Very small cafe, but decorated nicely and very clean. Probably one of the cleanest Thai restaurants I've ever been in. Pad Thai was good, but the sauce wasn't as flavorful as my friend would have liked it (she pretty much only eats pad thai at Thai restaurants). The crab Rangoon and sauce is pretty standard. I ordered a "build your own" - I thought it was pretty great to build your own where you choose your protein, 4 veggies, sauce, and whether you want white rice or noodles. I ordered chicken, with broccoli, bamboo shoots, carrots and Napa cabbage in peanut curry sauce - mild. The mild had a little kick; which was perfect. Had a very good meal here tonight. Delicious drunken noodles and pad ped. The sesame chicken was awesome. I will definitely order that again. Tom yum soup was on point. We also got spring rolls and super fresh wontons. Everything was made to order. We had our daughter with us so it was nice to have the items available without spice. Friendly and accommodating staff. We packed them in during our convention for my work. They had people waiting out the door. We had chances to grab tables so we did! I had Chicken Satay and asked for extra peanut sauce. Hubby got Pad Thai with chicken and we split both items between us. I dumped a huge amount of peanut sauce in the pad Thai and it was sooooo delicious! We were staying at the Jw Marriott and wanted to eat somewhere other than pizza, burgers, and fries. This is very close to hotel and I love a Thai food. This is a small restaurant but all employees wearing masks and the tables are clean. My husband ordered so I am not sure which noodle dish he ordered me, but it was delicious. He ordered spice level 10 and I added additional peppers they provided, so level 11. The portions are small, but food is temperature hot, wait a few minutes before digging in. Wait also so that the noodles will absorb the sauce. At the end of the noodle dish, I could feel the heat, but I was not dying. Perfect location too since it isnt that far off from our super posh Amway Grand Hotel. We ordered the... Drunken Noodles: Pretty good, noodles were perfect. A bit skimpy on the portions, but still a pretty good dish. Pad Ped Chicken: Red Curry was pretty good. A bit skimpy on the food, but still was a strong dish. I ordered Pattani and ordered a piece level 10. They did not warn about how hot it would be . Spice level sense is horrible! They just add red chili flakes all over in abundance and was not able to eat it. When I went to the owner she kept in arguing with me and didn't do anything. I would never go back again there! Been to Angel's Thai cafe a couple of times in the span of eight years. Decorations are nice, space is clean, service can be so-so, but I must say that they make really good boba tea. Also, one day after work I went to get my favorite Thai dish pad see yu and the chicken was raw! That was a turn off, so I only get boba tea from there. Recommend it for that! read more

Food is quick, staff is quick to pick up the phones, and never had a problem with my order. Kind of a difficult area to get to, the street is one way, however there is a paid lot close by and some street parking that you may be able to grab! I have gotten takeout from Angel's several times over the past couple years when I'm in town. It has always been excellent! This time I had the Tom Kha soup, which was as good as any I've had, and build your own chicken peanut curry dish that was also great! I think that the review from a year ago, giving one star because the level 10 spice was spicy should be removed. Thai spicy is Thai spicy! The owner and staff are great as well! read more

The food is delicious HOWEVER! VERY small protein portions in the dishes. Serving dine in customers on styrofoam plates and cheap plastic cutlery is ridiculous! I try to visit when I'm in from the Chicagoland area and this was the worst dine in experience. Just advertise as Take-Out ONLY if you can't handle dine-in. And the audacity of suggesting a tip when it's set up like a mall food court with Dining room prices!!! ERRRR! I wish I could have taken my tip back! Serving Curry on a cheap styrofoam plate is just silly! Soup in a take out container.... But still had to bring us 4 Togo containers on top of the 4 plates & 2 styrofoam "bowls" it seems as though more money is being spent on nonsense & would be easier & BETTER for the environment to just wash dishes. This little cafe is a very welcome addition to Rosa Parks Circle. Great menu (more choices at dinner than lunch), great portions, friendly staff and great flavor. Me and my wife are hesitant with Thai, because we've spent years eating very traditional loa food. This place lets you choose your spice level (1-10), and Americanizes names so you know what your getting. Really nice waitress, very clean and for 2 dinners and 2 apps, only $35 and we had leftovers (house noodles, pad kow pode, Thai wings and crab Rangoon). We'll be back. read more

I ordered an noodle dish. I like spicy food, and asked for medium, it was really really hot. My husband ordered Pad Prik. He likes spicy food, but ordered mild, and it was good. He mentioned the dinner portion size weren't that big, for the price. The order was a bit over $30. It is a cafe style restaurant. You order at the counter, and then seat yourself. There was water, pop and a few other drinks to buy from a cooler. The service was very good. The only other complaint, besides the portion size, was when we ordered, we requested a small glass of water. We were directed to the bottled water in the cooler. What I like about Angels is that they have a lot more veggies in their dishes than most, I'll take that! During lunch, you can choose from the lunch specials which makes the price cheaper, portions smaller, and you get the house soup. The soup was a joke. Basically unseasoned broth with the after thought of putting strips of some sort of veggie in there. It was a waste of time. The Peanut Curry sauce was delicious! Angel's has been our go-to Uber Eats delivery this year! The Pad Thai with fried tofu is my ultimate comfort food. Delicious flavor, and HUUUGE portions. You will have leftovers for dayssss. My husband has tried a couple things on the menu, including the Pad Ped and classic Pad Thai, and he hasn't been disappointed yet. This place was more of a takeout spot, but tables and booths were set up. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was nice and the food was so good!!! I knew we shouldn't have eaten here as soon as I saw now messy it was, but everything in the area seemed to be closed on Sunday evening. I get that it's fast food but seriously, they could have cleaned up around the tables and chairs. Spoons on the floor, wet spots on the chairs and crumbs all over the floor and table. It took a long time for the food to arrive and yet it was disappointing. The Pad Thai noodles and Thom Yum soup were WAY WAY over salted and the drunken noodles were super bland and hardly seasoned. I was craving Thai food and my usual spot was closed so I decided to hit up Angel's with my boyfriend. I am a pretty picky eater so I was OVERJOYED to see that they have a create-your-own stir fry section on their menu. It was honestly a dream come true. I got baby corn, green onion, potato, carrots, garlic, peanuts, sweet and sour sauce, a spice level of 2 out of 10, and a side of rice noodles. I had the intention of mixing the stir fry with the noodles. The noodles came dry so it's a good thing that was my intention! For it being a 2 out of 10 level of spice, it was still a bit too spicy for me. I'll have to order 1 out of 10 next time. I also ordered spring rolls. My dish even with the spiciness and the spring rolls were great!!! I definitely will be returning because I loved my custom dish so much. The carrots were a bit big, I expected them to be little strips but they were big slices. I don't really care much about that though. The potatoes were especially good. The sauce and ingredient portions were also awesome. But I am taking off one star because of two things. First, it's a bit too pricey for what it is. Our total was over $40. The main issue, however, was that my boyfriend's drunken noodles were, as he put it, "horrible." He said that drunken noodles always have a signature sauce that he loves and these were bone dry. He called them back to ask if he got the wrong dish, but they said that drunken noodles have a "white sauce". He was not convinced and was very disappointed. I liked mine though! We have the best Thai food where I work so of course we had to try this place out to compare. We all got the same thing we normally got, Shrimp Kow Pad & Shrimp & Scallops Pad Thai.
