Several different options of meals with a variation of sandwiches, Mac n cheese, sliders, etc. I pretty much wanted the try the chicken and the Mac and cheese, so I thought it would be a good idea to get them combined. And if you love Mac n cheese, this is perfect! But I personally didn't like the fact that the fries and chicken were also covered in the cheese sauce. You place your order, then wait for it to get called out when ready. With all of the people ordering and waiting, it is organized chaos, but in a good way. The wait wasn't too long considering all of the people ordering. You can get packets of honey and ketchup at a little counter, along with self-serve dipping sauce. My son got a bowl with a combination of Mac n' cheese, spicy chicken and fries. He really enjoyed it. I got a plate with two sliders and fries. The sliders are much bigger than sliders, more like full-size sandwiches. The fries were good as well. With tax and tip, this ended up being $32 or so. Not cheap, but welcome to the inflation times. I was so excited to see this new restaurant open up here in my neighboring town. As I walked in, it was very spacious, clean and they had up beat music playing. I was greeted by the cashier who took our order. We ordered the Hungry Fix and a side of fries. The food came out quickly and was brought out to us on the patio. The best chicken in the area! I love the Hot tenders over rice (number 4). The chicken is so warm and tender with a crunchy HOT crust that satisfies so completely. And this RICE!! It's buttery and long grain softness that is heavenly. Been waiting for a spicy chicken place in TO and now it's finally here. Ordered a #1 Hot for myself and a Mild Angry Mac for my wife. Portions are dense; this is a lot of food. Taste is great too so I'll definitely be coming back. My only gripe is towards the "marketing". I was excited and hoping to be one of the first 100 customers to get one of the merch bags but despite waiting in line at 9:45am I didn't make the cut. However, was told by the manager when he was making his way through the line to see the crowd that we could ask about it once we got up front to order. So I did just that, but was then told by the same manager that because I didn't have a ticket I couldn't get a merch bag even though the cashier said they had one available. My order number was #105 and I can guarantee no one in the line around me received one of these tickets for a merch bag. The food is good but this experience does leave a bad impression. read more

It's a simple menu with your choice of spice. We told the person taking our order that we we were eating there and our order came up to go. They yell out your name, and it can be rather loud. Napkins are not on tables or condiment counter. On the positive side, I really liked the sauce that you can dispense, for the fries. My Chicken was moist and the pieces were large. Stood for hours waiting for the Grand Opening. Was it worth it? Yes ! For as many people who showed up, they did their best to control the crowd, get people in to order & getting orders completed. There were a couple of bumps, we ordered to go, didn't arrive to go. We got the sandwiches boxed & they were boxed together. They weren't labeled to tell us which was which & we needed separated. I said something to the manager as a suggestion to label which is which. He promptly took the sandwiches, separated, labeled & to our surprise, he added some fries. The chicken was so moist, tasted amazing. The slaw on the sandwich was perfect & with the sauce, it was really yummy. I'm not a big fries type of person but so thankful fries were added & I got to try them. They could turn me into a fries fan. So tasty with the perfect amount of crunch. The service was prompt, even though there was a steady flow of customers that evening. We got the number 1 combo, which is 2 sandwiches and fries for around $16 bucks. It was the perfect amount for us. And my favorite part of the meal was that not only was everything flavorful, but there was a respectable amount of meat on the sandwich. That was a great surprise!
