My partner and I came here in the snow and they were open. This place has such a great vibe, clean and calming. The servers were extremely nice and the food was hot and delicious. I would come back, very affordable.

The restaurant was cute on the inside. They have stylish lights and tables. The waitress came to our table really fast. Everyone enjoyed their food . The helping for the hash was so large I had to take half home. It was still delicious the next day. I've been to this restaurant two times within a week. I highly recommend.

Bella Fusion is a new Thai and Latin fusion restaurant in Charlotte. The inside is small but nicely decorated with modern light fixtures, tables, and a bar. I really enjoyed our meals here. They serve breakfast until 2PM and start serving lunch/dinner at 11am, so if you go between 11AM-1:30PM you can get both. The service is really good and attentive as it is a small spot. I got the strawberry shortcake pancakes which were really good and the steak with bandeja paisa I ordered was my favorite, it was seasoned perfectly. The menu items seemed pretty reasonable priced for the portion sizes you get. I cannot wait to come back here to try more things on their menu.

Bella Fusion was such a treat! The Octopus is a MUST as well as the birria ramen. This place definitely does not get enough recognition for how delicious their food is!

I really enjoyed my entree Kao Soy ($20). It was a well seasoned chicken quarter that fell off the bone, it was so tender. It said it had a yellow curry sauce, but to me, it also tasted like peanut butter sauce... similar to satay. I loved the ramen noodle with all of it and the crispy noodles. I also got Shrimp Thom Ka soup ($8) + ($2 chicken or shrimp). It was ok. But too much tomato flavor for me. I wouldn't get it again. Also they tried to bring out the appetizer (soup) at the same time as my entree and they did the same to another girl that was with me. I stopped them and asked them not to. So you might want to go ahead and remind them what an appetizer is when you order so that they do not do this to you. The lady that waited on us said she was Thai and I asked for her most authentic dish recommendation and the Kao Soy was the first one that she pointed out. Highly recommend this cozy dish. I asked for a b8t of heat spiciness and they delivered. Another girl got the crispy pork and enjoyed it. The girl next to me got the drunken noodles and said it had good flavor. The interior had several comfortable booths and nice atmosphere. Parking is free and the restaurant is a bit hidden behind another building. There's a mattress place and Chipotle across from it. I would return.

Bella Fusion is my new favorite spot in Charlotte! Service and ambiance is great, and the food is unbelievably good. We have come for both breakfast and lunch and you truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Great new local spot with delicious Thai + Latin fusion food. Located across the street from Target at the Metropolitan. The menu is extensive with lots of brunch, lunch, and dinner options. We came for dinner and everything was so good! The owner is so sweet as well. Please go support!

After one meal here, we understood why. Calle Sol has a cool laid back vibe, great service, strong mojitos, and food that absolutely delivers. The ceviche is the star for a reason. Super fresh with bright flavor, and the crispy plantains alongside it were the perfect seafood fish combo. The skinny spicy margarita with the tajín rim and mojitos were excellent too. Our favorite was the Cuban rice. Rich flavor with this aioli on top that made everyone at the table keep stealing bites from each other. The vaca frita (beef) had great flavor with crispy edges done right, and the banana tres leches dessert was flat out dangerous. Easily enough for three people unless your family has zero self control. We don't really have Cuban food like this back home, so this felt like a treat. Safe to say our daughter picked a winner. We'll definitely be back next trip to Charlotte.

We love their Yuquitas de Queso as an appetizer. The yucca is very crispy, with delicious melted cheese inside. The green sauce they serve it with is exceptional, and we use it with our entrees, too. Sadly, this dish wasn't available on our last visit, so we switched it up and tried their black bean soup and half avocado stuffed with chicken. Both were delicious, so I'm glad we had an opportunity to branch out a bit. For our entrees, we typically get the Vaca Frita and Lechon Asado. Both meats are always tender, flavorful, and NOT overly salty (yay!). The Vaca Frita is particularly good, with crispy beef served on top of caramelized onions. The lime flavor is amazing in this dish. The rice and beans are perfect accompaniments to both dishes. Their portions are generous, and we usually take some of our meals home. We've always had great service at Calle Sol. We never have to wait long for our food, either. I like how the servers work to help each other out when busy! A note about parking--there are only a few spots directly in front of the restaurant, so you'll be lucky to get one of them. There's a public parking lot just down the street on Thomas (across from Dish), and street parking throughout Plaza Midwood. We often park on the street near Harris Teeter and Supperland, a quick walk to Calle Sol. Just give yourself extra time to find a parking spot if you arrive during busier dining hours. Well can't wait to return!

We went on Monday, not a busy day in the middle of the afternoon however our server gave us some the best experience. He was very knowledgeable about all the items. The beef you could tell was marinated as well as tender. It just fell apart with the pull of a fork. The Cubano was great as well. I had the Tampa cubano that added the salami.
