Which needs proper torquing and proper placement for filter and oil ring to avoid oil leaks compared to the plastic cap and covers that tend to break and leak when not fitted properly. I went to their repair service on quintard to get my wheel alignment checked after a parking lot collision where a person backed her car into mine. The insurance adjuster was supposed to go there to write up an estimate. When they got there the next day, my car wasn't even there anymore. Without my consent, they sent it out to Brooklyn to some body shop called Auto Dent. The insurance had to schedule another adjuster to go take a look at my car now in Brooklyn. To make a long story short, the body shop kept my car for 3 weeks, returned it unfixed. Nothing was done. In addition, when they towed my car from Toyota Service Center to Brooklyn, they used my plates for the toll which I got billed for. Island Toyota dealership cashed the Geico insurance check for $5,600+ and returned my car not repaired. They won't refund the money. They asked to bring the car back so they can fix it - thus admitting they didn't fix it in the first place. The guy from Auto Dent couldn't get his story straight either. He was very rude over the phone, first claiming he fixed the car, then saying he fixed some things, then said he can fix it if we bring it back. How could I send my car back to them? I went to another reliable body shop to get a statement that car wasn't fixed and payed for it out of my own pocket. Filed a DMV report against the body shop already. Auto Dent, Island Toyota, Toyota Service the worst customer service, and repair service there is. I assume, they went for the insurance fraud because my car wasn't badly damaged and if the owner didn't know much about cars, they would've never noticed that the car isn't fixed. Luckily, my husband knows a thing or two and after he brought the car home and started checking, he saw that nothing was done as per the estimate. It's hard to see at pick up as they give you "the complementary wash" so the car is wet and you can't see anything. We called the insurance back, they sent the local adjuster who came by and confirmed the job was not done. They were supposed to replace a headlight as per the insurance adjuster's estimate but they glued the one that was originally on the car. When confronted, they argued that they replaced it until they finally said that they glued it. Along with the repair receipt, they attached a list of parts they were going to use for my car with addresses where they supposedly got them from. They didn't use any. The other body shop confirmed that the bumper on my car is still the same bumper that was on the car and not a new one. They actually didn't even put back all the clips. There are parts numbers on parts...obviously.

Charged me 400 (!!!) for a new reservoir. A few days later it was still leaking at the same rate with no traces. Took it to another shop. Bad water pump and a cracked head gasket between cylinder 1 & 2. Repaired, now the car is running perfectly and holding its coolant. The head gasket was a big bill, but it was necessary. The reservoir these guys bilked me for was rip off. They lie and overcharge. Never going back.

This is my second review on Junior's - and yes I know it is the right one. Now I know it is the son…read morewho learned from the father. After multiple attempts to get my car registered - juniors flagged it (read my other review) I finally found another shop who did the repair for 400 - not 800 as Junior quoted - then told me to drive around to make sure the light wouldn't come one. Just to check out the integrity on my old friend, I went to him first. THE LIGHT HADNT COME BACK ON - and he told me I can't pass you because there's a knocking noise. I said bye and went to the other place 3 minutes away, passed my inspection and got my sticker. Junior made me pay 100 dollars to get me car released, after having done no work. He quoted me close to 900 when another shop did it for 400. He had me flagged in the system so I couldn't get my car fixed by anyone but him. I found a shop, who knew what he was up to and was able to do it. But in the meantime I got two tickets. Sooo, Junior cost me 100 straight cash for nothing and 120 in tickets. Let alone headache after headache. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
