They give you a decent amount of crab cakes on top of English muffins, which is unheard of for $15. The crab cakes were flavored very well, especially with the homemade hollandaise on top. The eggs were also scrambled perfectly! I wasn't a fan of the grits -- too watery for my liking. We also got FREE beignets with our purchase after "checking-in" on the app. The Peach Bellini was very very yummy and gets you right! Atmosphere: Any place that utilizes the "wait list" option on Yelp gets major bonus points from me! Given that this is a cuter, newer place in pearland, it is very popular. I had to take my dad to the doctor for an appointment this week, and on the way there he was asking me if I had seen my brothers post about this place. So after his appointment we decided to eat there. It's in the shopping center off of 518 in Pearland with Best Buy and JCPenney and a few other places. We put ourselves on the waitlist on the way there, but as soon as we arrived, we were seated immediately at a table per our request. The menu has several things to choose from, including an extensive drink menu, as in adult beverages. I ordered the bacon and cream cheese omelette with potatoes. My dad ordered the Mardi Gras omelette with grits and then we split a side order of pancakes. Great service, great food, great coffee. I would definitely recommend this location and probably any of their locations if the food and service is anywhere near what it was here. I've seen this several times on my side of town north of Houston, but I've never made my way there. I will now make my way there more often with my family. read more

It was about over an hour wait. Luckily we joined the wait list ahead of time, which is what I highly recommend. Especially during peak hours. I joined maybe 20 minutes out before arriving, but underestimated the timing. There was still about a 30-40 minute wait after we checked in. It went by fast though. We parked nearby, while waiting for the text that our table was ready, and watched some Hulu shows on my iPad. It seemed like a shorter wait because before we knew it, we got the text to get seated. We got inside and the place did seem rather small, which probably explains the long waiting times. I had already looked at the menu beforehand and was ready to get our orders since I was so hungry. We started off with the Apple Pie mimosa which sounds amazing, but it didn't taste much like Apple pie, but more so like a sweet apple vinegar. It was still good, but just not what I was expecting. I then ordered the bacizo which was the bacon and chorizo omelette. I basically devoured that thing in minutes. I had some pancakes on the side as well. It was all really good and in my opinion, worth the wait. Especially for some nice brunch on a Sunday afternoon. I would definitely come back here. There's several other brunch options on their menu that looked so appetizing and they also had some limited time specials. Just be sure to "check in" here on Yelp as they currently offer a free order of 8 beignets after you check in. The beignets are soft, fluffy, covered in powdered sugar, and have an orange marmalade on the side. For food we tried their lobster benedict, chorizo/bacon and cheese omelette, and their southwestern style omelette. The portions all come out as a pretty hefty size, so everyone left very full. Everything tasted great and was made fresh, but I'll admit the flavors were missing that "wow" factor. Nothing was wrong with anything we ordered, I might have just set my expectations too high for the food? But the service was definitely on point!
