Like most people, I was afraid of going to the dentist. One day I needed an extraction done ASAP and Dr. Annie made time to see me on short notice (literally called midnight Sunday and made the appointment for the morning same day). The entire experience was unlike any other experience I had at the dentist. Dr. Annie reviewed the x-rays with me and walked me through on what needed to be done without judgment. She did everything to make sure I didn't feel pain and the whole procedure was only a few minutes (after numbing). It is a first class customer experience at a dental office. Dr. Annie sticks to her mission of helping people any way she can. The night before an international flight, I was flossing and noticed something weird in between two of my molars. I kept flossing and saw a piece of my tooth fly out. I freaked out because I wasn't sure if it was my actual tooth or a filling, and after Googling, the search results told me to get this checked out ASAP or else it could cause big issues down the line. My friend told me about Dr. Annie Nguyen, and I immediately contacted her at around 2 am. No one picked up the phone at that time, but I left a voicemail. At around 6 am, I got a text from them saying I could come in at 8 am when they open. I arrived at 8 am sharp, and they quickly took me in, taking into consideration that I had a flight to catch in a couple hours. Luckily, it was just a filling that had chipped and not my actual tooth, but since I was going to be out of town, they took the time to do a filling despite how busy it was that morning. Dr. Annie Nguyen was speedy with the filling but careful. She did an excellent job with the filling, making sure that my bite was good and that you could floss between the 2 teeth still. Words can't describe how thankful I am to Dr. Annie and the staff here! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my dental experience so painless and quick. I had a crack tooth that I ignored for months and it happened to also be the same side I mainly used for chewing. Because of my extreme phobia of going to the Dentist, I continued to ignored it, even after the pain was preventing me from eating comfortably and I was losing a lot of weight slowly. I started using my right side for chewing and took Tylenol whenever I felt pain. Then early November, I noticed that now my right side was getting painful when I'd chewed food so I called my Dentist but I wasn't about to get an appointment for another 3 weeks when I made that appointment. I was in so much pain that I started waking up nightly until I couldn't even go to sleep at all and none of my pain medication was working and I'm down 10 lbs now. I looked on yelp to see if there were any Dentist that could take me sooner than the appointment I made and this business so happened to popped up and I saw they were 24/7, I didn't believed it but I was desperate so I called at like 4am in the morning and someone actually answered! I explained my symptoms and they were able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning at 9am the following day! Now dental work can be very expensive, especially if it's emergency. I don't have dental insurance and I wasn't expecting the estimate I got to be so much. But they worked with me and my financial situation and that I am super thankful! VERY THANKFUL. I have a lot of work I need to do to my mouth since I've neglected it for so long due to me just being very scared of the Dentist. She removed the cracked tooth (which caused my roots to be infected and caused pain!) at my first visit and it was so nice to sleep that first night! I didn't wake up from intense pain. I took my medicines and it healed very quickly. I went back today for my root canal and she got me in and out, I just hated having to wear that mouth probe, my jaw felt super uncomfortable but I forced myself to pull through it. Going to go back for my crown in a couple of weeks and then some more work. I think my fear of going to the Dentist is gone now because Dr. Annie really knows what she's doing. She's nice and was gentle and QUICK and so far everything is healing as it should. I've had very mean and unprofessional Dentist that worked on my mouth in the past and it was the total opposite here. I had a dental emergency on Saturday night. I was looking on Google, Delta Dental, and Yelp for an emergency dentist. I came across Dr.Annie on Yelp and her recent reviews are five stars. I called but didn't go through with the call as I was still hesitant but received a text message. I was able to text with an employee and not an automated response bot. I had an appointment made on Sunday. Dr.Annie examined my broken molar and assessed she needed more time to fix the damage. I was able to see her the next Monday and assured me the damage will not lead to an infection. She made the process comfortable and checked in on me if I needed more anesthesia. She removed the broken piece and started working on adding my crown. But saw there's decay under my filling and cleaned it up before applying the temporary crown. Dr.Annie took photos each process which I've never had done in previous dentist. I appreciated this versus waiting to look at it using a mirror at the end of the procedure. I came back in two weeks to put my permanent crown. She made sure I was comfortable with the crown and didn't cause any discomfort. I CANNOT thank Dr Annie Nguyen enough from saving me from my horrendous toothache. One of my old root canal got reinfected for the 3rd time and I was in so much pain. This happened at the end of last year so my usual dentist and many dentists I called around could not see me until one to two weeks later. I ended up wasting a bunch of money trying to squeeze into any dentist that could see me. After eight days later of dealing with the pain, two different dentist office and the same recommendation that I should see a endodontist which would be another 4-5 day wait, I couldn't wait anymore and called Dr. Annie Nguyen. She was able to see me the next day! She has answered all my questions in great detail and recommended a few options. I knew it was time to part ways with this tooth. I really can't imagine going through the same pain for the 4th time. It took Dr. Nguyen less than 5 minutes to remove my tooth and send me on my merry way. I came down with a super painful toothache that just wouldn't go away. I had to find a dentist fast and couldn't wait for an appointment. I had called around and Annie was the first one to get back to me, super early in the morning. I came in to see her two hours after we made contact, she pinpointed the source and prioritized what had to be done to eliminate the pain. Dr. Annie and her staff (Tiffany and Betty) are sweethearts. I had a dental emergency, and I was in need of two wisdom tooth extractions. Mind you, one was also infected, and both were impacted. The previous day, I called oral surgeons in my area, and they couldn't see me until Friday. I felt throbbing and pain, and I couldn't eat due to the infection. I was desperate to get relief, so I looked up emergency dentists in surrounding areas. I found Dr. Annie at All Smiles. I called the office just past midnight, and I received a reply within 5 hours. I was told I could be seen at 9am that same morning. I drove over 50+ miles because I was in desperate need of relief. Betty at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable. She asked me for my driver's license and insurance card and gave me a tablet to fill out some information. The process was quick and easy. She informed me what percentage my insurance would cover and what percentage I'd be responsible for out of pocket. I was called to a room within 10 minutes after checking in. FAST! Tiffany took a few X-rays and Dr. Annie saw me next. She explained everything thoroughly before working on me. Betty came into the room and broke down all the costs and what my balance was after my insurance. She told me the procedure would take 30 minutes. I asked, "30 minutes per tooth?" She said that it would only take 30 minutes to extract both teeth, so 15 minutes per tooth. I couldn't believe it! I was given anesthesia, and I waited a few minutes for Dr. Annie to return. She explained that I would feel pressure and that if I felt any pain to let her know. I HONESTLY felt no pain, just pressure, like she stated. And the whole procedure lasted for maybe 15 minutes, if that. Half the time that was estimated in the beginning. YES, that fast! Dr. Annie then told me what to expect after the extractions and that I could text or call the office with any concerns. I was given the address of where I would pick up my medication in my town. Betty gave me a doctor's note for work and detailed paperwork regarding the work I got done that day and how to care for it and ease any pain. Dr. Annie and her staff are kind, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do. I'm terribly afraid of dentists, but they made this whole experience pain-free. Crazy, right?! The best dentist office ever! My wife who is pregnant has been having tooth pain and we have been trying to find a dentist office that is willing to work on her. All the other dentist we called would make up an excuse or turn her away even though we had a doctors note clearing her for dentist work. A few weeks ago my wife couldn't handle the pain anymore and it was 10pm at night. I tried to look for a 24/7 dentist and was able to find All Smiles. Was afraid it was an error for the hours, but surprisingly they picked up. We were able to schedule an appointment and my wife actually got work done. They explained everything to her and what the process would be for a root canal. They were super super nice and were so helpful with the whole process. The office didn't take her insurance, but their prices are very affordable even without insurance. Although we live in SF and the office is in SJ, they were so amazing my wife now wants to change her dental plan to come here for her routine dentist check ups. We are in the middle of the Omicron COVID-19 surge, and it is nearly impossible to get an appointment for anything, anywhere. I found Dr. Annie on yelp in a search for emergency dental services; my right jaw had locked up. I couldn't chew, and I could barely talk. I called Dr. Annie at about 12:30 pm. She answered the phone herself. I described the problem I was having, and she asked if I could be at her office by 1:45 pm. I certainly could. The office was clean, quiet, and inviting. I loved the modern artwork on the walls - not that this was high on my mind while filling out new patient paperwork with a locked jaw, but I did notice it. Her assistant took two x-rays, and Dr. Annie determined I needed a mouthguard. She couldn't fit me for one, however, because I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to fit the mold. The thin X-rays had barely fit. She advised me to go to a chiropractor to see if he/she agreed with her assessment that the jaw was displaced but not dislocated, and see if the chiropractor could nudge it back into place. The chiropractor did his magic; he fixed my jaw and the rest of my body while he was at it. The next morning I went back to Dr. Annie to get the mouthguard fitted. She explained the steps we would take next and even described a variety of treatments we could try to address the problem, to prevent it from happening again. I truly appreciated that Dr. Annie took the time to see me and took such good care of me, especially on such short notice. She is extremely patient, explains things quite well, and was willing to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. I had such a great experience I am switching dentists! read more

I love Dr. Annie!!!! She truly cares about her patients. We are currently in Shelter in place and my husband had excruciating teeth pain, where the pain was shooting down his back and up his neck. Our normal dentist was closed and could only suggest we go to a minor injury clinic or emergency room. Seeing my husband curled up in a ball, sweating and shivering in pain hurt my heart so much. I started calling around at 9:30pm and Dr. Annie actually answered. She was so sweet and understanding, she offered to prescribe pain killers and antibiotics to get him through the night, and then she would take him in first thing in the morning. We were so worried about Covid, but the office was really clean, everyone stayed far away from each other, and they wore masks while working. Thank you so much Dr. Annie!! OMG I love her!! I found this office looking for someone to fix my tooth fracture during covid. She picked up the call right away and said she just left but can go back in if it hurt and since it surprisingly did not I made an appointment for the following morning. She said to call her back at any time if it's painful. Anyway the office is conveniently tucked in next to Santana Row and there's a parking lot spot for patients which is of course free of charge. I had no issues finding it with my GPS. I'm usually tense at the dentist because I've had bad experiences before, but Dr. Nguyen is so nice, personable, and made me comfortable at all times. She was sitting at the front desk when I met her so I initially thought she was the secretary just chatting it up. I guess it didn't register in my head until she followed me into the room and put her gear on, lol. Anyway, the service here is always quick but thorough. The area is super clean, the staff are all really nice and friendly, and she always has the best music playlist! She also tries to make sure it's financially reasonable for you giving you the best options within your insurance plan. My boyfriend and I attended his wisdom teeth removal appointment last week. Unfortunately, our experience with this place had not been positive from the outset when we initially called to schedule the appointment. Despite verifying that they conducted wisdom teeth removal, there were issues with the booking process. We set a date and time for the procedure, but after concluding the call, the receptionist did not request any personal information even his name. We saw reviews on Yelp where other patients had a good experience with removal of the bottom wisdom teeth and was hoping the same for us. Upon arrival for the appointment, an X-ray was performed, revealing that the surgery could not proceed due to the teeth being "too impacted". Surprisingly, we were still charged $200 for a consultation and X-ray. My boyfriend even took pto because he was under the impression that his wisdom teeth was going to get removed that day. read more
