This was a great breakfast spot to try. Never been I had the Bananas Foster Pancakes and they were amazing the baked bacon was so delicious along with the potatoes. We came across this place because my gf was craving pancakes. So I typed pancakes in the Yelp search this was #1 but I have NEVER noticed this place until today!! I must say we will be back! The food and the service was excellent. Our server was so patient and informative of the dishes that we had questions about. He even offered to replace my dish if I wasn't happy but I must say I was overwhelmed with the food we had. So good and FRESH!! And might I add they have SWEET TEA!!! They were fresh & amazing, with powdered sugar and an orange marmalade sauce. Next we ordered the Floridian and the Skinny Omelette that comes with fruit and a toasted English Muffin and grits. Our server was friendly, and she paid just enough attention to us to keep us taken care of, but not too many interruptions! At the end of our meal the manager stopped by to check how we enjoyed our experience. The only reason for four stars instead of five was the menu listed a black bean salad of sorts as a part of the dish, but neither of our plates of Chilaquiles had black beans. The portion was very generous, so we didn't leave hungry because the black beans were missing. The menu description just didn't match the plates we received, that's all. It comes with a honey chipotle sauce to drizzle over the chicken which was a different touch than most the chicken & waffles I've had. The chicken strips were well seasoned and very crispy. I also got to try some of their City Grits. I wasn't even sure what they were but just know for someone that doesn't even like grits, they were fantastic. They have Gouda cheese in them and they're creamy as hell! Mmm! My bf and I both got mimosas and to be honest they basically pour a ton of champagne in a glass and lightly put flavoring in it. He got an Apple Pie mimosa and I got the Mango Kiwi mimosa which ended up tasting mainly like champagne. So if you're looking for a strong mimosa, this is where you wanna be! So I come weekly and always sit in Michael's section. He is great knows my order and always goes above and beyond. The food is always great. Today he wasn't available we got sat in another section and our food came out wildly fast.
