One lovely lady who gave me such service was April. She seemed very proud of her employment and personally volunteered her assistance with a sloppy mess I created. She, as with the others who welcomed me as if a regular, are only complimented by the delicious food Nana's offers. Thank you all; see you next time I'm in town!

Smoked pasta salad was pretty good I honestly liked the flavor believe it or not and texture was good. Same with the potato salad, I enjoyed the cubed potato salad. I liked the coleslaw. It was to my texture and taste. For me? The pork belly tacos were "eh"- agreed that it absolutely could be a personal preference - which? Makes sense since I ordered it, I'm eating it lol! Spicy, very sweet and portion was OK. I think? Next time I would like to try something else - interested to hear what anyone else thinks of the pork belly tacos. Seasoned rice was good. I purposely got it because I wanted it to go with the beans. Last but at least, was the pork, I wish they had drained it and that it wasn't so wet (water/oil)? But? I did enjoy it. Good flavor, tender, mild enough when I drained it, I made sandwiches with my own dressing, etc. Next time I would like to try their chicken and see if that is tender and flavorful, but I like that everything was a good even flavor and seasoned perfectly other than the pork belly for me.

Around 9:20 PM, I received a call from Olivia, the shift lead. She was incredibly calm, professional, and kind while explaining that she wasn't at the store and the employees working that night were fairly new and that they usually appreciate a little advance notice for catering orders. She asked whether I still wanted to move forward with the order. I told her I completely understood the situation and wouldn't be upset if they needed to cancel since it was so late and inconvenient. A little while later, Olivia called me back to let me know the catering had turned out great and that they could still deliver it if I wanted. When the order arrived, I was so impressed! Both catering boxes looked fantastic, and everything was prepared beautifully. I truly appreciate the employees who stayed late and put such care into making our order, and I especially want to thank Olivia for her outstanding customer service.
