the food was fine compared to other locations, but the service was very bad. the line took 15 minutes of waiting in the drive through for only two drinks of the person in front of us. would be higher but the amount of time it took greatly took away from its score of the past. read more

Stopped here after Mexican food next door. My daughter , wife and myself ordered coffees and my coffee was the best one of the three , I got one off the special board. Overall, I would rate it a 2 1/2 but the service is really good so we'll give it a 3 read more

Tried out this new coffee shop. This place was great! The staff was friendly. They have a great selection and of different types of coffee and drinks available as well as baked goods. Such as homemade pop tarts, muffins, cookies and bagels. This also have breakfast sandwiches available. I had the drip coffee with sugar free vanilla and hazelnut with heavy cream. It was very good. The poptarts were also very good. They offer them as a vegan options along with other goods. I would recommend checking this place out. read more

Ordered a hot vanilla late , I got a luke warm , at best drink. I was the only person in the drive they and it took them 10 min , to make 2 drinks. Never had coffee from this place and now will never again ! Can't wait for black rock coffee to open up!!!! Food poisoning from coffee. Let that sink in. Products are overpriced and low quality. Ordered two different coffees and both tasted nothing like the name of the coffee ordered. The coffee used is acidic and stale, not to mention, looked like dirty water in a cup. Given we got food poisoning, would not be surprised if they used unfiltered water. Just stay away. Better off making your own coffee or giving your money to a major coffee chain than this location. read more

I come here a few times and usually order the ice matcha latte or the ice honey lavender coffee and every time they make it, it taste different and does not taste good. Also customer service could be better. Other than that, my dog loves his pup cup! read more

A turtle can make coffee faster. I've been here 3 different times. Each time I've waited in line for at least 30 minutes. Today I showed up and there was no one in line. I ordered a drip coffee. I sat there for 30 minutes as 5 cars backed up behind me before they were able to pour the drink. It's the easiest drink to make and they still managed to take forever to make it. It stinks because I would really love to support this business but they are painfully slow. Besides their inability to be quick it is very expensive. Their food is great and the coffee is ok but be willing to pay a hefty penny for both their food and drink. If they can learn to be quicker and become more competitive with their prices but if not, I don't see this place lasting very long. read more

This place is mid at best. They up charge for EVERYTHING. If you order a caramel latte they charge for a latte PLUS caramel syrup (.80) Why not just charge a fixed price for all the lattes? My honey lavendar latte is delicious - WHEN it is made correctly. Half the time it tastes like burnt coffee, it gets tossed. Today my coffee was super bland, I asked for extra sweet. Not even close to sweet. I'd go back and ask for it to be re made but I already waited 13 minutes in the drive thru line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not sure it's worth another long wait. For an almost $8 latte i expect it to be perfect Baristas are alright. Could be a little more friendly, then they push for a tip, which I don't mind of course but maybe don't make it feel like We're an inconvenience. Ambience is nice, just wish coffee was consistent!!! Oh and their cream cheese is DELICIOUS. probably what keeps me coming back. read more

Anthem coffee give this girl a raise! I came into your litchfield location yesterday looking for a coffee but what I got was much more. I was immediately greeted by the smiling face of your employee Liza and was treated with some of the best hospitality I have ever seen from your stores. Liza helped me pick out a great drink, she was so knowledgeable and helpful, she even helped me peruse the pastry menu (btw her coworker told me she actually helps make them! How cool!) she was so sweet and personable! I sat for a while to enjoy my drink and cinnamon role (11/10!) and watched how hard working this young woman is. I could tell it had been busy but she was working her tail off bringing things to customers and keeping the lobby tidy while popping back and forth managing the back. I think we need more young people like her in the world! Anthem give this girl a raise! read more

I've been here probably 4-5 times and the coffee, food has always been great. My favorite is the iced americano and breakfast sandwich. The service here is great even though the location is brand new. I will definitely keep coming here and highly recommend Ebb + Flow. read more

So excited this location opened up the drive thru! The staff is super friendly each time I come. The coffee is delicious. I just don't like that every time I get the croissant sandwich, everything is nice and warm, except for the sausage. It taste like it's not warmed up. I do live nearby so I have time to warm it up, but I shouldn't have to... so can't give it 5 stars due to that reoccurring issue. read more
