It was definitely a night when take out pizza was needed. You know the feeling ... Raw hunger; limited energy; a desperate need for filling food with a spicy salty edge. There is a really good reason that America has so many pizzerias ... Our work life wears us down and we frequently lust for food that satisfies while somehow fooling us as to the health benefits. What am I thinking ... Health benefits ha ... We need to tingle and tangle our taste buds while filling our bellies with satisfaction and nothing does that better than pizza (If you are in or from Buffalo you understand that pizza is always made complete with WINGS (Buffalo Chicken Wings for non-native speakers.)). Now, I need more than sauce & cheap cheese on quasi cardboard dough for pizza to be acceptable, which I have found to be a challenge in South Jersey. So, it was like toss a menu night since I am still searching my new area for good pies. Pats won the toss. I am really impressed with their use of technology that far exceeds what I have discovered from other restaurants so mini points ... Went for pizza & wings dividing my pie between pepperoni & meatballs. The wings were ordered naked ... No, I didn't strip down for the call ... The nakedness gave me hope that the typical gummy breading that Jersey pizza joints apply to wings would be missing. Made the call PICK UP! Pat has spent some time designing and decorating this pizza spot because I almost wanted to park my butt in this comfy well decorated ristorante. By being a YELPER a free dessert was mine for checking in ... Tiramisu looked good do added the freebee to my order. Take out wings are always hard to judge because they lose their crispness if they ever had any. These wings while not up to par in Buffalo exceeded my expectations for a Jersey take on the classic (Will have to try them in house & extra crispy to see how they do.). The bourbon sauce was decent ... All 10 wings were consumed. I was really happy with the pizza. Hot, good sauce, better than average cheese and dough plus good tasting meat. It was so good my dog stole a piece off the table. Going to eat in next time to see if this National Park pizzeria is the winner that it's first impression implies. read more

Order at least once a week, and still receive terrible service. I live 1 minute down the road, and somehow my food was freezing cold when I received it. Also, driver banged on my screen door so hard that he broke it. Couldn't take 2 seconds to open screen door and knock on regular door. My wrap wasn't even wrapped it was completely fallen apart. Will never order from here again. Plenty of other places in National Park / West Deptford area that will provide better customer service. read more

So disappointing. Our office orders from here all the time but this time it was really bad. The French dip sandwich was cold and hard and the cheese wasn't even melted a little bit. The French fries weren't even cooked. What disappoints me the most is the customer service was kind of bad. They said the would credit my "account" for a free order of fries. I spent $27 for food I couldn't eat. Lesson learned. read more

I like this place. We've had consistently good food and service for a couple years now. The delivery guys are really nice, too. They always take a moment to humor my kid. I appreciate that. Anyway, while I should have written a review before, what pushed me this time is that I tried the crab cakes. They were really good. Like, surprisingly good. I'll admit I wasn't expecting a whole lot. My party wanted cheese steaks, I wanted seafood, and I thought "Why not?". The crab cakes were larger than my palm and full of lump crab meat. There was barely any filler, just enough to hold it all together. I'm really impressed. I force fed some to my husband and friends because it was so good. I love having them around the corner. Recently, I picked-up a white pizza from Pat's. I would go out of my way since I favored this location. It was the most DISGUSTING pizza I ever had. I literally threw it away, wouldn't even let my dog eat it. The woman on the phone stated they used garlic butter (I didnt pay any mind to it since there pizza was always so good). Maybe they shouldn't skim on their ingredients, go back to quality ingredients. read more

We order from Pat's about twice a month. I am a creature of habit and usually get a beef cheese steak with mushrooms. My wife varies a bit on her selections. The food is good but I am mainly writing about their delivery service. We are only about 2 miles away but I have no idea on how they deliver so amazingly fast. Just came back to Los Angeles from a short business trip back east. My mom lives in National Park and whenever we stay with her we look forward to coming to Pats. Great place - clean friendly restaurant. The whole family back here in Los Angeles asks us to bring them cheese steaks and hoagies - so we do. I ate Pats a few times as a kid and I was never impressed, but the National Park location is actually really awesome. The inside looks brand new and much more modern, and the food shows for it. I absolutely love the Pasta Pesto Salad. It's one of my favorite dishes from there. Tonight I tried the Coco Crunch Rustic and it was delicious. I'm a huge fan of coconut and the breading on the chicken wasn't overly sweet but you could definitely taste a hint of coconut. It was a really unique flavor. Their menu itself is huge so you're bound to find something for everyone. My fiancé loves the chicken avocado wrap. I love being able to order online and track the order in real time. Delivery is usually right on track with the estimated time. The reason for 4 stars was because they forgot the Parmesan shavings on my pesto salad but I'll live without it.. just this once. :) read more

This location is a chain restaurant in the Mid-Atlantic states that makes pizza, pasta, salads, and other greasy, pseudo-Italian food. We ordered in, and the delivery was fast. The food was, in fact, greasy. However, it was good. We got the Riviera pizza, which was filled with bacon and sausage, and had good flavor. We also got the mega fries, and they were also good. The waffle fries, also good, were in need of ketchup. They were seasoned, but dry. Pros: Comfort food. Quick and courteous delivery service. Cons: A little greasy. You might want to get a salad from this place. The prices are moderate to high for the food you get. read more

