First time trying a Texas Roadhouse. Service was quick. They provide free bag of peanuts and soft rolls with honey butter when seated. I came here for the rolls and butter and that's 5/5 perfect. The sampler was ok, nothing was hot on the plate. So a bit disappointing. The sirloin was cooked okay but wasn't cooked all the way thru hot. Center was pink but a bit on the cold side. The deviled eggs were exactly what u wanted. The baked potato came out hot and steamy. Overall, since I came here for the rolls it was it good. Other foods, mehhh.

I'm giving Texas Roadhouse a 5! They sent out an email offering free rolls, meals and appetizers to teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week. The only catch was I had to go pick up the giftcards and it was about 30 min from me. When I got there I was given a stack of both appetizer and meal cards for my whole staff! It's a little far from my school so I opted out on the delicious rolls. Since we made the drive my son, husband and mother all sat and had a good Mother's Day meal. All of the food was great and the service was good. My husband said his steak was perfect. They now have the peanuts in a packaged bag and not all over the floor so it's safe for you now if you have a peanut allergy. It has a Western sportsbar vibe. We sat near the bar by the tvs so my husband could catch some sports. We will be back.

Came to this Texas Roadhouse location on a Sunday evening with a friend. It was pretty busy that night but the hosts sat us within the 10-20 minute window that they estimated. Had a house margarita on the rocks with a keeper to start. It was refreshing and not too tart. Out server Alex was very quick to provide service and made sure out food order was sent in promptly. I had the 6oz steak and rib combo. The steak was cooked medium to my liking, the ribs were a little tough but overall the food was great. If you're looking for a place that's quiet this isn't the spot for you lol. The music was going and there were birthday songs being sung throughout which I personally don't mind at all. This was my first time at this location and like all the others I've tried this one was a pleasure.

Monday night dinner the restaurant was very busy at 4 pm on a work day. The food was served fast and it was piping hot. We ordered 2 kids meals, one lil dollo, steak and baked potatoes, and a chicken fried chicken meal

Stopped in for a Saturday lunch. Was busy but we did not have to wait. I have never eaten at Texas Roadhouse, I would put it above Saltgrass, but slightly below Longhorn on when compared to those similar restaurants. Rolls: Good! Peanuts: Good! Appetizer Sampler: Potato skins good, Rattlers Good, Cheese sticks good. Chicken Fried Steak: ok size with a tick crust. the meat was not quite as tender as I would have liked, but not bad. The breading was starting to fall off. It was good not great. Mashed potatoes brown gravy: Good! Seasoned rice: Great! reminds me of dirty rice without the meat. Was one of my favorite items on the menu. Everything was fine. This is not a upscale steakhouse, If you come in with the correct expectations you will have a fine experience.

I want to start by saying the waitress was very polite and friendly her service was great. However, I ordered a medium-well steak (photo attached), and it was not cooked as requested. There were also no shrimp on my table, yet I was charged for two shrimp appetizers because they claimed I had eaten part of my steak was very confused about that. When the steak was brought back after being recooked, it came out crispy on the outside but still had a very warm red center. I had to send it back again and wasn't offered to switch it out for something else or even an alternative meal. Honestly, the best thing on the menu was the premade margarita. I ended up leaving after only eating a baked potato the size of a five-year-old's fist and my cup of chili. Heading to Longhorns across the street instead.

I randomly ended up at Texas Roadhouse for dinner one evening and had a great experience! They were packed, but our group was seated in a fair amount of time. I ordered the prime rib with steamed vegetables and a baked sweet potato covered in toasted marshmallows. The prime rib was cooked well and was very tender. I highly recommend pairing it with a generous amount of fresh horseradish! The steamed vegetables were very buttery, not my preference but not bad. The sweet potato was very sweet as expected. We also ordered the blooming onion for the table and enjoyed the complimentary fresh soft rolls and packaged peanuts. Parking was super easy as they have a large lot. Atmosphere was loud and bustling, but it was still easy to hear others at my table.

