We are so pleased with Ann's service today. It was our first experience with Ann and we are so glad we found them. Dorje (our pet) was advised by other groomers that he need to shave all his hair. We felt so sad as I am sure he won't look good getting shaven. However I tried to find other groomers and fortunately we found Ann. We dropped Dorje at 8am today and didn't suggest her to avoid shaving. Because we are concerned about his dreadlocks. We want him to have comfortable skin. As soon as Ann called that they finished grooming Dorje, we were so anxious to see his new look. I didn't expect how cute he looks. He didn't get shaven at all, they make it short evenly and no more dreadlocks. They have brushed him so perfectly and made him look good too. We definitely gonna come back for the service. My dog really had to get groomed and I randomly found out about this place because it's right next to the salon I go to. After a failed haircut at the previous groomers and many searches for a new place, I was worried to try a new place. They always manage to make time for me. I always call last minute right when I desperately need to get my doggy groomed. He's 18 lbs and 5 years old with short hair, a Basenji.... The cost is great, I hope they keep them this reasonable, since it has gone up a 5$ increase, but 30$ isn't bad at all...I've been going to them since their grand-opening, and have referred everyone I know to them, and they're all regular clients now. My dog is a very needy breed, basenji, they accommodate my baby very well. They love him, give him attention, and I'll never forget the first time I took my dog, Troy here... He was traumatized from another salon clipping his nails incorrectly, but at Ann's one of the regular groomers clipped while I held Troy. Together we managed his nail clippings. I've been thankful and impressed ever since that day that she took the time to help me on a personal level. Now my dog has become so comfortable and they are able to trim his nails on a regular basis..... Besides that, they always make bandanas and doggy blankets as well to send home with your baby. Yesterday was our first visit with Ann. Love her! Did a wash,brush,teeth, and nails clipping. The place smells fabulous, and my dog came out smelling great, and she was super happy-an absolute first for my 5 year old terrier mix. She was traumatized by the nail clipping at petsmart and wouldn't let them or myself touch her paws. With Ann's, her nails were perfectly trimmed, and she was so happy when I picked her up, not traumatized. Ann is super sweet and definitely knows how to settle down your pup and make them comfortable. In my experience at Ann's, my pup Coco has always come out looking beautiful but more importantly very happy and not frightened. She always gets a little treat after her grooming too! I bring my bichon frise, Brian, to Ann's Pet Grooming every 8 weeks or so. They do a great job of cutting his fur with the bichon cut. My dog is usually cautious when we walk into the store, but as soon as he sees Ann, he perks up and becomes happy. Price is affordable - comparable to the bigger pet store groomers. Main difference is that once my dog is done with his haircut, he gets placed in an enclosed area instead of a tiny kennel. read more

I had to stop going to my last groomer because they were too far away and it sometimes took two weeks to get an appointment. Ann is a sweetheart! She's very kind, she loved my dog, her prices are good and when we picked up my dog she asked if we were pleased with how my dog looked. I've been coming here for years since they first opened. I've always been very satisfied with Ann's grooming. They are super clean, use high quality products & specialty filtered water, and you can tell that they really care about animals. They are friendly and accommodating to any special requests, and making last minute appointments are usually not an issue. This is the only groomer my dog actually somewhat likes, and the only groomers I fully trust. You can see the dogs being groomed and where they are boarded while they wait, and I appreciate that transparency. My dog is very fickle and doesn't trust strangers, but she seems comfortable here. We've had bad experiences with multiple groomers in the past, but never at Ann's. I'm a happy regular customer and I'll continue to come here as long as I have a dog :) read more

This grooming shop is the ONLY grooming shop I trust with my dog. After numerous bad experiences, I've come to learn that grooming shops aren't strictly about how well they cut your pet's fur. My dog gets easily stressed out & if she's away from me for too long, she'll start to diarrhea & vomit (probably from the stress). However, I was surprised to see my dog well rested when I picked her up from the shop. I can't come to a conclusion if she was mistreated at others shops or if Jeff is just a dog whisperer... Honestly- this is the BEST place for your dog. I dropped my golden doodle(very fluffy dog) off extremely matted after a long stretch between groomers visits. I mean, she was so matted they called me after dropping her off and told me they didn't know if they could cut her due to her hair being so bad.(now I know how often I need to come).
