I've been to many orthodontic offices to get a consultation and never really had that feeling. I settled with Dr. Collette because he explained in detail what he planned on doing with my teeth. He offered me many different treatment options and explained in detail every treatment option. I was able to get Invisalign, traditional brackets, ceramic self-ligated brackets, etc. Dr. Collette has absolutely phenomenal rates that won't break the bank! He also offers monthly payments. Many orthodontic offices still use old school methods. Dr. Collette on the other hand uses a lot of modern techniques. I've been to other offices and they take goopy molds for stone records. Yuck! Dr. Collette used this awesome intraoral 3D scanner! That was awesome and very comforting, especially for a guy that has a bad gag reflex! Once he was done scanning my teeth, he brought out a simulator that demonstrated how my teeth will end up! I'm currently undergoing treatment and the simulation is exactly spot on. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Collette. He will help you get that million dollar smile you've always wanted.

They "missed" getting any paperwork insurance or records from the previous ortho. I gave them all the insurance (three!) on the consult. They did not schedule her so I called and left VM, tried to get her in and they pushed it back as easiest monthly adjustment until July 20th, seven months no adjustment. My daughter goes in and they sent her away becuase if my child did not pay for the work upfront in whole(!!!) becuase they still have not billed insurance and updated the contract claiming I pay in full out of pocket even with all the insurances. Horrible. They only want the money and do not care about the human person. So sad. My poor daughter was turned away from treatment becuase they dropped the ball for over half a year. Shameful. I called and told them to bill the insurance and I'd be happy to sign a corrected contract (that's first payment not due until Aug 19 mind you) and if they can get her in tomorrow. Absolutely not, nor Monday until they talk to the finance people. Seriously? What horrible customer service. They had months to bill hand take care of the insurance and simply did not. Shame.

To add insult to injury, her previous appointment, they had scheduled her to get her dentures on the 19th, and the very next day they call her to cancel and postpone to today. I'm livid, and will not recommend them to anyone in the future! ####AFTER RECEIVING DENTURES AFTER A 3 MONTH WAIT#### My fiancée got her dentures in finally, only for the bottom portion to cause unnecessary pain. This really builds client rapport and feelings of value. Accommodating, no matter what you needed he made sure my daughter had it. From the frustration of "extra" visits because of a broken bracket or questions I had about my daughters' progress, he was always so accepting of everything that I came his way with.