We arrived around 3pm or so ( before the dinner rush. We were seated at a booth in the bar. It took awhile (5 or so minutes) for us to get our waitress to come to our table, she took our drink orders and brought us rolls. We didn't have plates nor napkins to put the rolls on. We were picking at them from the basket. Kudos to the piping hot rolls. When we put our order in and she brought us second round of rolls, was the last time we saw our waitress. Two of my sisters ordered salad, when it arrived they again had to pick at it because we had no silverware (hard to find anyone to help us really). I had to get up to ask the hostess for silverware, she left and someone else got us our silverware. The hostess returned with wet hot plates. Mind you we were done with rolls at that point. When our food arrived, my sister was missing her side. Again hard to find help, my other sister had to physically go into the kitchen entryway to ask for the missing side. Our waitress didn't come to check on us, didn't get us refills. My food (pulled pork sandwich and fries) was so salty I ate less than half of it, and had to counter act the saltiness with a bite of the rolls with butter. We tried to split the bill per person, no waitress in sight, the tablet only allowed us to split it three ways. My sister ended up paying for the whole thing (we were in a rush). Our waitress finally came to our table when we asked for receipt and to go box. My sister left her 15% tip. When we got the receipt, waitress wrote THX, circled the tip amount and drew Definitely not a great experience at all.

Omg the food here was so delicious and very tasty. Their steak was so tender and tasty. Their rolls of course was warm and delicious happy the waiter came back and gave me more . They are small though, I felt like I ate a roll just in 2 bites. The sweet potato was okay, next time I wouldn't get it. The shrimp was really good and the ribs did fall off the bone. RIBS very tasty also . I had a wonderful waiter that answered my questions and was very nice.and I also love the little show that they put on while dining.

For how busy it is we got sat pretty quickly. Right when you enter you are asked if anyone from the party is ordering a steak. Anyone who says yes can pick their own steak from the meat counter. I got the ribeye and ribs combo, which came with two sides; it did not disappoint. Fall off the bone ribs and juicy steak cooked to perfection. Got the cesar salad so I don't feel guilty and green beans. The bread was so darn tasty I had to hold myself back just so I could finish everything. Everything really is bigger in Texas and the price is just right. We will probably go here one last time before heading back home.

I wanted to avoid writing this review because I've worked in the industry and I wanted to be able to handle this behind the scenes with the restaurant but they've failed to do so. I took my friend out to eat for her birthday, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and asked if we could pick out our steaks. The young lady who was sitting us came and grabbed little pieces of paper that they put on the steak to mark they're ours without gloves then went to the back to put on gloves to place on the steak. We didn't want to make a big deal about that even though it is very unsanitary, we ignored it and didn't let it ruin our experience. While eating some of our meal, my friend whose birthday we were celebrating spit out something which we thought was a piece of her napkin so we ignored it. We ate a small portion of the food and took the rest togo since we were full. It wasn't until the next day when I started eating my leftovers that I found the piece of paper with the number 10 that the young lady placed on my steak which I spit out. This was cooked into my steak. Very unacceptable from a food safety standpoint and you would think the restaurant would take accountability? Wrong. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Josiah, he asked for my information and requested I send the picture of the paper that was cooked into my steak and said he would send something for the mishap. I sent the requested picture and checked my email and saw he sent a $20 gift card for my next visit. The bill in total came out to $80 with the tip... why would $20 suffice? I sent another email to the store letting them know this is unacceptable and I am requesting the general manager's information and corporate's information so I can reach out to them. For a meal we ate less than half of and couldn't eat the rest because of a major food safety issue on their part you'd think Texas Roadhouse would do better at fixing the issue. I never got a response to the 2nd email from me requesting the general manager and corporate's information so I found corporate's contact on my own and sent them an email. 3 days later the general manager called me and asked me what the problem was, I said I sent a few different emails did you not see them? I explained everything yet again and he said he what I explained to him was not in the email which is a lie because I put everything in the emails. I told him it was unacceptable to offer me $20 for a bill I paid $80 for to celebrate my friend's birthday at your establishment and he goes "well you ate one of the steaks didn't you?" We actually ate a portion of both of the steaks and took the remainder home in hopes to eat but couldn't. You would think the general manager would take accountability and be apologetic for his restaurant and the lack of food safety but no, he instead was accusatory and not sympathetic at all to something that could've been very serious. Will not be back to this location solely because of the general manager's response to something that could've been handled properly behind the scenes.

Lawdy I haven't been at a TR in along time and I remember when peanuts was all on the floor, times have changed indeed but great time here, food was great and my server Jazlyn was amazing so sweet and kind she gets 2 thumbs up I wish her the best in whatever she does. Was very attentive to us and just was great! Thank u Jaz. Keep doing what you are doing.

