Let's just say If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I interviewed 5 people before finding Jessica and from the moment we started talking, I knew she was the girl to hire. Her organizational skills are on point, her confidence apparent and her love and passion for what she does is indescribable. She worked with us as our day of coordinator but she was much more than that. We spoke on the phone first followed by an in person meeting where she proceed to review our wedding from start to finish and this was 9 months in advance which was great because she brought up points for the rehearsal and big day we had not thought about. She provides you with a few working documents/spreadsheets via google docs which is perfect for keeping you on track and focused throughout your wedding planning journey. She has open communication with you leading up to the wedding and will meet at the venue for a walkthrough to make sure your vision is executed perfectly. The real superstar comes in the week leading up to your wedding. She came to my home and loaded all the decor/wedding extras into her car so I didn't have to worry about getting them to the venue. She then took inventory of everything to make sure nothing was missing from our plan, every guest had an escort card/seat assignment and that all was ready to go day of. She ran our rehearsal like a champ keeping us all on track and to the rehearsal dinner on time. Day of, she was the first to arrive and the last to leave taking care of any and all unforeseen obstacles so the day ran seamlessly. She not only made sure we were taken care of but our parents as well throughout the party and cleaned up everything we brought at the end. The most impressive thing is Jessica is she did this all with the utmost professionalism, grace and the biggest smile on her face. Where do I begin, Jessica was "clutch" according to my husband. I debated having a wedding planner for a while because I honestly felt like I could do it all myself and wanted to save the money. After much discussion with friends who went through the whole process, they highly recommended a day of wedding planner. So I started to look around for one. If you don't want to have to worry AT ALL before and on your wedding day then you definitely need to hire Jessica!!! She constantly was checking in on me (even though I only technically hired her for day of coordination she was already checking in with me WAY before that) and thought of so many things that I didn't even think about. She has so much experience with weddings so she had a ton of awesome advice and amazing ideas that we used. When my wedding was only a few days away she came over to my house and picked up all of the stuff I had so I didn't have to worry about it, and at that time I was frantically trying to finish last minute details like tying ribbons on all the bubbles, putting pictures in frames etc. When she came over she told me not to even worry about it that she was going to finish it tonight because I shouldn't have to do that! She even offered to use frames that she already had if I needed them. She took so much stress off of me that I honestly could not even imagine how my wedding would have went without her! On my wedding day she was here for me the entire night, bustling my dress, setting the room up BEAUTIFULLY, keeping track of time to the minute, and making sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everything went PERFECTLY! There was an issue with the meal cards I had printed that she noticed when she opened them (I didn't want to open them until the day of so they wouldn't get messed up) and even though it was a last minute thing that could have gone so wrong she told me not to worry, she has it handled and everyone found their seat and got the right meal without me even having to think about it. She literally handled everything and I would have died without her!!! Not to mention she is the sweetest and most likeable person ever, someone that I would like to hang out with even now that my wedding is over!!
