I kinda miss the turn, so ended up parking on the street, but there is parking in the plaza lot that they are in. But otherwise there is plenty of street parking for free along Olive Avenue. Gabby is so sweet, and although I don't mind a heavy-handed Stylist, she is very gentle. The whole experience was very relaxing and satisfied with my end result. My only complaint and the reason I gave only four stars is, I didn't love the shampoo bowls. They don't have the rubber neck support in the bowls, and I just felt like I kept sliding down in the chair and it made me think too hard and not be able to enjoy the shampooing experience. I will definitely come back to see her on these days that I am feeling lazy. I just want to be pampered a little bit. I ended up having her flat iron as well. Blowout alone was $65 and with flat iron was $80 total.

They hyped me up after everything was done and made me feel absolutely beautiful. The salon itself was very cute and intimate. A warm, welcoming, clean setting, and everyone in there seemed very sweet as well. I will definitely continue to have Marina do my hair from here on out! Very pleased!

I asked for a French bob and showed the stylist a picture. I left with what looked like a mushroom haircut. For what I was charged, I expected a lot better. Then there was the pricing. The website advertised "Cut and Style $90." I was charged $150 because I was later told styling was a separate charge. When I questioned it, I was told there was a notice at the bottom of the mirrors saying styling was extra. I never saw that notice before or during my appointment, and I was not given an itemized receipt explaining the additional $60 charge. If styling costs an additional $60, that should be made very clear before the customer agrees to the service, not explained afterward. So, in my experience: disappointing haircut, surprising pricing, and definitely not the $150 experience I expected. A barber could have done a better job for $25. I won't be returning.

I work with my hands for a living, and my nails genuinely needed proper cleaning and prep before tips were applied. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly ask for basic prep work while being made to feel uncomfortable for speaking up. The tips were then applied with excessive glue/product underneath the nails, leaving thick chunks underneath that make the nails difficult to properly clean. When I expressed concern, I was told the glue "had to be there" to make the nails strong. I have been getting my nails done for decades and have never had a technician argue with me for not wanting large globs of hardened glue underneath my nails. When I said I wanted to stop the service, I was told "let me fix it," but the issues were never actually corrected. The nail lengths and shapes were inconsistent, the filing/shaping was uneven, and there were visible imperfections, debris, and rough edges throughout the work. I also had concerns about sanitation. The UV lamp being used appeared dirty and damaged, and the drill/e-file bits looked visibly unclean between clients, which made me increasingly uncomfortable during the appointment. I've attached photos so people can judge the quality for themselves.

Ani is just awesome! I moved to Burbank a couple of years ago and have been going to a barber for quite some time. I never really was picky with my haircuts because I was not very knowledgable of the options I could do. She made me feel comfortable and delivered a one of a kind experience. The great thing is too, is that there is always a conversation going on. Whether it's about your day or just tips on what to do with your hair. She walked me through the process of what she was doing and styled my hair to my satisfaction. You will never be out of the loop, especially with Ani's eye for perfection. She is absolutely great at what she does and I definitely recommend her as a stylist! Although I moved further away, if I'm ever in town, I'll make sure to see her. I love my hair and love to change looks more than I should. Having to find a hairstylists that is great at color, cut and styling is harder than you think. My previous hair stylist was good in color but for the life of her she could not cut accurately. Ani not only striped my hair from an ugly black color but was able to go blond. She has been doing my hair for almost 6 years now. She really takes care of you and it doesn't feel like a "next" kind of hair stylist. She went more blonde for my wedding and gave me the style that I wanted. The style was beyond amazing! It was one she hadn't done before but was able to do it and make it look perfect. When you first walk in, Ani offers you cookies and a beverage, then proceeds to give you a one-on-one consultation, helping you understand your hair and the style/cut that would best suit you. She works with you personally and helps you gain a sense of confidence with your choice. That girl is amazing with my hair! I went to Ani for the first time about a year and a half ago, and have been with her ever since. Why, you ask? I have gotten more compliments about my hair in the past 18 months than the past (ahem) four decades. Truth! In case you were thinking that there must be a ton of daily styling involved, there isn't. I've been going to Ani since I moved to LA 2 years ago. When I first got here my hair was color damaged and super thin. I was so self conscious about it! In 2 years Ani has transformed my hair with regular face framing cuts and product suggestions. My hair is now long, luscious and back to its former glory. I specifically told her that I wanted to brighten my hair because I already have dark hair and I wanted bright highlights so that the grays are covered. I have to say that I am so dissatisfied with the outcome of my hair. I paid a total of $600 for my hair And to top it off being a first time client not evening getting a discount and to top it off the hair dresser being 45 minutes late which I am a very understanding person. In addition to being incredibly talented, she is also incredibly welcoming. I generally consider myself a subpar conversationalist (awkward, bad with eye contact, sweats a lot), but I have NEVER ONCE felt awkward while getting a haircut from Michelle. She has an incredible ability to keep a conversation flowing naturally and every appointment is so pleasant! I used to DREAD haircuts and even cut my hair at home for a while, but now I look forward to them! I can't recommend Michelle enough as a stylist!
