Elvie (LV)? Did my pedicure and was thorough in the steps/massage. Overall, I did enjoy my Deluxe pedicure. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I got home that the application of the polish was subpar. There were bubbles throughout and not a clean application on the edges. Maybe too thick? I tried out dip powder for the first time here and the outcome was very disappointing. It is clearly evident this is not an expertise of Heidi's. The dip powder came out way too thick and the shaping of it is also very off. I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that she didn't feel confident completing this manicure. I do, however, really like Lee's pedicure work. She is very good at what she does. Unfortunately Lee was out so I gave Hannah a try for a white French tip pedicure and she did not disappoint. Ethan was my nail tech and I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the same exact picture. He was very meticulous on each and every nail making sure they were shaped right. I never had a nail tech like him before. I never write reviews, but this was hands down (pun intended) the worst manicure I've ever had. My regular nail girl was booked, so I made the decision to try this place out. Kim was my technician 1. She didn't perform any cuticle care- Didn't push them back, didn't trim, didn't clean. She went straight to buffing and dipping them in powder. I expect cleaning the cuticles the bare minimum when getting a manicure. 2. She took nail drill bits from an Altoids container labelled "SOILED". I watched her put them back after she used it on me. I doubt they were sanitized before or after. 3. She walked away mid powder dip to get her phone from the back to watch videos on her phone. She wasn't even looking at my hands when she was filing. 4. She was very rough with my hands, dropping my fingers when trying to file them aggressively with her eyes on her phone. 5. One of the nails was chipped while she was working, when I pointed it out to her she rudely said she already knew and she would fix it. It's still chipped. She didn't fix it. 6. I asked for orange chrome. Tell me how I ended up with house-fly green. If it wasn't iridescent it would be the color of vomit. I was charged $56 ($1 for credit card fee). Way too expensive for a subpar experience, and not even close to what I asked for. I really tried to convince myself they're not that bad. They are. read more

Don't waste your time at this place! The man who did my nails was horribly rude and rough with my hands! I came in for a fill and he didn't bother to remove polish he just filed them down a bit and put polish over it! They tried to charge me $40 for a fill because I had French tips.. managed to talk them down to $35 because i couldn't bring myself to pay full price. So now I'm stuck with nails that are too bright(I had pink prior to requesting French tips for my fill) and I have to get them fixed. Rude, unprofessional and dirty!! I never leave this place without tipping! So I was offended when the fat lady doing my toes demanded a tip for everyone before I could get change. SO HAPPY! Kevin did my full set and my nails look like glass, so pretty! I used a reference picture but my nails turned out better than the picture. There were clear spots on my dip nails at which the tech told me it's what the dip powder does. Which I know it isn't at other places. So the owner suggested put similar purple gel on top.
