This little food truck in the Walmart/Green Acres area of Valley Stream, New York, is an absolute GEM. OMG... as soon as I took a bite of those doubles, I was transported right back to the Princes Town market on a Sunday morning, 34 years ago. A server eventually brought over waters but didn't introduce himself as our waiter so we had no clue who was taking our table's orders.
