Clarke was very thorough checking into our situation. It turned out that our 25 year old "rodent proofing" had worn down in some areas and due to some piping repairs was removed all together. The technician came and left a trap which as far as I can tell has been very infective. Given that I called to schedule an inspection. The time I was give my the coordinator was not conveyed to the technician as I waited 1/2 a day for him to contact me. It took 5 calls to the company to get a callback over a VOIP connection that was barely intelligible. The coordinator was able to get me in touch with the technician whose window for my appointment was 12 hours (as opposed to the 4 hour window I was given. While the scheduled services work well... communication (at last as of late) is sorely lacking and difficult. I would proceed with caution and am considering taking my business elsewhere as a result of this interaction. ADDENDUM: within an hour of placing this, the technician, Leon arrived. He provided a careful review of the situation and prepared a very reasonable plan to handle the issue. Customer service also called and apologized and acknowledged the error. It was good to see that the company was very responsive given what happened. They did right by me and I will continue my business with them.
