It was horrible! I went there and asked for simple acrylic nails, and they questioned me forever about it, which made me feel nervous to begin with but I had gone there about a year ago and had liked what they did. Today was bad! The girl who attended me was somewhat unsure about how to do it. Then a lady came and said "hi" to me, and she pulled a strand of hair from my head! WHAT THE F**K??? I immediately told her to get away from me, and wanted to leave but was stuck with my nails half way done, then the danm process to do simple acrylic set (no color, no shellac or color after, Just tip and acrylic powder) Took about 2 hours. I hadn't gotten my nails done in about 1 year, due to a nail injury, but before that I always had them done, I've never sat with someone for that long to get my nails done this simply! The nails themselves are okay, the lengths do not match tough. I left there and as soon as I jumped in my car I saw that under my thumb I had a lot of Acrylic that I had to go back in and have them shave off with their little drill. Then she told me that I would get $5 off because I was Angry that the lady pulled my hair, (I feel I should have gotten it free after that) and I didn't even bother to ask at the end, but I think that is full price so I was promised a discount that I was not given. After this experience I do not recommend this place to anyone, nor will I go back! read more

Since I'm new to the San Antonio area, my husband and I have been relying on Yelp for ideas on where to go and where to avoid. I was in need of a new nail salon and found Annes Nails on here. It had only two reviews but they were very positive and since they're literally just down the road from our place I decided to give them a try. When I walked in they were minutes from closing but Nick still directed me to a work station. Everything was clean, neat and organized, everyone was very friendly and all the equipment looked new and well maintained. There were plenty of choices of colors and styles and the prices were very reasonable. Nick was awesome. Not only did he remove my old set with hardly any pain or issue but was really fun to talk to. The job he did on my nails was superb. Not only do they look fabulous but he took a lot of care to make sure they were all the same length and had no flaws and he didn't once knick me with the dremel. I had a great experience with Nick and plan on making this my new salon. read more

I was here 02/14/2020 . I did not set up or make any apt. However they welcome and took care of me right away. I loved my experience here! The two technicians were the friendliest and really helpful with decision making. The pedicure, nails was particularly luxurious( got them done by technician name Jason) I could definitely see myself coming back! My eyebrows wax( by technician name Sandra) fantastic and have beautiful shape really fanstastic job too. Like, other staffs were amazing , and warm open arm like family enviroment( heard by other customers recommended to me ). I would set up an appointment with them next time for another try. By the way, this salon not huge compared to the other salon near by, but their works and staffs were faboulous, spending time with all of the clients. I just got my nails done at Ann nails on Monday I was in town visiting my sister so she told me to try her nail place out, and I've been to a lot of nail salons. This is by far the number one nail salon I've been to . The staff there are Amazing and this is the best my nails have ever been i highly recommend getting any service done at Ann's nails. My technician her name is June. Full recommended me things that'll make my nails even better because I was clueless on what I wanted! I'm really satisfied with my nails, her service was 100% to make all customers leave with happy or with whatever they want. June was very sweet to talk to as well! The tiny bit problem was she'll take a bit of time to complete a set of the nail , However it not a big deal at all!!! LOVE IT. Will be back next week for my pedicure. read more

I LOVE coming here! I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. June is absolutely fantastic, she remembered exactly who I was and everything we talked about from the first time I came in and my nails have never looked better! I often bring my sister, with cerebral palsy, and they are so patient with her and happily spend the extra time needed to make sure her nails are perfect! The staff really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I can't express enough how every experience I've had here far exceeds that of any other nail salon I have ever been to. Great experience! Received a gift certificate for my birthday. It was more than enough to cover the "Pearl pedicure". So i got my nails done too. June and Jason are the Best TECHNICIAN I have ever seen!!!! JUNE did my dipping nails perfectly. Overall, the firsts experience was great, and fabulous . Moreover, the staffs super friendly warmly like a family to me. The place small but clean. And did not smell any strong acrylic stuff. Also, they're used sterilization pouch to put tools in for each customers Finally, usually am afraid of 'up-selling' at these places, but it was a relaxing , enjoyable experience overall. Well know nail shop in San Antonio, a proper pedicure and manicure place. Super attentive service, very professional, great products and service packages. Love the atmosphere, the technicians. JUNE is my favorite tech but everyone is super sweet too. The price was reasonable. MUST make an appointment because they usually busy or the technicians with their requests customers all the time . My husband and I got the* Pearl organic spa pedicure *, the treament was wonderful and amazing. Since I go to Ann's Nails I always walk leave happy and feel like am just in the heaven. I had a great experience at Ann's nails!!! There were so kind and they did an excellent job on my full set. The place really petite but very clean and most of the tools in the sanitizing bags. Great prices and amazing service. June took times to help me look brand new again:). I got a pedicure after my nails was done, they're too awesome, gave me a good feeli mg took care of me. It was finished 1hour 40 for the hands and feets. Much ! Much better after the service. You go ask for her, she will take care of you and always take her time. I love this place! Great service, incredibly clean and a wonderful atmostphere. Quality of service is good too. Great manis and pedis. They're good about listening when you request specific things. Make nails shorter or nail shape this way or that, for example.They're also taking time which I appreciate. You don't feel rushed but they don't take forever either. I don't always have 2 hours for nails. Huge selection of polishes, shellac and dip powder.!!! I've been going for about 2 years off and on and have always been happy with my nails. read more

This is my second time here at Ann's nails .The best! So much care is taken to give you the most perfect nails, excellent job! Very modern salon, Very clean and comfortable. Staff are extremely polite ,attentive and good service . The price is reasonable. There are a lot of pretty colors in the shop, but I asked you to take a photo and try to match it as much as possible! Also they offer drinks !! Great experience for my wife and I. I just had the most amazing pedicure at Ann's Nails! I decided to try this salon after my old salon changed ownership, and I'm glad I did. My nail tech, Victoria, was very thorough and I feel so refreshed. It's been a while since I've had a pedicure done this well. So glad I found a small nails shop but really Talented ! The staff is so friendly, they're like a little family that welcomes you with open arms. Turns out that they've been in business since 1981. The salon and staff seem nice to me, they offered the drink complimentary as I waited for the service. The pedicure was ok but I wont complaint for the price matching with the service. I just wish they could do longer callous removal and message, but maybe this is too much to ask. read more
