My Mookie was still a puppy when we took him here. And he came out happy and clean when we went to pick him up. I tried another groomer closer to home but I left after just speaking with him. I've come here 3 times for my dog's annual haircut, and have been happy with every single visit! This place is clean, with a large seating area, and a clear view of the grooming station. They usually say that it will take up to 3 hours, but it has always taken a much, much shorter amount of time. $35 for my 10lb terrier/poodle mix, which is pretty reasonable. And during the holidays, they gave a free puppy-sized fleece blanket. read more

Had been going to the same place for years because I remembered it being cheaper than other salons I had tried in the past. I was happy to find that Ann's Grooming was the same cost as our previous grooming salon. It was also cleaner, friendlier and more attentive . . And most important our Teddy was not at all tremulous like he always was when I would go to pick him up from the other grooming salon. His cut was exactly what I asked the groomer to do. Finally found our groomer! I called Anns today to see if I could get my miniature poodle "leo" a summer cut etc.. She told me they were pretty busy and that they couldnt do it today. I begged a little because it is so hard for me to find time to get him groomed and she said ok that she would do it! I thought that was super cool! They are so friendly! the place is cute and super clean! The prices are very reasonable. Also I had my black dachsund with me and she said she could wash her too! I have been taking my dogs here off the rec of a friend for years, probably close to 4. They're always very professional and so kind to my dogs. They do an excellent job and are very accommodating to requests. The groomers also do an excellent job with suggestions on what may or may not look well. I have taken my malti to other places where they have nicked or even scratched her when grooming. She was very apprehensive going to another place but now she loves coming here again and again. I love going to Ann's for my dog's grooming! My little maltese isn't as nervous when she goes there and comes out happy and excited. Ann really does a great job on my dog's hair cut! This is it! I finally found the grooming salon for my 18lbs Shih Tzu mix!! My boy is not always friendly and his worse nightmare is being groomed and brushed. I have been trying all the grooming places around, and last time my boy was kicked out by PetSmart for his unstable behavior lol. The lady was so friendly and spent some good time to comfort my dog with some treats. I had a great first impression (I am one of those nervous dog owner lol). After three hours as they promised, my dog was ready! It's good that he is not caged when I went picking him up, and most importantly, he seems happy and not scared nor pissed like he usually would after groomed. Again, the lady was so nice and she even gave my dog a gift :) I will def coming back!! read more

This place rocks. It's not easy grooming & bathing a 175lb St Bernard, but they did an AWESOME job. My only complaint is that it's a little hard to find. Other than that, I will definitely recommend this place to friends read more

Honestly I was really skeptical and afraid for my dog. He got abused as a pup from his previous owner and whenever we bathed him and showered him it showed how afraid he was...not to mention our other dogs have gotten cut by other groomers. This experience was great we made the appt and when we got there they met us with treats and made my puppy feel welcomed and calm. They asked how I wanted his hair cut and I showed them even ahead of time she told me since it's his first time he might be scared so they will do their best and honestly they did amazing! He was all even everywhere and I honestly kid you not our Pomeranian is a big dog...14 pounds paid 45 and he was just chilling in the cage when we went to pick him up and said his byes to the groomers and came to us. This was my favorite and I am really skeptical all the time anything that has to do with my fur babies. AMAZING please give them a try we even got to take some treats home and he has a cool handmade bow. read more

I more than likely won't be back. They did an okay job trimming my dogs nails but the environment felt unprofessional and stressed out my dog. They didn't have a station for her to stand on so they held her the entire time and cut some of her nails too short causing her to limp for the rest of the day. The only thing giving them 3 stars is the bandana and treat they gave her as well as the affordability of the service. I will continue to go to my regular groomer. read more

We have been bringing our miniature schnauzer to Ann's regularly for over a year. We are always greeted warmly and our cut instructions are always followed to the T. Our visits typically take 2-3 hours. You can tell that Ann and her staff love dogs by how well they treat them. The best! I recommend here greatly. I was looking for a groomer for my 2 dogs for a long time. Some would do a good job, but were outrageously expensive. Others were less money, but not really good. Ann's Pet Grooming is great. They do a great job, they're not expensive, and they must do something my dogs like. I've been taking my Shih Tzu/Dachshund here since 2013 and she has never disappointed. I've had horrible experiences with some groomers in the Fullerton/Brea area where my dog has been cut and ended up with red eyes, charged an arm and a leg Bc they don't know how to handle a scared dog. Ann is the sweetest groomer I've ever met and does the best work! And my dog loves her even with how much he has hated groomers in the past! I've never gotten the feeling my dog was abused, struggled or seen any signs of cuts/bruises. My dog always goes in looking like a shaggy mess then comes out smelling so clean with the perfect haircut and a cute bandana (she usually does bandanas for boys and bows for girls). The bandana designs usually match the time of the year I bring him too. Yes the dogs are held in cages but I've never waited for my dog to be done longer than 3 hours even on a same day booking. She also has a play pen area though. Pricing is EXTREMELY affordable (~$40) for the works - bath, haircut, nails clipped, ear cleaned, butt cleaned haha she also keeps a card with the type of cut my dog gets so anytime I bring him I just say the usual. I live in West LA now but every time my dog needs a haircut I make the trip to see Ann. You just can't beat the price and quality of service here! read more
