Delicious haitian cuisine and kick ass band made this holiday gathering memorable. The catering hall is spacious and the service impeccable. All the servers were firing on all cylinders. Used plates were removed frequently and pitchers of water refilled quickly The buffet area is AYCE and they will serve you which I think is an excellent idea, as they ask how much of a serving you would like. I always hate when I see people serve themselves and stack their plates to the point of the food toppling over and then only to throw out most of it. AYCE folks, come back for more later without being wasteful. Some of the dishes they were serving that night were the joumou butternut squash soup, stewed chicken, macaroni, griot, rice and beans, fish and boulet meatballs just to name a few. My favorite was the soup and meatballs, love the spiciness of both dishes. There is parking in the back and a coat check at the front if you want to use it. Great Haitian restaurant that is moderately priced, delicious and provided exceptional service.

Haitian food at its finest! I am a regular at this establishment and the food is always good. Different days there are different meal specials and options available. The food is great, always fresh tasting and the space is great for holding events I believe it can hold up to 200 people huge right! However due to covid we all know we are restricted. Tonight I decided to visit and ordered Mom: $22 lambi with white rice and black bean sauce that came with a salad and they give you dressing for your salad. My mother mentioned the lambi being good she gives it a 10! She says that it was soft, spicy and tasteful. The rice and beans were also good completed the meal nicely. Myself: $22 Fried red snapper with white rice and black bean sauce. The snapper was fried to perfection every bite your have will lead to another. Portion size for both meals were good. My food was packaged well with utensils and napkins the bags were tied tight so there was no spill.

My friend invited me to accompany her and her date to a Haitian birthday dinner here. Yes I sometimes moonlight as a gooseberry. Side note: I was BEGGED to attend. Shhhhh. The very well utilized space looked very nice with its classy decorations and all. Huge dinning area. Nice sized separate bar and a dance floor/stage at the front. We were treated to a comedian, artiste, food and drinks. It was very nice to be in an all creole speaking environment (I must learn) and I kept saying bonsior to everyone I met regardless the conversation... trying to fit in. VuLayVuCuShaAvecMoiSir.... I cannot type it but you know! Hahahaha. My friend told me casual birthday party but the gowns and suits I saw here were befitting of a gala! I kept my jacket on. I was dressed elegantly casual meets my usual army strong gear, the words ART plastered across my chest. I imagine others felt I was trying to make some type of statement. I stuck out. Lol F O O D: Accra was the appetizer and dinner was served after midnight. By that time my belly was already in my hands. Hungry. Baked (fat) pork, tomato chicken and fried fish were all part of the spread. Not either OR but ALL. I chose a dark coloured rice over rice and peas to accompany my meats and it was on point! Grainy and tasty, it's a rice I can eat on its own. Entertainment, drinks, food AND I crashed someone's date. What more can I ask for? I totes recommend this catering hall for the special functions in your life you wish to celebrate. It may be hard to fill though. My only gripe was with the organizers of this event for some somewhat misleading information. The End.

I had a good time and I came here for a birthday party. I enjoyed the food, they had a live band and a open dance floor where you can dance to some live Haitian music. They had a bar, and it was buffet style so you can take As many plates food as you'd like.

I decided to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday during their Sunday brunch because I wanted lively ambiance and cuisine that my Haitian family would all enjoy. I got everything I was looking for here. The food was delicious and the live band/DJ were on point. Everyone left happy and full.

Came here because I bought a Pulsd deal for dinner and wanted to try something new :)…read more Everything was was great - the experience, food, service! It was my first time trying Haitian food and I was surprised at how similar it was to Spanish food. Every plate we ordered was very flavorful and unique in taste. The sauces that came with our dishes were spicy (just how I like it) but so unique in spice too. I could have drank the sauces. There was nothing that we didn't like! The drinks were also simple, very light and yummy - not too sweet. The vibes of the restaurant were also very cute and dimly lit (but not too dim). They gave us the best seat in the house too - the corner window booth with views of the entire floor. It was a perfect date night! Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend if you're looking to eat some delicious Haitian food!

Rebel is the first Haitian restaurant that I've tried while living in the city. Granted I have only…read moretried it once in Atlanta, but have forever been changed by Haitian black rice. So... because of this, I knew rebel needed to step it up. I made a reservation the morning off, but honestly didn't need to, they had space to accommodate us on a Wednesday night. It's has a rustic charm and is quite intimate. I saw a few couples really enjoying the vibe if you know what I mean lol. The server was nice, but blunt lol. He really was just there to vibe, which I respect! We got two orders of the pork entree with a side of rice, as well as a chicken entree. The food came out fairly quickly and was delicious especially when you paired it with their side sauce. I will say this restaurant is on the pricier end compared to other Haitian restaurants, but worth it. I will most definitely be back.
