The owner of the shop is an old Persian/Arab man who is very rude and makes derogatory (Al Abid) byword comments to rich complexion minority customers in his native language that he thought I didn't understand. This place is great. They don't have a lot on display but they always seem to have what I need. I purchased a vape and several bottles of cleaner . Also the stem for a bong. The prices are lower than I have seen elsewhere. I recommend this business. The service is always great, the gentleman that owns it is always polite and helpful. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the service, or should I say, lack thereof. I've had more engaging conversations with a brick wall. The owner acted like I was personally inconveniencing him just by walking in and asking a question about the business that he chose to go into. To top it all off, the prices were laughable. I would have paid a luxury price for a good I can get literally anywhere else from someone with a way sunnier demeanor. It's not very inviting. The store inside looks like a half moved out closet. junky and empty. In being honest I only went here because I didn't want to drive across town for Dutches. And the 711 sells dry ones and at 2 bucks each even though the package says $1.49. Found out this place does the same and I buy them by the box. So I really didn't want to spend $30 but also.. the drive to get them discouraging. The guy in the store was already at the front door asking me what I needed soon as I walked in. No browsing around in here. Very much so what do you want and hurry up and leave. I didn't see the Dutches out, so he asks me what i need and I tell him. Surprisingly he has boxes in the back (none on display and I know why lol . Even more resin you'd think this guy would cut me a deal before I snitch you out. But he didn't) I told him I didn't want to spend $2 each. He went in about taxes and wholesale fees, Idc about your wholesale fees, that means you buy in bulk and cheaper. I'm no idiot. But alright. *Edit* I regret not looking at other reviews first before going here. I stopped in Anjy's Smoke Shop yesterday, I actually wasn't certain if they were in business because all the shelves were bare. The photos on this yelp page show a fully stocked store, what you see inside now is nothing like the photos here. There was an older man at the counter, I was looking around and didn't see any product at all, the shelves were literally empty. He had a rushed way about helping me, I sorta felt like I was interrupting him from doing something else. I told him what I wanted, any brand of caramel or butterscotch liquid 3mg, he said they have "Only tobacco" okay, I thought that was super strange to only have tobacco flavor, I'm running low so I'll buy it (I always order online but found myself running really low on juice so that is why I stopped in here on my way out of SCV) The juice was not on display, it was in another back room so I couldn't see any brand or strength, that part I thought was strange as most stores want you to browse, because usually you end up buying more. He rang me up I put the container in my handbag and left the store. Here is where it's my fault, (and I know it!) my bad...I didn't even look at what I had just purchased! brainless on my part! When I got home, (30 minutes away) I pulled the e-liquid container and looked at the label "Melon" and worst of all Menthol! what the heck! the only thing he got right was the 3mg strength. I don't understand how asking for caramel or butterscotch, being told the store has "only tobacco" can turn into Melon Menthol. So now my kitchen drain will smell like melons. The price was $25.00 which I was fine paying as I was low on my juice supply, the reality is where I order online e-juice runs me about $12.00 - $16.00 for a 60 ml bottle so I paid about 2 x higher at this brick and mortar store. Save yourself the hassle and find a different vape shop. I'm giving 1 star because I cannot go any lower, Pushy service, zero product knowledge, high prices. Don't bother! read more

I was in need of their help to reach my family member outside of their shop this morning because our cell phone was on silent, and I could not reach them. The owner and a sweet person who works there helped us by taking their phone outside to my family members car and letting me speak to them on the phone so I could relay my important message to them. Such kindness they showed to me, and I am so very grateful for what they did to help. They went out of their way, took their own phone and walked out of their shop to my family members car, let them know I was on the phone and gave him the phone to speak to me.
