Okay let's start with setting some ground rules. 1) they have a different breakfast vs lunch/dinner menu. Lunch starts at around 11:30am 2) not everything is available every day We tried the goat curry (medium), jerk chicken (large), chicken patty, and spicy beef patty. At first , it seemed pricey, but I can safely say, EVERYTHING WAS VERY WORTH. large jerk chicken is enough for two full meals. I'm a grown male and I barely ate half in one sitting. (Tip: ask for the ox tail sauce/gravy on the chicken and rice!) My favorite item hands down was the spicy beef patty though. Homemade. Full of flavor. Crunchy and flaky. Came here for a large oxtail and rice and peas, the plate was a good sized portion, piping hot, and well seasoned. Will definitely be back. Only issue is that they don't have a physical menu, you have to look online. The service was average (for a Jamaican restaurant lol) and the location was very clean and you could see the food right infront of you. read more

The service was amazing, and the lady prepping my food was very nice. It was my first time here, and I'll be back for sure! The price for a medium oxtail plate was $21 which is a little expensive but I'm willing to pay the price because the food was great and the portions are huge. Food is ok but the pricing is outrageous and they don't offer a lunch special. I spent $16 for lunch soda included and for me that price is ridiculous. I am so disappointed at 928pm on New Years Eve because while this restaurant closes at 9pm due to the holiday they answered their phone at 845pm and said to come in within 15 minutes and I can get food still. I rushed over there and still ended up waiting 20 minutes and got my food which I asked the nice lady behind the counter to make sure it's spicy with sauce and asked twice which we then both laughed. I made it home and opened my food and all I have is dry pork with no spice or sauce on it ! This is a complete waste of food and money! I'm extremely disappointed and tried to call the restaurant within 10 minutes of picking up the food but there was no answer understandably due to the holidays ! read more

I went to Reggae Cuisine today to get lunch for my family. I ordered the curry chicken with white rice and the jerk chicken with rice and peas. It was sooo good! The food was flavorful and the portion size was good (I ordered size medium, which was plenty of food). The restaurant is small and there was only one employee working at the time I visited. The service was quick and she was very courteous. I will definitely return again to Reggae Cuisine. read more

More like a 3.5. Ordered 2 med jerk chicken dinners, and a jerk pork side through postmates. Portion was plentiful for both items. The jerk chicken was moist and flavorful but definitely could've used some more spice/kick. Tasted a little more like barbecue chicken to me. The rice and peas were really good as well as the cabbage. I appreciated the fact that the cabbage was cooked because a lot of places seem to be doing some type of vinegared slaw these days. The jerk pork was pretty good as well but again not spicy enough for me. My sister had a couple of pieces that tasted off or sour to her which was disappointing. Ok so the customer service is great! The food is great! They had an option for 2 meats with rice and peas and cabbage so I decided to get oxtail and half curry chicken. It's been awhile since I've had oxtails and theirs did not disappoint. Only issue was the small pieces in my tray, just wish they were a little bigger. The flavor is definitely there. The curry chicken was really good as well. The rice though... omg I loved it. You can taste the coconut. The rice was cooked perfectly. I also ordered the watermelon ginger lemonade. It's different and refreshing. Next time I'll try the cucumber ginger. In total for 2 of the meals and the lemonade was $67. Yea kind of pricey but worth it.
