Because of the unexpected early closure, I couldn't retrieve my vehicle before the weekend, leaving me without transportation until Monday. Customers who are doing the right thing and paying what they owe deserve better communication, better customer service, and better coordination. No one should have to waste days just trying to get their vehicle back after they've already paid. The driver (Antonio) then called to be sure we knew how far out he was. When the driver arrived, because the battery was dead, we could not get the car into neutral. The driver immediately called someone to get a dolly, and they were to us within 5 minutes.
