I brought in 4 pair chinos for hemming and requested a crease pressed- they charged me $2 extra for that. I had a sportsjacket sleeves shortened also. On pickup, the pants were pressed flat- no crease and I hit the ceiling. He says come back and I had to yell- No- you do it now. The jacket was new and the pockets were stitched closed and the tailor ALWAYS opens them- not these folks. So I had to yell at them about that. To add insult to injury they charged me a fee to use my credit card- never did this before. So, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Save the aggravation. I had stopped into another laundry mat around the same time and they said it wouldn't be ready until the next afternoon. Not having that much time to wait, I came to this laundry mat and dropped off my bag of laundry at around 4 pm and it was ready at 7:30 pm. I got a call that it was done which was nice so I didn't have to guess whether or not it was ready( as some other places don't call). My clothes smell great and we're folded and packed nicely. It is only 65 cents a pound which is a very fair price. The lady's working in there are very friendly and I will definitely be coming back!
