver's habit of "forgetting" to bring change on cash orders. We have to play the "you need me to come back with change" bit almost every time. Last time I handed two $20s on a $23.xx bill and he wants to know if he should come back with change. Maybe I'm sensitive to it having worked in the industry and dealing with driver games like this but either way. Otherwise, highly recommended. Menu is pretty solid, decent pizza, very good cheesesteaks, meatball sub outstanding. Wings also good. read more

Pretty great pizza. This is the type of thinner crust "New York style" pizza that I prefer. I have not tried any toppings yet, But their plain is pretty good. The crust tastes good and is not overly floured the way some thin crust can get. The sauce was very tasty and cheese perfect. Slices are foldable. Only two things I would change: The second pizza I tried with extra sauce, as the first one was a bit dry for my taste. If you like your pizza a bit wetter, I would recommend getting extra sauce. Also, the crust is a little too crispy for my taste, now my understanding is that this is the way that "New York style" pizza is meant to be served. But I prefer a little flop in my slice. Slices are definitely foldable, but you are sort of cracking the slice in half a little bit rather than a true fold. read more

I wanna thank my friend Sophia I for being a frequent customer here. Because of her check ins, I stopped in for some great pizzas one night when I had company over. I sat there and watched the cook spin these pies around in the oven until they had a perfect crispy crust. Wow! Driving through working the area, I needed lunch. I don't usually do local places for a quick lunch but I was drawn to this one. I am from the Midwest and you can't get roast beef provolone sandwiches like this. It was amazing, juicy, flavorful... Perfect. Bread was soft and delightful to eat. Plus the customer service was awesome - they have a $10 credit card minimum that they waived for me! Great since I don't carry cash, but if I go back I will! The only downfall was it smelled like cigarette smoke and I'm allergic so my sinuses are running from just a few minutes in there. Next time I'll call ahead and be in and out! This is a great spot, and it's a family run place. When we were just moving in, we hit this place hard and often. Just for starters, they have phenomenal dough. It's flavorful enough to make fantastic garlic knots but not too overwhelming for the cheese and sauce. Their NYC style pies have just enough sauce, and plenty of cheese. They have excellent white pizza too (I heavily recommend the ricotta and broccoli). They have a good fryer running as well for greasy treats. Plenty of fries come in an order, and they are plenty crispy. Their chicken finger platters are huge. There wings are nice and crispy, but a hair salty for my taste but that is my only critique. read more

We got an order of spinach/tomato white pizza this weekend and it was just okay. The crust was deliciously crisp. The pizza itself lacked flavor. I'm not too fond of frozen spinach on my pizza, i prefer fresh. I literally had to add condiments to enhance the taste. The cheese they used was bland. This small family pizzeria is so happy and serves excellent pizza and sandwiches. I was referred here by the Medford NJ Lawyer Giorgio and I was not surprised to discover that the owner-operator was trained by the well-known restauranteur Tony Sparacio from Medford's Riviera, La Compagnola and the Michelin Chefs ITA 101. Wonderful friendly staff and owner and quality provisions make for happy customers. The portions were perfect but the pizza was just heavenly. We will be back. This is a family run establishment and has been run by the same family for more than 15?? years. Says something with area shops closing left and right. We just got our New Jersey pizza fix and are carrying a pie home to Maryland for later. Joe, the owner, 2nd generation, ( his dad owned it before him) has been here for 17 years.
