Ann is amazing!!! I was having challenges with my sewing machine which ended up in my storage unit in the desert for over a year!!! By the time i realized what had happened, it was too late. Wow, All I can say is just WOW! I am so completely impressed with Ann. I brought my 40 year old Elna to her when it started making some unusual noises. Her work area is clean, she has an organized parts area and many credentials/certificates hang on her wall. She is extremely reasonable - about a third less than other places for service, cleaning and oiling. When I told her how much I loved my old machine, she gave me tips on how to prolong its life - it is obvious that she really cares about sewing machines. I could not recommend someone more highly! She knows sewing machines like no one else and is familiar with all brands. If you are looking for a machine - she has several used ones at excellent prices. Despite having a heavy-duty model my craft sewing is VERY hard on the machine. Breaking a heavy duty needle can really screw up the alignment or timing. Ann has been able to clean and adjust my machine more than once to put it into "better than new" condition. She is prompt, good service, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
