Food was really good. This was my first experience with MoMo. These are not Chinese/Vietnamese dumplings -they are Nepali cuisine so the spice is different. The flavor lingers a bit. I am Very sensitive to spice and do not like spicy. They only have 1 dipping sauce available and once it is stirred, it is very spicy! I wish they had mild. Additionally all drinks are in bottles or cans-not my favorite. I prefer fountain drinks or a glass of water -water available was Walmart brand I believe for $2 -lottery of profit there. Dumplings were fresh and hot and very good. Served in a to go container-I don't feel the place wants you to stay and eat. Feels more like a to go place. TV was on playing music from Nepal, it was nice and good was ready within 20 minutes. We were the only ones in place at 12:00. read more

Okay these were bomb! So good! I got an order of their chicken momos to go. They were prepared fresh, took about 10-15 mins. The lady working the counter was very nice and helped explain everything. These are Nepalese dumplings so a little different than what you may be used to at Asian restaurants. Soft exterior and tender savory chicken filling. The sauce was to die for. I actually didn't find it that spicy but obviously that's personal taste, so proceed with caution I suppose. Overall I'm so happy I finally tried this spot out and will definitely be picking up some momos next time I'm craving some dumplings for take out. read more

Service is for sure 5 stars. The gentleman that helped me out with a togo order was very helpful. It was going to be 15-20 mins for my order so I ran across the street to grab something while I waited, he ended up seeing me pull back up and he went ahead and brought my order to my car! Plus, gave me a few pointers on trying out their first sauce to test for heat level tolerance and reminding me to give it a few mins to cool due to them being fresh. They only have chicken and pork options right now. I had a number of people tell me they had veggie ones before I got the chance to visit, but apparently they were having some quality control issues with veggie so they have stuck with the two they have now. I do hope they bring the veggie one back! My husband enjoyed the ones we did get and he said he would keep it in his rotation for lunch stops, especially due to it not being to far for him to go. read more

Tried this place for the first time with some co workers. The food is excellent! I'm already craving it again!

While a little pricier than others in the area, these are by far the best momos I've ever eaten and well worth the money! The jhol is packed with complex flavors and the momos themselves are cooked and seasoned well. The place is family owned and are very welcoming and friendly. read more

I know nothing about Nepalese cuisine. I just know I like dumplings. I had originally set out to try a place down the street, but they are temporarily closed. I googled momos near me, and found myself at Anita's. It is a small shop in a stop mall, and has only been open about a month. I asked the man behind the counter which variety he preferred and he recommended the pork. However, he told me they were temporarily out of the sauce they serve with it and only had their hot sauce. Being a spice enthusiast, I said bring it on. He insisted I taste it before ordering. It was fine. After a short wait, I was on my way with some steaming hot dumplings with hot sauce. You could tell that the wrappers were homemade. The filling was tender and flavorful. I tossed them in 5he chili sauce which I thought was a bit tame, though again, I am a spice fan. It did have that wonderful lingering numbing effect wich I typically associate with Sichuan food. I really enjoyed my momos and will be back to try them again. read more

My wife and I popped in for a quick lunch not knowing what to expect. We were warmly welcomed and our order for some chicken momos was quickly placed. (There are also pork momos.) The new restaurant is clean and fresh. This was our first time to try momos and they were very good! They remind me of a steamed Chinese dumpling but with more filling and spice. Everything tasted and looked very fresh. My wife and I shared an order of 10 and it was just the right amount for a light lunch. The sauce was excellent. One of the best Dumplings I have ever had! Bought the Pork and Chicken, and absolutely loved both. Pork is better, but both are delicious. The sauce is a bit spicy, but very flavorful, definitely the cherry on top. Service is great, very kind, and pricing is good. Must go back for more! read more

I used to recommend everyone to this place and also took all of my friends in this place . I won't recommend this place to anyone due to the attitude of the owner . I ordered from uber eats once and my item was incomplete. It was missing jhol from jhol momo. I had to complain to uber eats due to incomplete order . And after long time I went with my friends in the store to get some momo and two days after I receive threat from store owner to give me a Trespassing in the text . I don't understand if something's wrong with you Anita's momo. I think the first thing you need to learn is dealing with customers. I remember just 2 weeks ago around Dashain, we waited more than half hour to get our momos. And today I got this text 10 minutes after my food was ready. Couple of things you need to know, lot of people like me who order from your restaurants are people who live closeby, wo you don't need to worry about us not coming and getting it. Know your customers because me and my friends at least order from here once q week. Second thing, it had not been an hour since my food was ready, so you need to learn when you need to talk about it. Thirdly, don't come up rude with your customers, we have never been rude with you and said we will boycott your redtaurant when you made us wait for half an hour. Finally, a good suggestion for you, this message from you has been really rude and please do mind not to send your customers these kinds rude texts. And yes, this was my final order of momo here, and just took the food today for the love of momos. FYI, there are a lot of places we can find momos in Irving. read more

Best place for Authentic Nepalese MoMo and Sauce. This is the only place I go for Pork Jhol MoMo as no one can beat their taste for MoMo's.

Disappointed. Dumplings/momo were really salty. liked the idea that the wrapper were hand rolled.

Definitely recommended. Their momo is so flavorful though the acchar was ok. Hope their taste stay same. I will be coming back frequently.

Wow! $10 for a plate of dumplings (10 dumplings) is outrageous and overpriced for what is available in the area. The Momo sauce was a generous 4 ounces and it was spicy and very flavorful. $10 is simply much overpriced for a plate of dumpling in Irving. The Momo were flavorful but I've had better ones for far less price. Looking at all the high reviews on Google, we decided to try it but at $10 a plate this will be our last visit to this place. read more
