Ann felt like a big sister walking me through such a big moment in our lives leading up to our wedding day. Her coordination with the venue and all vendors was incredible and helped me feel less pressure of getting every single thing done. Her ability to create such seamless timelines for rehearsal, to ceremony, to reception is chefs kiss! I can't forget about how my heel strap literally BROKE off and Ann came to the rescue with her mini sew kit, and I was able to dance the entire rest of the fight and my heel strap did NOT budge. Ann was recommended to my wife and I through our friends who had so many wonderful things to say about the job she did at their wedding. We met up to go over what we wanted for our wedding and what she provides as the coordinator. After our meeting within a few minutes we knew Ann was who we wanted. As it got closer to our wedding date we met up again and went back over so many details. Ann was on top of everything. She had an answer to every question and so much experience with all kinds of wedding things that you might not think of when planning a wedding. I would recommend Ann without any reservations or hesitation! She is outstanding and goes above and beyond for every aspect of your wedding. First of all, she is a walking wedding bible! We told Ann we wanted it to be in the round, with my husband and I in the center of the circle. Ann drew up a schematic sketch and told us not to worry, she would take care of everything! Flash forward two days before the wedding: It was pouring rain and the forecast was going back and forth for our wedding day weather. Ann told me not to worry, she had a plan if we had to move the ceremony indoors. I was not pleased with the idea of an indoor wedding (after all that had not been my "vision" for our "dream" wedding) but knew it was smart to have a back up plan. The day of the wedding, the clouds were thick and it was not looking promising. Ann called me a few times just to check in and see how I was doing. She reassured me that everything was under control, but that the weather would force us to move the ceremony indoors. Again, I was bummed, but knew she knew best. When I walked down the aisle, into the Don Room of the El Cortez, I was blown away!!! Our indoor ceremony was beautiful and in the round with not one detail overlooked! Multiple guests commented that the indoor circular ceremony was incredible! I don't know what I would have done without Ann! She had the vision, expertise, and professionalism to make our indoor ceremony and reception far exceed our idea for our "dream" wedding! She truly is the best! read more

LOVE Ann!!! I met with several planners/coordinators and she was the only one who didn't make me have a panic attack, haha. She isn't over-the-top or high strung. She is warm, creative, helpful, flexible, kind, and all the things you want in a coordinator. Our officiant actually backed out within a month or so of the event and she recommended a guy who was WAY better anyway! (See Rev. Don Toshach) On the day of our wedding, I didn't even know the crap she was dealing with until later. But thank GOD she was there to fight for us and make sure everything was perfect and flawless for us. Ann is one major reason why our wedding seemed so smooth to the bride and groom, as well as to the other guests. I adore Ann! I highly recommend her to every bride! I hired Ann as my wedding planner and day of coordinator and it made my wedding day seamless! She was incredibly professional and clearly has YEARS of experience in the wedding coordination industry. Ann and I met several times leading up to my big day. She was also easily reachable by email, phone calls and texts to answer my 1,000,000 questions. I couldn't believe how hands on she was!!! She made herself available for meetings with my florist, the venue, and my caterer. She created a detailed plan for the layout of the venue and a timeline for the day. She designed and created all sorts of neat things for the event - escort cards, table numbers, guest book signs, etc. It felt so wonderful to have it out of my hands and to know she was going to take great care of me! She also gave me wonderful recommendations for other vendors - always providing me with 2-3 options so I was still able to compare and choose what suited me. I would never recommend Ann for any wedding. I went through a horrific and very painful experience of my fiancé calling off our wedding a week before our day. My family and I had hired Ann as a week/day of coordinator 3 weeks prior to our wedding. We graciously paid her a full $800 upfront even though a $200 deposit was all that was required until the wedding day itself. We worked with several amazing vendors that were more than kind and understanding of the situation. Actually all vendors except Ann were a joy to work with. Even in a devastating time they were fair, kind, and ran a valued business. Others promptly refunded any money they could. Unfortunately none is true of Ann. On the contract Ann sent us she listed 11 tasks she would complete for the $800. Two of those tasks were completed. creating a timeline and communicating with my other vendors. 9 of those tasks were to be done at the rehearsal or wedding day itself. She has still yet to send any refund and says that $100 is all she plans on refunding because of the hours of work she put in. She actually said because of all the hours of work she put in the rehearsal and wedding day of service is free from the $800 we paid up front. Even though we were only required to give her $200 upfront. No where on her contract does it state we paid in hours for her work but for the tasks to be completed. Reminder we hired Ann as a day of week of coordinator for the wedding not for an hourly rate. I met with Ann one time in person. We have yet to receive any check at all. It's been over a week. She has by far been the worst service I have ever worked with. Extremely unprofessional and I would be very careful moving forward with her service. I worked with amazing vendors including The Abbey catering, The La Jolla Women's Club, Pixster, Camellias flowers, and Steve from Unique Mobile Sounds. All were beyond amazing even in this personal time of pain I would recommend them highly for any wedding. I will recommend they be very careful associating with Ann as well. Please be careful moving forward working with Anns Plans for any wedding or planning purpose. Needless to say due to breech of contract we will take her to court. Very unfortunate. read more

I found Ann through our recommended vendors from Paradise Point, our wedding venue. We were fortunate to also meet her at the Bridal Bazaar last year. From the moment we met her we felt at ease, I knew we had to book her for the coordination of our wedding. She is not like any wedding coordinator that you will ever meet.
