The cozy slippers were a nice touch! My massage therapist took the time to ask about my concerns (stiff shoulders and neck) and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, dim lighting, peaceful music, and even a heated table. By the end, I sincerely felt so much better. I had an absolutely horrific deep tissue massage with Jackie. It was unpleasant, overly rough, and her nails left painful scratch marks on my skin. The session left me in excruciating pain, with bruises and such severe discomfort that I can't move my neck or even lightly touch my cervical spine. I went in expecting a relaxing experience and left with the worst pain I've ever felt in my life--so bad I couldn't sleep at all last night. To make matters worse, the front desk was completely unprofessional, with no one even present to check us out. I had added CBD oil only to my husband's service, but they claimed they applied it to mine as well and tried to charge me for it, which I firmly declined. This massage was anything but relaxing, and I wish I could give this place zero stars. read more

This was my first visit, although my friend had been before. Reception was very engaging and friendly. I had a 30 minute facial with Jamie and she was thorough and did a great job of letting me know what she was doing during the process. She also provided me with great recommendations following the service. Following the facial, I got a "specific massage." Jackie was wonderful and the room was comfortable. After listening to my explanation of where my pain was located and the amount of pressure I preferred, she did a great job of loosening up those areas while checking in on pressure. When it was over, I wished I had another hour! It was that good! Although this place is not very close to where I live, I still might consider taking the extra trip because both services were worth it! read more

This is a beautiful spa. The staff is very nice. I got a 75 minute deep tissue massage. The massage therapist asked me what to focus on. I said hips and legs. 55 minutes into the massage and only my neck back and shoulders touched. It was a very good neck back and shoulder massage but why ask me if you're going to do your thing and not what I requested. Obviously she is good at upper body. Other then not getting my legs or hips massaged it was a good massage. read more

I have been going here for many years. Sophia is the esthetician whom I have every time for facials. She consistently gives me personalized service and my skin looks amazing when I leave. I like the fact that she knows just what my skin needs, and I truly feel that she cares about me as a person too. The spa itself feels like a sanctuary from my crazy life. I love the lighting and salt lamps, and the little chocolates and water they have in the lobby. I have never used any of the other services here, but my teenage daughter has.
