First time every trying "Another Broken Egg Cafe"! 6/14/19 Reservation for 8:15am for the "Soft Opening", Everything we ordered for Delicious, I had the Blueberry, with goat cheese and lemon zest Pancakes it was by for the best I have ever tasted! This will be one of my favorite restaurants in Auburn OPELIKA area! There was 3 in our party and we all loved it! Drake was our server and he was excellent! Thank you! From OPELIKA Al I've made 2 more visits seems the 6/14/19... One trip was today, I ordered the chicken mango salad, when the food finally came I informed the server that I was give turkey not chicken, she said no that is chicken, I told her it was turkey and it even tasted and looked like turkey, she told me once again that it was chicken.... I don't like turkey on a salad but didn't seem like the server was gonna do anything about it so I felt I was forced to eat it or throw it away, so I eat it but didn't like it... My spouse then decided to order the same salad and when his came (finally) I was informed by the server that my was indeed turkey and that was it... On July 18, 2020 I visited Another Broken Egg Cafe for the first time. Upon entry, I was greeted with a smile from the amazing hostesses and other staff members. I decided to sit at the bar since i was alone and didn't want to hold up a table for other parties. My server/bartender Will was very welcoming and warm! When i asked for "his favorites" he didn't hesitate to share with me some of his all time favorites as well as some of the overall favorites. After placing my drink order with Will i was welcomed with a smile by one of the managers, Jeremy! I asked what his favorites were and he shared. I went with his favorite which was the Cinnamon Roll French Toast! It was PHENOMENAL! Overall I would and have suggested this restaurant to a number of my friends and 2 of them have been within the last 2 days! Auburn's favorite new hot spot! Delicious, southern-inspired brunch and lunch options, plus plenty of fancy adult brunchy beverages to delight - and yummy not-so-adult options too! Every time we've been, it is better than the last! Do yourself a favor, and be sure to get an order of the biscuit beignets - a playful, different take on a classic beignet! The coffee and juice options are all delicious, too! I definitely recommend the Cinnamon Roll French Toast, with a side of perfectly baked bacon. But really, everything I've tasted has been awesome! They've only been open a couple of weeks, so there's definitely going to be a wait when you go, but it is well worth it! A friend and I tried this place today, and we were not disappointed! The inside and the patio both have great ambience. We were seated inside. I hit a chef Gordon Ramsey and ordered several entrees since I couldn't choose just 1! I had a peach bellini, the blueberry goat cheese gluten friendly cakes, Floridian omelette, and the Shrimp & Grits, plus a Classic bacon cheeseburger and Turkey & Mozzarella panini to go. I would have pictures, but I started devouring everything right as they hit the table, and my sandwiches got jostled on my journey home lol! Have eaten at many locations of this franchise. The food here is excellent, and the owners are local and always on site making sure guests have the best experience possible. Every server we've encountered has been friendly and helpful which is clearly part of this location's culture and isn't true of every one. Proud that they've chosen to operate in the Auburn-Opelika area. Note: this was a much anticipated opening in the community. There are few brunch options available and, therefore, can be very long wait times on the most popular weekend days. If you aren't able to wait, give some time for the excitement to die down and come back after they've been open a bit longer. :) read more

I would say thus place is Very Good Breakfast or lunch! I used to go to restaurants and order the same thing all the time but with the Another Broken Egg Cafe menu, and their seasonal menu items, its always fun to try something new. I have never been disappointed. I have loved everything! The place looks new and is very clean, the tables are not close together so I feel safe and social distanced. This is important to me. The staff was wearing masks immediately when you arrive and at your table. It looks like they have taken it to another level. I will for sure keep going back. read more

I was visiting a friend and Auburn and we decided to go to Another Broken Egg on Sunday for brunch. It was really busy but the wait time wasn't too bad considering the crowd. A worker even brought out some chocolate cinnamon roll samples for us to try while we were waiting outside for a table which was much appreciated. Our server was really funny and was very helpful in making our selection. I ordered the Supreme Omelette and it was great along with some biscuit beignets. The portion size was large and I hope to visit again on my next trip to Auburn. read more

The food here is flavorful and the service is usually good. The dining area is open and pleasant. My favorite is the Mardi Gras omelet, followed closely by the biscuits and gravy and the Shrimp and grits. Breakfast potatoes tend to be overcooked, and that is based on several visits, not just one. Prices are fairly reasonable, unless you are getting a soft drink or iced tea. $4.29 for a soft drink is ridiculous, even if it does come with free refills. Water is just fine. We eat here about once a month or so, and that probably will not change. read more

I am so happy about having an Another Broken Egg in Auburn!! We're in need of a great breakfast place, and ABE certainly fits the bill!! I have visited the restaurant multiple times since it's opening and every time has been such a great experience! The people are super friendly, the service was top notch, there was no wait time, and the food was delicious!! I've tried something different each visit and I haven't been disappointed yet!! I have now been to Another Broken Egg 4 times and each time was as impressive as the last. Although the Tzaziki tots have been my favorite seasonal item (bring them back!), their corn beef Brussel sprouts and lemon blueberry goat cheese French toast were out of this world as well. Their menu is creative top-to-bottom with fresh, high quality ingredients. I can't wait to see what's next on their seasonal menu. People really pilgrimage out to this restaurant on Sunday mornings. My friend and I arrived and there was a 30-45 minute wait. They had samples of cinnamon rolls out for those waiting. We opted to sit at the bar and didn't have to wait at all. The service was the best I've ever had quite honestly. We ordered and got our food promptly. It's more expensive for a brunch place, but well worth it. We got plenty of food and it was delicious! I'd definitely go again, just maybe not on a Sunday. read more

Amazing food as always! Never been disappointed at ANY ABE! I am excited to have this restaurant at "home" in our town & I hope they continue to provide excellent service & food! The only small complaint I have is the English muffins were very burned when they came out, we sent them back to have new ones and they were better, but still a little burned. Just need to get the settings right on that toaster and it will be PERFECT! Will definitely be back & will encourage everyone to go! read more

My family has been multiple times since the opening so when I came into town they insisted that I give it a try. I went with my mom and was very pleased! The beignet biscuits are incredible as a breakfast appetizer. I got the chicken and waffles which were really good. The waffle had a good texture and size. Same for the chicken. My husband and i had breakfast today. We were seated immediately by Dawn, who was also our server. Dawn was very attentive and made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. The coffee was fresh and the food was hot and very good. We had mixed berry pancakes, eggwhite omelet, bacon, hashbrowns and orange juice. Another Broken Egg is an "AWESOME" addition to the restaurants in Auburn. The food is delicious and the staff is outstanding. The wait time may be a little long, but that is to be expected at a new eatery. I enjoyed talking with the other guest there. If I may, I would like to recommend the shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and the club sandwich. Yep! I have been there more than once. I am never disappointed when I eat here. Seasonal specials are amazing, as well as their permanent menu items. I have only ordered breakfast items, but everything I've tried is fantastic! The severs are friendly and at the top of their game. You will have to wait, because it is always busy. It is totally worth it! So the staff does not need to apologise for the wait time. Visited this past weekend and had the absolute best experience ever! The place was so clean and there was a very short wait. We had the absolute BEST server in the world Erin who made us feel right at home! The food was out quick and we enjoyed our time in this quaint little restaurant!!