I didn't have to ask for my first refill as the waitress recognized my thirst when I ordered the drink. My food did not disappoint. Another thing I have come to expect from this restaurant. The City Grits were fantastic! Using Gouda cheese with bacon, tomato and green onions as toppings. I opted not to get tomatoes and personally would have like about half as much green onions. But who doesn't love bacon! Hash browns instead of an English muffin and chopped ham instead of Canadian bacon made a special breakfast better. The eggs were poached to perfection. I called the restaurant to politely ask what might be causing the issue, as I wanted to better understand why it keeps happening. Javi, who answered the phone, was friendly and understanding. Another employee from the bar area also spoke with me and was very kind. She explained that she had not bagged the order. When the manager got on the phone, I explained that I had already discussed the situation with two employees. His response was, "This is the first time I'm hearing about this. You're too far away, so I don't have anyone to drive the gravy to you. I can't give you the gravy. What would you like me to do?" The tone came across as annoyed and dismissive. I let him know that I was already planning to dispute the missing item through Uber Eats, but that I was calling because I wanted to understand why this issue keeps occurring. There was no offer for me to pick up the missing gravy or any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation beyond saying he would speak with the staff. What surprised me most was the contrast between the helpfulness of the employees and the manager's attitude. The staff members were courteous and understanding, while the manager seemed to assume I was exaggerating or making up the issue. Unfortunately, because of both the repeated order mistakes and the poor customer service from management, I won't be ordering from here again.

I also got mashed potatoes and broccoli for the sides. Every single bite in this meal was very delicious, cooked just right, very juicy and tender. The meat was really well-seasoned and you could taste some cumin notes in it. The beefiness and fat were ideal and the profile wasn't too lean or too fatty. It was a little firm, yet, easy to cut. The mashed potatoes were really tasty and buttery with enough salt in them. The broccoli was so thoroughly cooked and moist without being greasy. Each piece was almost melt in mouth tender. The service from my server was very welcoming, friendly, attentive and efficient. The last time I got a takeout of the exact same as Sunday night, but requested the 7-Spice seasoning added to the steak since the actual 7-Spice Strip is no longer available. It didn't have the brown butter they cook with it along with mine being 12 oz as opposed to that special which was also 14 oz from what I heard. It was top notch with a lot of peppery, aromatic taste and a sandy crust on top to contrast the middle. Both sides were top notch like last night and both perfect medium rare inside too. I was quite surprised in a very positive way how Longhorn could easily compete with higher end steakhouses and be better than some good ones for sure too.

Bottom line, plenty of spaces. Side note, they're not all spaced the way you might expect. Walking in, the place was hopping. Much more crowded than the former business. Pretty good sized menu. They serve you the red salsa, but you can ask for the green. The kind that gives you heart burn for hours. Worth it. Both salsa were great, chips were fresh. We ordered house margaritas, and those were also very good. Pricing was average. For food we ordered the parrillada El Malecon. Mixed beef and chicken, with ribs and quail. Here's where things went a little rough. We ordered the "for two" but the entire was still in a " for one" portion. 3 pieces of steak, 3 chicken, one quail 2 rib portions. Definitely seemed off. The manager came by, and we discussed. On THEIR menu, the double portion is only 4 strips of steak, 4 of chicken, still only one quail, and two rib portions. The reasoning we were given is that people don't seem to like the quail. First, nothing about this is "for two." For 45.99 this isn't it. The chicken and beef were good, the quail was not seasoned well unfortunately, and the ribs were over sauced with a cheap syrupy sauce. Overall food was a no. But here's where I also have to give credit. They stuck with their defense, and while we discussed someone brought a plate of chicken and beef. While we weren't going to ask for anything, we do appreciate their thoughtfulness and speedy resolution. Maybe they knew it was coming , or maybe they just jumped ahead to make it work. Either way, we appreciated that effort. Overall, service was great, food was 50/50. Wouldn't do the parrilladas again, but would try other menu items.

I get what they're trying to do with the light breading, marinade, and (parmesan?) cheese, but it made the chicken's texture too soft and messy. It also tasted far saltier than it needed to be. The entire meal, especially the fries, has been doused in grease which left puddles in the box. With how slippery all the food was, I had very little motivation to use the garlic parmesan sauce; even when I gave it a try, it only added to the excessively salty experience. $10.59+tax for a 4-finger combo though?