This is my favorite restaurant for takeout. Food is consistently good and fresh. Among other things I ordered a Seafood Spaghetti in a creamy sauce. The seafood in the spaghetti was lump crab and shrimp. The sauce was delicious and the shrimp were nice size however, there was not one lump of crabmeat. I was very disappointed as I paid for crabmeat and was looking forward to the crab so much. Ordered a Buffalo chicken Stromboli for dinner, the dough on the inside was completely raw only 2 stars cause the cheese fries were good.

Salad was large and fresh. Margarita pizza was tasty. Nice design and atmosphere. Very clean, hip vibe. BYOB a plus for groups.

I bought a 20 piece wings with blue cheese dressing. These wings are very salty and you have to keep buying drinks to try to quench your thirst. read more

Let me start off by saying anytime I've actually dined here, the place is spotless, the staff is courteous and polite and things come out in a timely manner. So far as sandwiches, salads and appetizers go the food is good, however if you're a pizza shop you should really have your pizza be noteworthy. Sadly, the pizza here is very average. I really wanted to like it and have given it several chances but it's very doughy, the sauce is bland and it falls short on the sauce to cheese ratio and even the toppings(I ordered mushrooms) were very paltry to say the least. This location is very close to my house so I really tried to make it work, but if you really want good pizza in this general area you need to go to Joe's or Benny's. This place is convenient for me since I live 4-5 blocks down from them. The food is simply amazing. Me and my dad love their pizza and cheese steaks. They don't get shy with the condiments or toppings like some pizza/hoagie places do. They run daily specials which are great deals. I would also sign up for their customer appreciation program. Whenever you eat in, don't forget to give them for their phone number so you get points towards your $10 off coupon. I LOVE this pats. It is my favorite place to order from. Their wings are the best I've ever tasted and their chicken parm sandwiches are amazing. Used to be much better but still a good fast place to eat. I remember when this was just a pizza shop. Now they have food items on the menu that make no sense. Sad to be writing this review (this is my first, but the experience was so bad I had to write something). The REALLY sad thing is that my 85 year old mother orders from Pats MANY times over the last few years and there has NEVER been a mistake in our delivery(until today). First off, my mother ONLY orders a delivery when her children are in town. I can verify that they have NEVER made a mistake in the past (again, until today). My mother ordered food for both of us while I was in the room. The young lady who picked up the phone was impatient and rude. I didn't like the way she was speaking to my mother. After the order was delivered, we noticed there was a mistake in the order. When my mom called to discuss the error, the same young lady was EXTREMELY rude to my mother, put her on hold and then hung up! My mother tried to call several times and they kept hanging up on her. I tried to call twice, and the phone call was either never picked up, or was disconnected. I decided to go down to Pats (in National Park) and discuss the error. My mom did NOT want me to go, saying "it was the first time they made a mistake". I told her I was just going to replace the item and there was no need for anger. When I got to the restaurant, the young lady saw me walk in and IMMEDIATELY went to the back. I spoke to the owner/manager about the mistake. He said he would replace it, but said my mother was rude today and IS ALWAYS RUDE AND COMPLAINING ABOUT HER ORDER. He claimed that she constantly is asking for corrections which they give. I was clearly upset and said that is impossible since all of the orders came when her children were in town and there has NEVER been a mistake. He claimed to have heard the conversation today. When i pressed him on the details, he admitted HE NEVER HEARD THE CONVERSATION (he lied). Worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. What is worse is that my mother was treated poorly with the young lady, and then had her character lied upon. Thankfully they refunded the money. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. This place used to have a reasonably good Caesar Salad, however the one I had delivered last week was worse than cafeteria food. I received iceberg lettuce only (cringe). They also failed to tell me they just switched from real Caesar dressing to some sickeningly sweet plastic tasting might be Caesar dressing. It ruined the head of iceberg lettuce that was my Caesar salad. I called to discuss it with the manager who talked over me the entire call. I accept the fact they wanted me to drive to their store to get a refund for my delivery order. (I've never driven there and I'm not going to start now when they could have credited my account). While it was agreed their new Caesar dressing doesn't taste like Caesar, (but says it on the bottle), there was nothing that would be done. Ok. I get it. They claim no complaints so far besides me. (Give it time kids, it's only a few days, give it time). But avoid the new cheap disgusting Caesar dressing they are using unless you like sickeningly sweet artificial tasting dressing with an aspartame hint to it and a strange shiny color that is not Caesar dressing. It's disgusting. And for over $16 for a salad, it's sad that they chose to go with a dressing that tastes straight out of a dollar store. Ps. I hope you all have a better experience. In general, they are hit or miss and on the expensive side in National Park. I have gotten great cheesesteaks, and then I have gotten mediocre food delivered. They do try though. read more
