I'd buy a giant bag of the crostinis, and for hummus with sweet potato in it, you can't *taste* the sweet potato, which makes it perfect. We loved visiting here on out last trip to Silverthorne. The vibe is great and staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. On top of this the beer was amazing...with many types to choose from. We had the sheer divide, Alpen Weisse and one of the IPA's. They were all really good. Food wise, we happened to be there on the first day their kitchen named 'Cultivate' opened and we were all really satisfied. We had two 4th street specials and one caprese panini and we were all very quiet while eating which is always a good sign. Price is good too, less then $10 for each item. read more

With a visit and one of my favs. The beer is top notch. Two tone stout is probably one of the best in the country. The customer experience =1 out of 5. The bartenders are lazy to remember customers. Great local brewery - exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for! We both got flights of beer, and found a couple new favorite beers. The coffee stout was awesome! We played Yhatzee and enjoyed our beers for a chill Friday night. They have other games available, and plenty of seating. The patio looked awesome, but the outdoor seating was full all night. If Cultivate Off Beet Local Eats was on Yelp I would have reviewed them. The $8 Jalepeno Pretzel was ridiculously dry & had virtually no Jalepenos inside. The Brewery Bagel Bites $8 looked like a cheap microwave snack for an 8yr old after school. Don't mind paying $8-10 for an appetizer provided it actually tastes good...hope they improve or switch food vendors. read more

This place is easily in my top 5 breweries in the state. I have been to over 100 and counting. Here's the deal. I have never had a bad beer here, of any style. Their Two Tone Footer Stout is my favorite coffee beer ever. Their Norwegian Farmhouse gives me hope for a style that I had written off - in fact, it's amazing. The Red and Amber beers that I have had the last couple visits have been outstanding. I have had the best service every time. They have a decent sized tap room with varied seating as well as a patio. They also have food by Cultivate in house. Jumbo pretzels, pork sandwiches, and veggie sliders amongst other offerings. They have a small parking lot in the back and plenty of street parking. They have trivia and live music as well as other events. In my humble opinion, this is the best brewery in Summit County and I know that's saying a lot. (I am aware of them all) So next time you are in the Breck, Keystone, Frisco/Silverthorne area, definitely seek this place out and thank me later. Cheers!! read more

Loved the 4 year hazy IPA and the cherry sour! The atmosphere and patrons were great. Dogs on leash were permitted on the covered patio so our two thoroughly enjoyed giving love to those who invited it. So excited that we found this place via yelp. While the family was checking out the Outlet stores a quick yelp search turned this beauty up. It's on a backroad but is a shiny new example of how much the beer scene is exploding in the Summitt Co area. Very cool building, inside and out with plenty of seating, a fire pit and an awesome communal table made from a split tree. The beers were wide and plentiful. We go to the IPA's, which were well done in the single and double form. The small glass pricing allows for samples of any and all. They filled some growlers for us with other breweries glass which is a plus. Staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. They have a built in kitchen that I think various food trucks can set up in, it wasn't open when we were there. Doesn't look like dogs are allowed inside, but can be on the patio. We found another new brewery, Outer Range Brewery in Frisco, that was great and our go to fav, Broken Compass as well. Just loved the place and its proximity to our condo, well done! read more
